空港ビル内からホテルに入ることが出来、非常に便利でした。 また、ダウンタウンにもトレインで直結（約20分）しているので荷物を持たず身軽に行くことが出来ました。 ホテル内は非常に清潔で気持ち良く、スタッフもやさしく対応してくれました。 帰宅後、早速次回（9月）訪問時の予約を入れました。

Easy to go the airport because it is on the airport building. Just a business hotel not vacation or something like that. So a little expensive if you do not have any other reason, for example eary flight. Fairmont ..... so different from othres.

インタナショナル空港に直結していて便利です。とても清潔で、部屋から飛行機の離着陸が見渡せるが、とても静かです。当ホテレストランの食事も種類が多く、大変美味しい。ホテルの従業員もにこやかで、物腰が柔らかく親切です。

バンクーバーの滞在日数が２日しかなく、しかも、帰国のフライトが午前２時過ぎなのを勘案して、ダウンタウンでなく、Fairmont Vancouver Airportを選びました。ダウンタウンへの移動は、Canada Lineを利用すれば問題はなかったですし、帰国手続の為のカウンターがオープンする午後１０時頃までスーツケースを預かってもらえるというのは、非常に助かりました。ホテルとしては申し分ないのですが、インターネットが別料金であること、並びに、家族での利用とは言え、トイレで用を足している時の音が聞こえる部屋の構造には、抵抗がありました。

　バンクーバー国際空港の中にある空港ホテルで、空港到着後のアクセスは非常に楽でした。ビジネス目的で5泊ほど宿泊しました。ホテルのフロントの対応も良く、ダウンタウンへのアクセス方法などを丁寧に教えて頂くことができました。午前11時ごろにホテルに到着したのですが、部屋が空いているからと、early check-inを無料でしていただくことができました。またホテルのフロントの方曰く、日本語を話せるスタッフもおられるそうです。 　部屋に関しては、1日目は航空機が深夜まで発着する滑走路側の部屋で、かなりうるさく、ほとんど寝られませんでした。そこで部屋の変更をホテルのフロントの方に願い出ると、滑走路反対側の角部屋に変えてくださり、そこからは非常に快適に過ごすことができました。 　ルームサービスやホテルのアメニティに関しては、非常に良かったと思います。部屋も毎日きれいにしていただき、非常に快適でした。また毎日、部屋へ新聞も届けていただき、現地の情報を得ることもできました。 　市街地へのアクセスは、SkyTrainで20から30分程でダウンタウンへと辿り着くことができるので、そこまで不便さは感じられませんでした。しかし、乗車券の値段が2-zone分の料金+$5ほどするので、もし短期の滞在で、空港と街中を往復するのであれば、空港内の7-elevenでSkyTrainのDay […] Passを購入しておくほうが良いかもしれません。 　あと空港ホテルならではの特徴として、出国24時間前から、航空券のWeb check-in(Air Canada)をホテルの中から容易に行うことができました(Web check-in用のmanualがある)。Web check-inにより、帰りのフライトでは、非常口近くの前方に広いスペースのある座席を得ることができました。印刷機もホテル内にあり、この点は非常に便利が良かったです。 　ただ数点、不満もありました。部屋のドリンクバーの確認が毎日行われておらず、前日宿泊したひとの飲料代をcheck out時に請求されかけました(ホテルのフロントの方に事情を説明したところ、飲んでいないなら払わなくていいよと、代金は免除していただきました)。また1回だけですが、使用済みの小さいタオルの回収を忘れておられたこともありました。 　以上のような不満もありましたが、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。またバンクーバーに行くことがあれば利用したいと思っています。 もっと読む

午前中についてもチェックインさせてくれて、空港に直結しているのでとても便利。しかし、連泊するなら料金が張るのでしないあるいはリッチモンドの一流ホテルの方がお勧めかも。

This is the second time I have stayed at the Vancouver Fairmont and I must say it is a great Hotel on all levels from Quality and Service. My only regret is having to leave....would stay forever it they would let me. I would recommend this hotel to anyone not only for it location but everything else it has to offer.

I would suggest Fairmont to scrap the pool as it is more like a bigger jacuzzi than a pool which was a real disappointment...For the convenience, we have chosen this hotel as our flight leaves early morning. On our next stay, we will check out another comparable hotel that has a real pool!

For the price I expected free wi-fi - not to pay $15. Tables etc in room were dusty, plug in bath didn't work properly and bath took forever to fill up. Hotel is very good for what it does, although this was reflected in the price I paid. Pool and gym are very good. Make sure you get to the free coffee and pastries quickly, they had disappeared by 7.

After arriving from a late flight check in only took 30 seconds. Quite literally 10 minutes after picking up our bags we were in our room. The room was fantastic! very clean very comfortable. After a long journey it was nice to have a non complicated arrival at the hotel. The room was clean, warm and contained all the comforts of home. I was pleasantly pleased to see a kettle, and a kureg coffee machine. The place was extremely quiet and I was able to relax into a wonderful sleep. I highly recommend this hotel.

A very disappointing stay. The room had no black tea and no spoons (only wooden stir sticks) which for a hotel of this quality was underwhelming. There were no robes in the room meaning that we had to forgo our spa experience. In addition we asked about booking at the hotel dining room but were told it was unnecessary, then when arriving were told we […] could not sit by the window as those seats were "booked"!! We had the definite feeling that "businessmen" were being favoured in the restaurant. A complaint to the manager was too late to rectify a litany of errors and omissions at this hotel, other than a refund of 50% on the dining bill. However the manager did make sure that our experience at the Empress in Victoria for the next two days was memorable and we appreciated that very much. We arrived at midnight; desk clerk helped me make arrangements for next day's transportation by taxi to our next destination and had the information for me by the time we got to our room.
