Very good family place to stay. We were on a family vacation and really liked the location of this hotel. The staff was great and very helpful. The rooms were also very clean and comfortable. Good of the place to stay for the Black Hills area. Custer is not as hyped as some of the other towns around there so is a very peaceful place to stay.

had a couple issues with the room, the bathroom sink seamed to be clogged, took quite a long time to drain out. TV was way outdated. Shower head wasnt that great. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast wasnt bad.

I have stayed in this hotel since it was new on several occasions. The hotel is rapidly becoming run down. My last stay at this hotel is my last. Poorly maintained and not enough employees to make the guests comfortable. The fire alarm went off for no apparent reason. The hotel is clean and comfort. Beautiful sorroundings good location.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Great location to local attractions. The pool and spa were very clean. Compared to other hotels in the area, this one was nice, and good value for the money. Continental breakfast was excellent.

the elevator was out of order, my wife wasn't feeling well one morning, so I brought her some breakfast on a tray, we left for a while, when we came back the room had been sort of cleaned, but they left the tray with the left over cereal bowl with milk etc. just sitting there. the bed was just sort of made.

Comfort Inns are pretty consistent across the brand. This one is as well. Our only complaint is our toilet backed up and it took over 4 hrs for the maintenance person to come to fix it. The hotel is just outside of Custer State Park, so it is convenient to the Park as well as to Jewel Cave (about 30 mi away)

This venue offers a great location to all the surrounding attractions without all of the crowds. The Motel staff (Rick) was very helpful in directing us to a wonderful place to eat, shop, a grocery store and a drug store(sunburn). Thanks for a wonderful memory!

I think this is a fairly new hotel to the area so it was in great condition. The employees were all great and very helpfull. You can't go wrong here.

Very satisfied.. The desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Room very clean.

Was clean and and after long trip we fell into bed including 6 year old and slept all night! no noises clean no oders pool was great and they breakfast was awsome! Great variety. Coouldnt ask for a better locatation close to everythng wanted to see!

This hotel was comfortable and clean. And the location was perfect for visiting Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Custer State Park, etc., etc., etc.

Good location, easy to find. Close to everything you want to see in the area. Breakfast area is good size but fills up quickly.

This is a great place to stay in a cute, rustic town not far from Mount Rushmore.

Good, comfortable, clean hotel in a location convenient to Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and other Black Hills attractions. Good place for a family stay.

Our family had a great stay at this hotel on our vacation. The room was very nice and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast each morning was terrific. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a suite for 2 adults & 2 kids. Very nice size with micro & frig. Hotel was good location, next to minature golf & we walked to town. Breakfast was ok, no fresh fruit, pastries just the boxed kind. The employee had a hard time keeping everything full. Front desk was helpful & friendly. The pool was a good size.

Hotel staff was very helpful, guiding me to the most beautiful rides. While not the closest to Mount Rushmore, the trip to amd from the hotel is breathtaking. Stay here!
