The desk attendant was friendly she even called our room to insure that it was satisfactory. My room was clean and beautifully decorated. Great price & location. The quality of this hotel was better than I expected and I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel and service was fine. No problems, exactly as I expected. Room was nice, wi-fi was excellent and easy to access. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. This hotel is located just off of I-20 with easy access. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The hotel was very clean and the room was much more than I expected for the price. The staff was very accommodating and the manager gave us a great rate when we asked to stay for an additional night, because we were in town for a funeral.

Everything was fine. Did not get a chance to try the breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and LARGE.

best hotel in monroe it was very clean, comfortable, and very roomy. it also had free continental breakfast!

Nice room overall clean and comfortable,got alittle noise in the early morning hours because the head of the bed was on the same wall as the kitchen and you could hear them banging around. Wouldn't want the same room

Friendly staff elevated this from a pretty run of the mill Comfort Suites to a nice place to stay. Bed was okay, not fabulous. Fire alarm was pretty aggravating. But good location for us, easy on and off to freeway, and clean.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was great.

The hotel was nice for ths star rating. The staff was so friendly it enhanced the overall quality of the hotel. Breakfast was great with alot of options. Hot items available. I would stay here again.

The Comfort Suites in Monroe on MLK is a must stay! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The exercise facilities are wonderful and working. The staff is always friendly and accommodating!

Very friendly staff - moderately clean.

we paid in full w/ cc thru hotel.com and again when arrive because they did not know @ services desk, but hotel.com did refund , other than that the hotel is the perfect one in that area and yes i will be staying there again.

I only stayed for one night since I was passing through, but its proximity to the major highway and nearby mall as well as its spotless maintenance makes this a very good place to stay if you're visiting Monroe.
