ロンドン観光のために2泊しました。地下鉄のランカスターゲート駅から徒歩3分ほど、バスの停留所も少し歩くとあるので観光に便利でした。また、パディントン駅にも歩いて行けるためヒースロー空港へのアクセスも良いです。部屋はとても新しくキレイで、アメニティも充実していました。バスタブがなくシャワーだけだったこと、freeのwi-fiの電波が少し弱くつながらないこともあったことはちょっとマイナスですが…フロントは親切な対応でした。私は利用しませんでしたが、1階にあるホテルのバーが書斎のような作りになっていていい感じでしたよ。レストランを利用するにはパディントン駅寄りの方が良いお店が多かったですが、少し歩けば済むことですしハイドパークが目の前なので朝は爽やかな気分になれました。総じて満足しているので、また […] 機会があれば滞在したいホテルです。 もっと読む

最寄駅のランカスターゲートからは徒歩5分程度です。周りにはハイドパークもありとても静かな環境ですのでゆっくり滞在されたい方にはおススメです。

今回は大学生の息子との二人旅で利用。息子の希望でシングルの部屋を二つ予約しました。 シングルだった為か、通りに面した半地下の部屋、でも部屋自体は清潔で問題ありませんでした。 朝食が充実していて非常に美味しかった。息子はコーヒーが美味しいとしきりに言っていました。ダイニングのスタッフの対応もとてもよかったかな・・・。 ロケーション的には地下鉄の駅に近くて便利。 ヒースロー空港からのエクスプレスが到着するパディントン駅から歩くと少々距離がありました（徒歩１５分くらい）。初めてだったけど迷わずにはホテルに着けました。

週末・パラリンピック開催中のためか、パディントン周辺のホテルは全体的に価格が高い中、このホテルはリーズナブルでした。ベッドは日本のシングルサイズと同じか少し幅が狭いサイズ。大柄の男性はちょっと窮屈かもしれません。部屋は清潔感があってよかったです。朝食は種類が多くあり、大満足でした！

シングル３泊ツイン１泊しました。ピカデリーサーカス行きのバス停が近いので便利です。２４時間走っているバスなので夜ｓｏｈｏで遊んでもバス１本でホテルに帰れます。静かな環境を好む方にはお勧めですが、お店や飲食店は少ないです。朝食はチェックイン時に言えば１０ポンドで当日直接行くと１２ポンドだそうです。ビュッフェでした。連泊するのであれば、ハイドパークに朝食がとれるカフェテラスもありましたので、気分をかえて外でとるのも気持ちいいです。シャワーも清潔でしたし、お勧めできます。

場所の利便性は最高。地下鉄のランカスターゲートが最寄駅だが、パディンドン駅にも歩いて７―８分で、帰りはスーツケースを引っ張ってパディンドンまで歩きました。パディンドンのほうに向かって歩くと、カフェやレストランが何件かあって不便はありません。その分ランカスターゲートの周りには何もないですが。 一番安い部屋に泊まったので、広さは日本のビジネスホテル並みで、コネクションルームだったので隣の部屋の音が良く聞こえました。ＷiＦｉは遅かったですが無料で使えました。無料Wifi付きコースだったのですが、部屋の案内に接続方法が書かれていたので、誰でも無料で使えるようです。 バスルームはシャワーのみで、シャワーブースのガラス仕切りが横半分までしかなく、床が濡れないようシャワーを浴びるにも苦労しました。シャンプ […] ーリンス、ボディシャンプーは備品リストになかったのですが、まさかと思って持っていかなかったら、きっちりありませんでした。 部屋は清潔でバスルームも改装したてのようできれいでした。 一泊だけなら安い部屋でもいいけど、連泊するなら部屋を選んだほうがいいかもしれません。 もっと読む

大きな看板などが出ているわけではないので、少し迷いました。ランカスターゲート駅からすぐだし、パディントン、ベイズウォーターも徒歩圏で、お店も近くにたくさんあり、立地は大変便利です。シングルルームは確かに手狭で、隣の部屋の音もかなりよく聞こえますが、熱いお湯が全く問題なく使え、朝食もついているので（毎日全く同じメニューのビュッフェではありますが、まあまあよい内容です）、この価格帯だったらまた泊まってもいいかな。

ホテルの内装はモダンでおしゃれなホテルです。バスルームもとてもきれいです。しかしながら、全体的に音が響きやすく、特にエレベーターの横の部屋はエレベーターが動くたびに睡眠を邪魔されてしまいます。私は部屋を変えてもらいました。音に繊細な人にはお勧めしません。

一人旅のためか、はじめに案内された部屋は半地下のトレーニングジムとミーティングルームの間に作られた部屋だったが、エアコンが壊れていることを指摘すると、すぐに、５階の景色のよい部屋に代えてくれた。 バスルーム（バスタブ有り）は改装したてで清潔できれい。 室内も凝ったインテリア。イングリッシュブレックファーストは、バイキング形式でお腹いっぱい食べられ非常に満足。 最寄駅ラカンスターゲートからも近く、ターミナル駅のパティントン駅からも１０分程度で徒歩圏内。閑静な住宅街に位置し、公園も近く立地はとてもいい。

1/3より３泊しました。若干部屋は狭かったものの室内はきれいでした。交通の便もよく地下鉄の駅も徒歩圏内に４駅（近場は２駅）ありバス停も近いのが良かった。どこに行くのにも便利です。ハイドパークもすぐそばで中心地に近いのに静かでした。 またインターネットも使用できプリントアウトも出来ました。朝食も美味しくいただけました。またロンドンに行く機会があったら利用したいです。

立地は最高、ホテルのサービスも悪くないですが、ツインのせいか、かなり狭い。凝り過ぎて使い辛さも。５泊の最後２日はお湯が出なくて、最終日他の部屋使わせて貰ったらダブルの部屋は広くて悪くないでした。朝食なしにしたので現金で払いましたが、おいしいけど。朝食いくらビッフェでも高過ぎではないかと思う。ホテルのランクでいえばそんなものだけど、それにしては部屋が狭すぎだし、高級感に欠ける感じでした。廊下はカラオケルームみたい＾＾フロントの人達は親切で感じ良かったです。値段、星、サービスのバランスがなんかチグハグでしたね。

The hotel was in an excellent location, close to Hyde Park and easily walkable to Paddington Station so easy access to Heathrow. Price was very reasonable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location and neighbourhood....good value for money and clean bedding. But for some reason on the second day of my stay room service was poor and they did not bother to wash mugs and left bathroom in shambles including towels on the floor and cleaning liquid spray bottle left behind !

The hotel was great! The location was easily accessible to Paddington and Lancaster Gate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall we were very happy with our hotel selection. I was a little worried that it was a Best Western because those aren't so great in the US, but this one in London was just what we were looking for!

Took advantage of a new year hotel sale and for the sale deal this hotel was great! Perfect for central London holiday and nice rooms with typically size for a central London hotel. Good bars and restaurants nearby as well as great transport options. However, with full price cost not sure I would fork out for it.
