Loved it. Tub had a little sag on the bottom so water did not flow to drain. Otherwise, the hotel was great. Good restaurant and shopping plaza across the street. Internet worked fine-free at low speed fee for high speed.

The room I had was very run down; the lineoleum floor was loose, the sheets were pilly, and in the morning I noticed stains on the blanket! You can hear the TV in the room next door, too. I would not recommend staying here.

nice relatively cheap place to say not a five or four or three star hotel in the traditional sense, but great place to stay to visit the DC area. "full" kitcvery clean laundry off and on to the interstate and close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is good great price but only thing it needs is that they need to install LCD Tv's. its not 90's anymore but over all a good hotel with a great price. Very Quiet neighbourhood and all the food places are nearby.

This hotel had no housekeeping service. Wet towels in the rome the entire time. No way to clean the floor. No towels delivered. This was the worst experience I had in a hotel. This was not advised before I accepted the hotel and paid in advance..

I felt the person at the front desk didn't really want to be there. When I walked in at first he wasn't at the desk. There was no bell to ring and it wasn't until the phone rang that he came up front. While I was checking in, the phone rang three times and it prolonged things that shouldn't take that much time. When he finally hung up with the guest […] he was on the phone with, it was like he was rushing me out the door. I realize it's an extended stay hotel so he probably doesn't get a lot of in and out traffic from the front desk, however I felt his customer service was lacking. I work in the hotel industry and am very conscious of the efforts I put towards making an impression regardless of whether I see that person again or not. As far as the sleeping room went, it was fine for a one night stay. However, there were no glasses or plastic cups anywhere for a drink of water. Luckily I had something in my car I could use. I don't drink coffee and didn't realize until right before I left that there was one coffee cup there which is what the coffee and sugars were placed in by the coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. The first room we got had not been cleaned. The second they switched us to had an old, dirty couch and the bare minimum of supplies. The hotel had no ice machine. It should have cost 1/2 the price.

I cannot recommend this hotel. The location is good but that would be the only positive comment I could make about this hotel. Many things in the room were broken, it was very dirty and noisy. Well equipped small room which was all I needed. No mini fridge, this one was almost full sized. Kitchenette worked fine, a/c worked perfectly. Easy check in / check out. Location made getting around town very easy.

Expected much more based on hotels.com rating. Did not stay after checking in and inspecting the room. The "nonsmoking" room was filthy and reeked of smoke. Other guests, one with door open and standing in boxer shirts and tee shirt, were cooking adding to the noxious smells. Moved to the Hyatt Fair Lakes.

First thing whenI entered the room, I killed a roach. The room included a kitchenette & coffee maker. I could not find any glassess, cups or dishes. They were not where one would expect to find them. It was hard to get to the entrance and took several circles around the block and a U-turn.

Goes out of their way to accommodate. Kitchenette a bit small but doable. Make sure you want in the area because if you think you can go 10 miles away quickly you are wrong! DC traffic is a bear!!! Overall a good place to stay, quiet, affordable.

First room had mechanical issues. AC wasn't working and rooms smelled of smoke. Second room was MUCH better condition. However, countertop had some sticky stuff on it. Lots of hairs in the bathroom. The worst was urine stains on the base of the toilet. I've stayed in cleaner hotels in 3rd world countries.

My first time at an extended stay hotel, and it reminded me of a cross between a std. room and an Embassy Suites. The "kitchen" table, supplies, and refrig. all surprised me. There were misssing pots and pants that were supposed to be furnished. Nothing that was supposed to be provided was there. The tub was dirty and the bottom of the bathtub had ground in dirt in thenon slip surface.

The worst hotel I've stayed, the room was very dirty, the bathroom floor with dirt and eventually the neighbors were very noisy early in the morning screaming in the aisles and on the patio outside. I do not recommend even to my enemy.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the Fair Oaks Mall. We've stayed here a couple of times simply because of its proximity to a sushi buffet located in the mall. Recent construction around the area of the hotel has placed a "strip mall" in walking distance, just across the street. It's surrounded by townhomes and appartments, and because of that, it blends in. The biggest issue is the signage used for the main entrance of the hotel. It's lit only on one side! From the intersection of Fair Lakes Parkway and Monument Drive, the sign can't be seen. It's to the right of the intersection, about a quarter of a block down. A real lack of attention to detail. I unpacked my clothes to find there were no hangers on the clothes rod (there was no closet, just a metal shelf with a bar to hang clothing).
