部屋は広く、快適だった。キッチン、冷蔵庫、レンジなども整っており、ホテルの裏に小さいスーパーもあり、朝食はすべて部屋でまかなえた。公園に面したビューで、大変美しかった。難点は、食器洗浄機に前の人の食器が残ったままであったこと、大通りに面していて、夜間もうるさいこと。ただ、フィラデルフィアはあまり治安もよくないので、ある程度は仕方ない。すぐ近くに高級ホテルも建ち並び、コンベンションセンターサイドよりは美しい町並みで、こちら側にホテルをとって正解であった。

新たに移設されたﾊﾞｰﾝｽﾞﾌｧｳﾝﾃﾞｨｼｮﾝ・ロダン美術館・ﾌｨﾗﾃﾞﾙﾌｨｱ美術館へはいずれも１０分・２０分の徒歩圏内で美術館巡りには非常に便利な場所です。部屋にはキッチンがあり冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・トースタｰ・ｺｰﾋｰﾒｰｶｰと調理道具（包丁・まな板・鍋類・フライパンなど）また食器類もそろい，布巾も用意されていて申し分なし。スーパーのWholeFoodsもロダン美術館の近くにあります。長期滞在に向いています。

部屋に入って感動しました。とても広い！キッチンも付いていて、 クローゼットもたくさんあります。 Wi-Fiもつかえて快適でした。 強いて言うなら歯ブラシとバスローブがほしかったですが。。 でも場所も凄くわかりやすいし、いいところ。 なによりTAXIの運転手にもすぐに伝わることがよかった。(英語が苦手な私の発音でも）

これで宿泊２回目。フィラデルフィアのミュージアムマイルのとば口にあり、地下鉄やバスの乗り場からも近く、美術館めぐりが主目的の私にとっては打ってつけの宿。設備はやや古いがキッチンあり、共用ランドリーあり、部屋は実に広くて満足度は高い。泊まれば泊まるほど良くしてくださるように思います。裏手にスーパーもあるようで今度行ってみたいです。

また泊まりたいと思います。もっとも、以前Philadelphiaに住んでいたので、どこに何があってとわかっているから、このホテルでよかったのだと思います。初めての人にとってはもっとメジャーなホテルの方が便利かもしれません。

新築のホテルではなく、どちらかと言えば古めの建物なので、部屋の清潔度、状態、メンテナンスには普通という評価を出しましたが、部屋の広さや収納（クローゼット）は日本の一般的なワンルームの部屋よりもかなり広くて、空港からのアクセスやホテルからダウンタウンへのアクセスも良かったので、総合満足度の評価は５を出しました。

駅まですぐ、UPENNまではResional railでわずか二駅。地下鉄もすぐそば。スーパーマーケットも至近。生活しやすい環境にあります。滞在する際、レストランばかりでは高価になりすぎてフードコートか自炊かになるが、自炊設備が整うこのホテルは生活の助けになります。お風呂なども含めて設備は古く、不便もそこそこあるが、フロントの対応はとてもよく親切です。アパートなら自力対応ですが、ここはホテルとして対応してくれます。ちゃんと暮らせます。一部改装中だったので、新しいフロアに泊まれればよりラッキーか。 １Fのタイ料理屋には日本酒あり。Irish BarのConMurphyの雰囲気もよい。

豪華ではないが、快適です。贅沢はせずに暮らすにはよいところです。スーパーも駅もすぐそばに複数あり便利です。 防音が今ひとつで、深夜でも街の音が聞こえます。車のおと、サイレンの音、時差で眠れない時期には気になりました。 おそらく又来るとしたら宿泊しますし、友達にも勧めると思います。ありがとうごいざいました。

Windsorは長期滞在用の安価な「アパート」です。仕事でフィラデルフィアに行かれる方には全くお勧めできません。場所の割に安いのですが、エアコン室外機の音や、車の騒音が夜になると耳障りになります。夜中に騒ぐ宿泊客もいました。フロントも十分に訓練されていません。以上をご承知の上、利用されるように。ホテルズ.comの情報ではここまでは分かりませんでした。

鉄道の駅(Suburban Station)と地下鉄の駅(15th St. Station)から歩いてすぐの場所にあり、交通にとても便利。部屋は思った以上に広々としていて、クローゼットもゆったり使えました。カウンター式のキッチンには冷蔵庫や食器洗い機、電子レンジ、コンロ、食器などもあり、ここで調理することもできます。大型の液晶テレビもついています。毎朝、新聞(Philadelphia Inquirer)が届けられます。スタッフの人たちの対応もよく、その割に金額はお手頃で、満足のいくホテルでした。

キッチン付きの部屋を利用しました。部屋は汚くはないですが少し古めです。ダイニングの椅子の脚が緩まっていたり、コーヒーメーカーも使い込まれた様子で色素沈着していたり・・・。でもテレビは薄型でした。その他は、幾何学模様のベッドカバーにアニマル柄のカーテンという組み合わせが気になったくらいです。

Our room was listed as a "Studio Suite 2 Doubles Full Kitchen," and we booked for 4 adults. One of those beds, however, was an uncomfortable fold out couch, and there were no fresh linens in the room for the couch. The front door did not close, the room was way too hot with no climate control, the fridge did not keep the food cold all the food went bad, the shower was way too hot and you could not make it cold, and the window didn't lock. Never staying again.

I can only and 100% honestly say that the Windsor Suites is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful city! It is spacious and then some / location is phenomenal/ and the staff is wonderful and more! Do your self a favor if you are coming to Philadelphia and at least consider this gem!

Would stay here again. I could take the trolley to my conference venue on the university campus (a 15 min trolley ride). Wasn't too expensive for a room of this size either (2 double beds for 4 guests = 500 sq ft kitchen suite).

Everything about the Windsor Suites was great, even the price. The only thing that bugged me was tax on parking. It was $6 of tax on top of $29 per night parking fee.

The hotel was very noisy because of renovations. Their reduced rate did not begin to cover how noisy the hotel really was. I was there during the Philadelphia Garden Show so I guess they could not put everyone away from the noise. I am not sure of that. The system of the shower was baffling to me. They sent someone up and they explained it to be wrong. […] Another engineer came to show me and it worked: a little dribble came out of the shower. I met the worker in the elevator and she brought me a new shower head. Finally a shower after 3 days. Such drama for a shower! There will be more construction later for a parking garage next door. A little expensive, but we got a good deal. This hotel is awesome, the room we had was like a studio apartment with kitchenette. Fantastic location for Philadelphia sight seeing. Front desk staff also incredibly helpful.

There is nothing fancy about this hotel, however, it easily accommodated my family of five. There is ample room for two children on the pullout sofa, and one or two on a cot. A very simple kitchen in the room is very useful for breakfast if you are so inclined. For the price, and in a good neighborhood, I would stay again with my children.

Location is amazing. The one bedroom suite was huge. Kitchen was not very well equipped, no paper towels, limited utensils, etc. We had to wait for an hour and call three times to get sheets for the pull out couch. Parking is convenient.

The Windsor is well located in center city. The parking garage is expensive, especially if you drive a truck or SUV. The rooms are essentially small apartments, with closet space and a full kitchen.
