ヒルトン タイムズスクエア (Hilton Times Square)格安予約

アメリカの友人の推薦もあり、3月28日から5泊しました。レビュー通り、立地は大変便利。地下鉄も、エアポートバス乗り場も近く、セキュリティーも万全、夜でも人通りが途切れることはないので、母娘二人には安心できるホテルでした。近隣にはレストランもデリもスタバもマックもあり、食事にも困りません。ホテルは平日はビジネスマン、週末は家族連れが多く、日本人はあまり見かけませんでした。部屋は２クイーンサイズベットのデラックスルームでしたが、アジアの豪華なホテルの至れり尽くせりのアメニティと比べたら至ってシンプル。冷蔵庫がコンピューター処理の内容でしたので出し入れができず、飲み物が冷やせないのが残念。それ以外は快適なホテルです。

部屋は広く、清潔で、コーヒーメーカーでお湯を沸かし日本から持参のお茶を入れて飲みました。とても重宝しました。 ３７階の部屋からの夜景は最高で、エンパイアステートビルのライトアップが日によって白、オレンジ、青と違っているのを見ることができました。グラウンドゼロの建設中の明かりもきれいでした。朝日は戯るの陰で見えませんでしたが、きれいな朝焼けは楽しめました。 ロケーションがいいので、ミュージカル鑑賞後も徒歩で帰ることができました。 ホテルのレストランは今一だったので朝食は１階にあるAppleBeeでとりました。AppleBeeの店員さんとも仲良くなりました。 NYではほかのホテルも利用しましたが、アップタウンへ行くのも、ダウンタウンへ行くにも便利なのでまた利用したいと思っています。

今回３泊しましたが、2日目に朝顔を洗ってフェイスタオルを見ると、縫い針が刺さっていました。 そのまま顔を拭いていたらどうなった事か。 もう絶対に泊まらない。 This time, stayed for three days. I noticed the morning of the second day. The needle was stuck in the face towel. This is the worst incident. I will not stay at this hotel.

１０月半ば～下旬まで滞在しました。部屋はツインのデラックス、３６階からはエンパイヤーの夜景も眺められ、場所もマンハッタンの中心で地下鉄のアクセスが抜群で便利。 ４２丁目のメイン玄関が工事中で、４１丁目の裏側から出入りしてましたが、完了したらもっと便利かと思います。 ちょうど、日中は少し温かく、夜が冷え込む時期で暖房が必要な時期でしたが、部屋のエアコンからは設定温度にかかわらず、冷たい風が送られてきていたので、故障しているとフロントに文句を云ったところ、今時期は日中の温度がある程度あって、冷房しか出ないとのこと(なんのための設定温度なのだろうと、４つ星ホテルとは思えない対応(設備)に少々驚くも、ヒーターを貸し出ししてもらい(ひとつじゃ足りなくて最終的に二つ貸し出し(いずれも無料)してもらいまし […] た))とか事なきを得ました。滞在中、日中から気温が低い日がありましたが、その日一日だけ温風が出てました(結局ホテル側の判断で暖房できないということだと思います)季節の変わり目は暖房がつかないので、寒いのが苦手な方は避けた方が良いと思います。それ以外は、特に問題ないと思いました。 もっと読む

部屋は広くベッドの寝心地も最高で毎日観光疲れも癒されました。コーヒーメーカーがあり朝から１杯おいしいコーヒーを飲めます。エンパイアステートビルディングが目の前に見えたのもよかったです。日本から朝9すぎに到着しましたが土曜日でアメリカ人の団体が宿泊していたせいかチェックインは出来ず（空室があればもしやと期待したのですが）目の前のブロードウェイでスパイダーマンを観て時間を潰しました。朝食メニューはシンプルでおいしかったのですが、ディナーはどうも口に合いませんでした。フロントスタッフも親切で出掛ける時は「傘は持っていく？」とか帰ってくると「おかえり！楽しかった？」など気軽に声をかけてくれました。地下鉄駅もすぐですし、ポートオーソリティバスターミナルも近いので便利でした。次回も是非利用したいホテルで […] す。 もっと読む

Very useful and comfortable hotel. One female concierge was so rude and lazy, told me a wrong info. Obviously she was wrong, so we pointed it. She never apologized. It is a real disappointment.Other staff's service was so nice.

マンハッタンは禁煙のホテルばかりですが、タイムズスクエアで喫煙ルームがあったので、迷わず決めました。部屋は26階で、高層階ではありませんでしたが、禁煙ルームと比較すれば断然良かったです。歯ブラシが無かったのは、非常に残念でした。 近くに24時間のスーパー、マックもあり、交通機関の面でも旅行者にはロスが無いロケーションです。

ニューヨーク到着が早朝だったのでチェックインまで荷物だけ預かってもらおうとしたところ、 そのまま部屋を用意してくれました。しかも、こちらのサイトの電話予約で眺めの良い部屋をリクエストしていたので（決して高いグレードの部屋を予約したわけではありません）35階のエンパイヤステートビルやペンシルバニア駅を一望できる部屋を用意してもらえました（3518号室）。大きいダブルベットが二つで部屋自体とても広かったです。 ドライヤー・アイロン・ティーポット・バスタブ・冷蔵庫も付いていました。 もちろん、チェックアウト後夕方までの荷物の預かりも快く応じてくださいました。 このようなきめ細かいサービスを受けられると旅の楽しい思い出も倍加します。 強いて、不便だったことといえば、歯ブラシ、セーフティーボックスがな […] いこと（歯ブラシはロビーで売っています）、入口とロビーが狭く、２Fのロビーの前を通ってエレベーターを乗り換えなければならないことくらいでしょうか。 もっと読む

とにかく、タイムズ・スクエアにいくならこのホテルは、非常に便利です。今回は、仕事で利用しましたが、プライベートでもNYに来たら使いたいホテルです。部屋も広く、かつ、ランドリー・サービスも、きちんと夕方までには来ていました（こないホテルも多くあります）。 ロビーのテーブル・椅子も十分な数があり、待ち合わせやお茶をするにも便利かと思います。 今回はいけませんでしたが、ミュージカル等を見に行ってから徒歩で帰れる距離が便利だと思いました。

他のニューヨークのホテルを知りませんが、フロントの対応が非常に横柄だったのが気になりました（英語の対応にちょっと詰まった瞬間に）。 それ以外は値が張るなりなのかなと思います。

The Hilton on 42nd Street was kind of a shock. The entrance could easily be missed, wedged between an Applebee's and a sporting goods store. It's clean & sleek and leads to very fast & efficient elevators up to the lovely 22nd floor lobby, complete with a grand bar and overlooking the huge gold hand holding up the Mme. Tussaud's sign. We went with a friend and both rooms on either side of the hotel had spectacular views. The beds were super comfortable and had some of the nicest pillows we've ever found in a hotel. The rooms were immaculate and stayed so for our whole stay. The location is perfect for a theater weekend. You're just steps from all the big Broadway theaters and scores of restaurants. Got upgraded upon arrival and enjoyed the whole stay.

Great place to stay and it is located in the heart of Times Square.

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of TimeSquare, the staff very attentive to all your needs, room service very on time in every request. Room with a beautiful view of New York City. We are waiting to go back and enjoy the same experience!!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay. Room service and food was great. Bed ultra comfyband view of the city was nice. I Highly recommend to everyone!

The location of this hotel couldn't have been better. Spectacular views from the restaurant and rooms facing south. The price was unbeatable and the room was very clean. I would definitely recommend and will be staying there again when the opportunity comes along.

Great hotel close to times square, subway stations and the port authority. Only down side was that many of the TV channels were not working but your not there to watch tv anyways.Front desk was helpful and courteous.

Great location. Nice clean room.

I took my 8 year old grandson with me on this trip. We were literally on top of everything that was on our "must see" list. Spider Man and Mary Poppins were right there. The concierge was terrific. If you plan on staying in New York, this is a place I highly recommend. Centralized in Manhattan, close to subway, and right at Times Square. My wife and I stayed for 3 nights. Awesome time.

It was my first trip to NYC, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel staff was friendly and very accomodating. The view of Times Square was spectacular!!! It was so nice to be right in the middle of everything.

Hilton Times Square is in the best location for all the best tourist attractions and despite being in the heart of Times Square is very quiet inside. What a fabulous place! I have stayed all over in NYC and this hotel is at the top of my list, Every employee is the nicest at any hotel I have ever stayed at - can't do enough for you. I was VERY happy with my stay at this hotel. My room (which was a standard room, not a suite or deluxe or anything of the sort) was extremely spacious (by Manhattan standards) and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was truly outstanding. Our heat heat did not work. The tiles in the bathroom work old and chipped. The common area side tables were left dirty with bar glasses. The seating upholstery needed a professional steam cleaning. not enough seating for lobby guests. The most annoying getting aggressively solicited two times to participate in a time share in the lobby! The hotel was in a nice location for all the must see places. Only there for one night but the accomodations were nice and the room was clean. A lot of great places to shop and eat within walking distance.

Our overall stay was satisfying, the service was excellent, and the hotel was clean and updated. My only complaint is that the front of the hotel is very inaccessible (and hard to see), and the loading and unloading area in the back is awkward. You feel like you have to jump out of the way of oncoming traffic just to unload your vehicle.

The hotel was under construction, but that didn't affect the stay. Everyone was polite and very helpfully. It was our first time staying in the city, I choose the hotel because of the location, near everything. We would stay there on our next visit and would recommend it to others.

Not only was the hotel close to the subway lines and major attractions, the staff particularly the front desk and concierge were very helpful.
