巨大なショッピングセンター、オンタリオミルズのすぐそばにあります。　建物、部屋はよくメンテされています。廊下は、以前住んだことがある、古いアメリカのアパートの匂い。部屋に入ると、それをかき消すかのような、強い芳香剤の匂い。　部屋は無駄に広い感じ。　朝食は、卵、ポテト、ベーコン、ソーセージ等を紙に丸を付けてオーダーします。（もちろんフリー）

Everything was good except I left my room at 11:30 to put things in the car and came back and my key was already deactivated when checkout was 12pm. Bit of an inconvenience.

We stayed at this hotel, as we were working in the area. The room is nice, the bed is comfortable, the breakfast is good ... But the bathroom is a BAD joke. I am only 5'6"' with short legs (a 30" inseam) and I could not sit in the tub with my legs extended! My poor husband tried the tub first, as he has a skin condition and needs to soak in an oatmeal […] solution to easy his dry skin. That didn't happen. On top of the short tub, the overflow at the foot of the tub is installed upside down. The opening is on the bottom, so you only get 1/2 a tub of water, in a tiny tub. He than tried the shower and the water was a little better then warm and there was very little water pressure. Just imagine coming back to this hotel after physically working from sun up to sun down and needing something to easy a tired body. Don't see us staying there again. There are a varity of other nice hotels in the area. We were just too physically and emotionally drained to change hotels. My stepmother has just passed away and we were there to prepare the house for sale. もっと読む

Everything about this hotel was very very nice. And the morning breakfast that's included in the price of your stay makes it even that much more attractive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

The hotel is close to lots of dining options and a wonderful mall. Also close to the 10 freeway. Comparable prices to other hotels in the area, but this one includes a complimentary cooked to order breakfast...that in itself made the hotel worth every penny! (Don't forget to tip your awesome morning cook!)

Good overall value ,, the room was nice ,comfy bed , but there were a few ants in the bathroom area that we told the innkeeper about .

The hotel was in a very convenient location with ample shoping and attractions near by, to include the California Speedway. The room was very nice looking but you could tell that the guest before smoked in the room, eventhough it was labled no smoking.

We accidentally left an extra Digital Camera charger and Nimh battery in our room after check out. We did not realize this until about noon that day we checked out. The room was perfect for two! the breakfast was great! the staff were really helpful as well letting us know about all the great features they had!

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel . . .so much in fact that when I arrived there I thought I had the wrong address. I checked my reservations with their business card and soon realized I was where I was supposed to be. The price was amazing for what we got and the room was gorgeous and clean. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the hotel was in the parking lot of the mall it was great. The hotel was clean and the beds were nice we had a good night sleep after a long day fo baseball. The boys all played in the pool before going to the mall. Was upset thst celing fan was wobbeling and could not use it. Also didnt like the tub. Maid thought we were going to clean our own room on the 3rd day. When we came back for our second visit on thurs. we were really pleased with the room. Will stay there again.

Don't mix up this one with the other Ayres Property. This one is nicer and more boutique like. Nice and quiet. Spacious. Only negative is the free breakfast. Can't complain too much - it's free. Food is mediocre at best. Limited - but filling. In Ontariio, would definitely book again.

great front desk staff. No tissue in room. they gave us a half full from the outside restroom.

I love ayres suites this is the third location I've stayed in a by far the best!!

The hotwl was great, close to everything. Breakfast was really good except when it gets close to the time to shut down the buffet they quit refilling things so your choices are very limited if you get there late. Got charged for an extra day even though we checked in at 530 am , they gave us a discount but it really wasnt that much of a discount.

The Ayres Suites is a wonderful hotel tucked into the Ontario Mills Mall Area. It is convenient with easy in and out access to the local freeways. Close proximity to the Ontario Airport, without the noise. You have availability to shopping, dining, movies, almost anything that your heart desires is within a 5-10 minute drive. Lovely garden and pool area, you don't even realize you are close to the freeway and lots of stores, you don't hear any noise, it is like you are at a resort in the middle of no where. The customer serivce from the time we checked in to the time that we checked out was excellent. I would definitely stay there again. The highlight of the breakfast was the 10in pancakes. It was made fresh. The breakfast was excellent and everything was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Easy access to Fwy 10,15 , and 210.

I absolutely love the location and accessibility to surrounding restaurants, stores and freeways. The staff is very courteous and accomodating with last minute early check-in. My rooms have always been clean and i very much enjoy the quiet stay each time I visit

My husband and I love this hotel. We have stayed here several times. The rooms are large. They have extra seating including a comfy couch in front of the TV and yet the TV is perfectly visible from the bed too. The towels are clean. The AC works great. A great room with a great price. We love the chain of hotels.

I was in Ontario for one night for a concert. The Ayres is really close to the Citizens Arena, and they have free shuttle service. The receptionist are cute, and sweet. The next morning I went to the Ontario Mills Mall which is next door to the hotel. The hotel is nice enough to take your significant other, or your family. I enjoyed my stay there. The hotel was excellent, the staff was wonderful, and the service was great.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I have stayed here twice. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy and the pool/spa are clean. Also, the staff is very helpful. I personally really like Ayres Suite Hotels.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, nice breakfast, good location for shopping, lots of restaurants around. Only missing a grocery store nearby, but hotel staff was nice enough to drive me to grocery store with hotel shuttle. I highly recommend this hotel.

All attractions were close by and the hotel service and cleanliness were superb. Only negative is that surrounding environment is busy and you could hear cars driving by at night.

We were welcomed from the moment we walked in the doors. But not in an overpowering way. The ladies at the desk were friendly and accommodating with our request to check in early. Our room was located on the third floor and was so clean and spacious. We reserved a Kind suite with a sofa sleeper for our children. The free WiFi was my husbands favorite! […] I enjoyed the comfortable beds and way the staff was very polite and eager to help. Shower was clean, bathroom too. Pool was great with a shallow end for the kids. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Will definitely stay here again. After we returned to the hotel after my daughter late night dance competition we found the staff had made up the sofa bed and placed the kids pillows and stuffed animals all around the bed! Clean and convenient. Although after two stays we are going to looks else where. It is not a bad deal bed could be more comfortable. Couldn't help but notice the staff seems to be very much into their physical appearance as many times employees where grooming themselves in the back room, even shaving. The Ayres Suites looks like a fine place from the front, but starting with the front desk receptionist - Krystyle - who had me wait 5 minutes (with no one else in the lobby) so she could write notes on a spreadsheet - YES, it was that long - to the room itself, was barely average. The beds are hard, the covers are very thin, light and stiff which made […] it hard for us to sleep with. The TV channel listing is very limited - maybe 10 channels - no Disney, Nick or the like -- although there was 3 HBO channels, including HBO Family?? The room is very average, aside from the awful beds, although the high ceilings do add a nice touch. Between the slamming doors at 6:45 AM (not just one, two or a couple) and the beds, we elected to spend the second night at another hotel on Ontario Mills Dr for $4 more per night. I wish I would've done that initially. . . . The best part was the breakfast -- it was made to order, delish and hot. Fruit would've been nice.
