The location and cleanliness was very good. The room itself was very crowded with two queen beds, (only needed one) big chair, desk, etc. The bathroom was very small, almost too small for even one person. Also, there was only one small soap and one wash cloth for two people.

Hotel was fine - However, I had booked 2 rooms and I ended up with one on the first floor and one on the third floor. Had hoped to have adjoining rooms. Management at the Hotel was not very sympathetic with our request at check-in. Staff seemed to be bothered by our stay during check-in. Had to ask for extra towels. Good value hotel, conveniently located. Within walking distance of the railway stations and the American Airways Stadium. Friendly staff who were always willing to help. Complimentary breakfast was adequate but nothing special.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, and delicious breakfast. Great value

Nice, courteous and helpful staff. Newly renovated facility with updated furniture. Immaculately clean with wonderfully manicured grounds. Wasn't expecting such a great place for this price.

The hotel room was small. That was in part because there was a king size bed, microwave cart and refrigerator. Since those were desirable to have it was a compromise. The hotel is handy to the city of Dallas but there were not restaurants and stores close to the hotel. Another compromise. Will stay there again. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Will definietly stay there next time I am in the area.

Room was very small and the AC sucked the breakfast was not very good never stay there again.

The room had a clean new feal to it I was very pleased with the HD flat screen TV, comfy bed, and great shower head. Will certainly stay here again.

Nice, almost boutique type hotel. Older, but refubished and redone throughout. Rooms are smaller, but with nice furnishings and exceptionally clean. Nice and helpful staff. Off the path a bit from downtown

A very clean hotel. I didn't get the wash clothes I requested, but I would stay again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room I stayed in was very nice, but I did pay a little extra money to get one of the nicer rooms. The only thing that bothered me was when we got to our room the door was opened and the cleaning staff had not finished setting up the room yet, even though it was hours after the earliest check in time, but they […] were friendly and apologetic, so it was not a huge issue. This hotel justifies every dollar that you spend. Close to major expressway and very nice staff.

This was a budget hotel but very good value for the price. The room appeared newly refurbished and was very clean. It included a pillow bed, a flat screen TV, microwave, refrigerator and free WiFi. On the negative side, the hotel was quite isolated being surrounded by parking lots and office buildings. To get to a convenience store for beer etc., it […] was a two city block walk. The only meal souce nearby was a Denny's right across the road, however, in the twice I used it, I considered both the food and the service to be quite poor. This hotel could correct for the isolation somewhat if they had a shullte bus. It is 3 miles from downtown Dallas and the Concention Center. Overall I would rate this hotel as a good deal. It's location is good, the hotel is in good condition, and the price is right. The staff are very nice, and even gave me an extended late checkout. The only complaint I have with the hotel is the plumbing. As I checked in I was told maintenance was in the bathroom of my room finishing up on caulking, and […] they should be gone within a few minutes. That part was true. What I didn't realize or think to check was the plumbing. The next morning I discovered that there was no water to take a shower with. The staff let me use a shower of a room close by, so this wasn't a major setback, but it was surprising. Great proximity to Hilton Anatole where my conference was... excellent pricing. Nice room. However, soap must be at a premium at this property. I asked for it twice and never received it in my room. Breakfast was not sparse close to closing time.

The overall room was fine. The bathroom door hit the bathtub when you went in. The second night that we were there it was 85 degrees in our room. We had to open a window. The maintenance man got us 2 fans to use. It was miserable. We would not stay there again

The desk clerk was unable to answer any of our questions about nearby services or attractions, and was not the least bit anxious to help. There were, apparently, no washcloths on the premises, since even when we asked for them, we didn't get them. They lost our HOTELS.COM booking. Luckily, we were able to provide our confirmation copy. The room was really, really nice. The staff was very pleasant.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. We had to ask for wash cloths, but other than that, no hassles. We will stay there again.

Good for the price.

room was hot and humid.... and smelled horrible.....air conditioning didnt work and the rude staff would not change our rooms......we left to stay at the amazing Double Tree Hilton next door for very little more......the staff there was awesome and the rooms were great!!

The only positive thing I can say is that the room was relatively clean. The room was terribly small. With two queen beds, there was hardly room to move around. The bathroom was tiny. We were unable to find a balance between freezing and scalding in the shower. Then there was the free breakfast. This was perhaps the most disappointing part. There was […] a waffle maker, a few frozen sausage sandwiches, some bread for toast, and a few oatmeal packets. There was some cereal, but the milk smelled funny. Worst of all, the coffee was instant. We sat there for a few minutes, but couldn't stand the coffee. We ended up going somewhere else for breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The beds were like sleeping on concrete. I had asked the staff twice for foam to add on to the bed or anything. Nothing was done. The staff said the beds were new was their excuse! I let them know I would have been just as well to sleep on the floor. I was in Dallas for the TSA convention and had a very comfortable and quiet room. It was very nice and amienties such as the computer room was nice and helpful the hot morning breakfast was very vey nice waffles and coffee, cereal and juice was excellant the bed was b=very comfortable. The best were very comfortable, but the bathroom seemed run down and not very clean. The breakfast was not very good either. Just breads, waffles and bananas. There was also juice and coffee. The coffee was surprisingly good.

We enjoyed our stay and even enjoyed the outdoor pool. Not much of a breakfast, but there is a Denny's right across the street.

Only complaint I have (b/c I'm a girl) is there was only a mirror in the bathroom. Which made it hard to shower/get ready. Would be convenient to have a mirror above the desk. Bathroom did have a few dead bugs under the counter, but that could have been to recently being sprayed. Overall great stay.

pleasantly suprised that everything in the room was new from the window treatment to the beds. Its still an older hotel but as updated as one can get without yanking out the elevators and carpet. Right across the street from a couple of Marriott hotels, my friend from Chicago was at the Fairfield and said that for the price point after visiting my room […] she'd much rather have stayed at the Best Western.
