非常に清潔でスタッフも親切でした。唯一、帰りのリムジンをフロントお願いしたのですが、結果的に１時間近く待たされました。その間フロントで状況を何度聞いても「すぐに来る」の回答のみ。飛行機の時間に余裕がなたかったら問題でした。

"Close to lots of attractions"
Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Not only was it within walking distance of several tourist stops (i.e. Rock Hall of Fame and Great Lakes Science Museum,) but it was within a ten minute drive of several others. Loved being able to relax in the spa tub, but I was disappointed with the water temperature of the pool, as it was a bit too cold […] to swim in. The room was clean and well kept, as was the majority of the rest of the hotel. "Perfect except for the restaurant"
Very easy to register, to communicate with staff, the shuttle was convenient and staff friendly/smart, very nice stay. The restaurant was not so good - one person walking around promising service that didn't happen.
"Be Sure to Ask Questions about the Shuttle Service"
We did not receive complete information about how the complimentary shuttle works and as a result, we ended up walking back to the hotel from the Cavs game.

"Great location to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame"
Great location to anything downtown or quickly jump on a freeway and be where you want to go in minutes. Hotel was clean and mostly comfortable; overstuffed pillows left me with a crick in my neck. Parking garage with hotel; fee for one night was $16.00.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was very clean with modern decor. restaurant/bar was also very nice. We will definately return to this hotel on our next trip to Cleveland!

"Great location, clean hotel!"
It was nice and close to the Rock n Roll HOF, only took about 10-15 mins to walk there. Not too far from street with plenty of restaurants. The only odd thing was that we could not find a garbage can in our room. Don't know if that was just a mistake or what, I'm assuming it was. Overall, great experience. The staff was very charming.
"Key issue"
Every time I stay at this hotel the keys don't work. Generally find myself running up and down to front desk multiple times before I can get in the room. Beds are comfy.

The hotel was wonderfully clean and our room was very spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved our room and its appointments. "Just stay here!!"
We ere there to visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame which is literally right out the door. The staff here was so friendly and more than willing to answer our questions and provide whatever we needed. The pool is beautiful and they have a full bar. Get yourself into their free shuttle service and you have numerous places to eat and drink within a 5 […] minute ride from the hotel. They'll give you a ride back just as soon as you give them a call. I cannot say enough about this hotel. I wouldn't bother looking up another for our next trip to the city of Cleveland. "The Double Tree Hotel - great is all i can say"
the room i had was great they put me in a king size bedroom smoking room at that for free. the stay was great and we had a good time going to the rock hall. The cookie omg they are great I wanted to ask for more. the only issue i had was that i didnt get to use the wieght room. but i had a great time.
"Decent, reasonably priced accommodations"
I stayed at this hotel while a family member was at the Cleveland Clinic. Overall, the room, breakfasts (the only meal I got to sample there) and service were good. On a scale of 1 to 5, I'd give it a solid 4.

Hotel was within walking distance to Browns Stadium....shuttle bus took us to a downtown restaurant New Year Eve and picked us up...would stay there again and would recommend this to friends...

We had a the best rate for the room and services! Very nice location, on site parking garage was a plus! "Time to Rock & Roll"
Absolutely beautiful hotel located in downtown Cleveland within walking distance to the Rocking Roll Hall of Fame and the Cleveland Browns Stadium. "BAD corner room"
We were in a corner room and this room should have been used as a closet and NOT a full room. We were not happy with the room size at all . But we made due because there was no other rooms . I will make sure not to accept another corner room.

"THE place to stay if sightseeing in Cleveland!"

"Doubletree in downtown Cleveland,oh"
We recently stayed here for a holiday weekend.The service was great.Everybody was real nice..we loved the cookies and the shuttle service.we didn't have to move our car until we were leaving( there was a fee to park,but the shuttle service made up for the fee)
- The room is a king bed room, but not very spacious. It is a very nice and clean room. The room has a free wifi. - The hotel location is very close to the browns stadium and the museum of rock and roll. -
"Cleveland Doubletree"
Staff were friendly and location was great. But we found a condom wrapper beside the bed. There was a water leak that made the carpet soaked beside the bed which we stepped in repeatedly, and my girlfriends purse got ruined from the water. Our television froze on us so we couldnt watch it.

"One thing"
The location was great if attending a football game. The staff was nice, and the hotel was clean.Our room however had towel bars hanging from the wall by a thread, and the toliet would not flush properly. Only stayed 1 night so not as bad as it could have been. Will stay again but will change rooms.

This hotel is so close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and it's neighbors that you can walk. I like that it has it's own parking garage and a Starbucks in the lobby. The room was sweet, just either too cold/too hot, but nothing to be upset about. I would stay there again.

"My favorite Cleveland hotel"
Not all Doubletree hotels are created equal, but thus is one of the better ones that I have been too. The building appears to be recently renovated, so most everything seems new and it has very upbeat and modern decor. I got a great deal on a king/sofa room this time and it worked out really well. The extra space really made a difference. I am allergy […] sensitive, so I had to take a kitty-sniff of four different rooms before I found one that did not have a heavy chemical deodarizer smell. Fortunatly, the desk staff was friendly and patient with my need for this. I had dinner at the restaurnat and it was not good, unlike a few months prior when I had a good experience there. I recommend buying bottled water at the lobby Starbucks or through the vending machines on each floor. It costs the same as the ones at the front desk, but they are significantlt bigger. "weekend getaway"
great price..good location for weekend enterainment ..free shuttle but it stops at 10:30 pm. If in Cleveland i would stay there again

Stayed 2 nights. Comfortable - Clean- Quiet. Welcomed at check-in with warm chocolate chip cookies. Staff was friendly. Parking fee $16 per day. Free shuttle. Walking distance to museums, hall of fame, stadium, restuarants. Would stay here next visit to Cleveland.
