ダウンタウンの中心にあり、交通の便はよかったです。部屋もそれなりの広さで、快適でした。また利用したいと思います。

Queenサイズベッドのお部屋に宿泊しました。 お部屋はトイレ・シャワールーム含めとても清潔で十分くつろげる程のスペースがありました。フリーのコーヒー、紅茶、お水をいただけるサービスは夜まで作業をする用事のあった当方にはとても便利で助かりました。冷蔵庫があれば外で買ってきたものを保存できるのにな、とは思いましたが概ね満足のいくホテルでした。

自動チェックイン・アウトができて便利。 使い方がわからなくても丁寧に教えてくれる。 デポジットとしてクレジットカードが必要。 エレベーターに乗るにはカードが必要で安心。 併設のエレファントカフェは朝・昼・夜利用可能で便利！

週末を利用してボストンに一泊。 場所柄か値段はそこまでお安くはないものの、立地は便利で部屋も清潔感あり。シャワーのみも十分な広さだった。正午過ぎにホテルに着いたがその時間でもチェックインできたのも良かった（15時前でも普通に部屋にいれてくれるんですね）。 荷物をおいて観光に出かけ、観光名所や夕食に便利な場所なので、食事後すぐにホテルに戻れた。また、廊下にウォーターボトルが置いてあり、自分でペットボトル水を作れる？のも良かった。Wifiも十分に利用できた。 サウスステーションから5、6分程度なので、チェックアウト後も荷物を置いて観光、帰る直前に荷物をとってそのまま駅へ。 また来た時も泊まりたいです。 利用していませんが、ホテルにはパブも併設されているので、夕食後にもう少し飲みたい時には利用で […] きそうです。 ホテル近辺は金融街なのでしょうか、週末は全然人気がありませんでした。静かでよかったです。 部屋にデスクがあったのでビジネスユースにもよさげです。ベッド、デスクがあっても余裕の広さでした。 もっと読む

最初に案内をされた部屋、なんと３階で目の前はすぐほかのビルの仕事場。周りは宴会場というとんでもなさ。 ５泊しなければならなかったので、すぐに部屋を変えてもらいました。その間も＜空いている部屋がない＞などと早口で繰り返され、じゃあ、荷物を置くからkeepしておいてと言ったら、＜別の部屋がありました＞と態度急変。いきなり７階。これが同じ料金かと思うほど、静かでよかったです。 ただ、変な造りになっていて、となりの部屋のドアと隣り合わせ。相手によっては開け閉めなどうるさいです。 とにかく、東海岸ってまだまだ差別意識があるんだな～と思いました。おすすめしません。

ボストン観光には立地がよく、値段もリーゾナブルでした。部屋は広く、快適でしたが、シャワーは温度調節た水量調節が日本人にとって使い勝手が悪かったです。今回の旅行ではノートパソコンを持参しました。無線LANが快速で随時日本の情報を知ったり、メールしたりできました。

・入口が小さいので、注意していないと見過ごします。 ・新しくて、掃除もよく行き届いています。 ・風呂は広いですが、バスタブの無いシャワールームです。バスタブの部屋もあるかもしれません。 ・コーヒー、紅茶はロビーでいつでも飲めます。 ・無線LANは、パスワード等はなく、すぐつながります。 ・サウス駅から徒歩１０分。決して近くはありません。地下鉄のどの駅も同程度に遠いです。雨の日などはタクシー利用をお勧めします。 ・エアコン付近からずっとカチカチ音がしていました。雑音が気になる人には向きません。 ・横にパブがあり、朝ごはんも食べられます。

Loved the amenities, and the staff was great. Adjacent pub/restaurant was also excellent. Vert convenient to the T and within walking distance of almost everything. We spent three nights and will definitely stay there again.

Got to see every thing we wanted to see staying at this location. The staff was great. The bed was a little too hard for us and the TV was placed over the desk opposed to being in front of the bed, so it was a little awkward to watch. Club Quarters is a rock solid place to stay downtown. Clean, well maintained. Short walk to Quincy Market/ Long Wharf. Nice having the Elephant and Castle Pub right downstairs. Room, bed, bathroom all good. My only complaint is that the TV in room is too small.

Great location in Boston. Offers free chilled water on each floor. Not a fan of the self check-in/out (I would rather be greeted). Nice restaurant/bar next door. Parking garage is close (<5 min walk) but due to its location, a bit pricey.

Great location - right in downtown and close to restaurants and main streets. 10 minutes walk from Quincy Market and very close to a T. Room was very small but I guess they all are in this area. Concierge was very nice and helpful, beyond normal expectation. Bed was comfy, and room was generally very clean

First time in Boston we booked two nights. The room was very small but very modern and clean. Winded up booking an additional night to see the rest of the city. There is a pub connected to the hotel which was convenient for a quick bite. They offer iPad rentals which was cool even though I didn't need it. Very convenient location; very helpful staff. LOVED the automated check-in. Room very small, bad lighting. But so centrally located if you're there on business/busy tourists, it is just fine. And the Elephant & Castle restaurant that is "attached" is also just fine.

This hotel has everything you need, without giving you much more. Rooms are on the small side, but have a desk, comfortable chair, reasonable closet. Staff is friendly and efficient. It ain't luxury, but it satisfies every need you will have. I would stay here again, especially for the price.

The hotel was conveniently located, with a nice bar/ restaurant adjacent. It was fine, though the bed wasn't super comfortable and the room was a little small for the price. We did go on a very busy weekend though, so that probably explains the price. In all, it was acceptable but not luxurious.

When I first showed up there was a major issue with my room. The cleaning crew was putting a ton of laundry bags in my room! I went downstairs and told them, they said the were sorry and upgraded me to a suite! I know this couldn't have been easy because they were sold out, so THANK YOU!! Always my #1 when I have to go to Boston for business.

Comfortable Room; Loved the fact that it is attached to a pub that had good food and was open for all meals... can even be delivered to your room. Free Wireless Internet was nice. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice room rates. Our room had a refrig which was nice.

Overall, our stay was fine. It was nice having the restaurant right there and the location was great. Had we stayed longer than 2 nights, the room wouldn't have suited us. If you prefer softer pillows, bring your own. They were way too firm for me and actually did not have a great night's sleep the 2nd night because of it. Housekeeping knocked on our door despite having privacy tag displayed.
