"Reasonable location, claustrophobic room"

The rooms are TINY. To the point that only one of us could pack at a time without bumping into the other. Finding a place to put two suitcases was a challenge. While the location is convenient (directly above the train stations), consider staying closer to the Namba neighborhood as that is where most of the restaurants and night life is

The hotel is conveniently located, staff are friendly and efficient (as always in Japan). The room I stayed was small but good enough for business travelers since not spending time in the room other than going to bed.

Located right above Osaka JR Station, this hotel is convienient for all of Osaka (Umeda, Namba etc) and has a direct link to Shin-Osaka (shinkansen station). Friendly courtious staff (as you'd expect in Japan). most seemed to speak good english. Next time I'm in Osaka, I will be staying here again!!

"Fantastic Location"

This Granvia Osaka Hotel is a very stylish hotel with friendly English speaking staff. The room was very clean and spacious although the bathroom was a bit on the small side. My room was on the 26th floor and the view was spectacular. The location couldn't be any better as it's actually connected to the station. It a also a few minutes walk from the HEP5 shopping mall which hosts the huge ferris wheel. I think this hotel was a good choice and I would be happy to stay here again.

Hotellet ligger på stationen, vilket var lite förvirrande eftersom kartan visade något annat. Bekvämt läge även om man fick åka lokaltåg 2 stationer efter ankomst med shinkansen. Många matställen i huset, både i och utanför hotellet.
