期待通り良かったです。

2011年10月上旬　バルコニー付の部屋に宿泊しました。 9階建てのこじんまりしたホテルで豪華な雰囲気はありませんが、部屋は清潔、ベッドや椅子の使い心地も快適で、スタッフの対応も迅速でした。他の宿泊客（白人が多いみたい）のマナーも良かったです。夜、他の部屋？の排水管の音が少し気になる時がありました。 ホテルは街なかにありますが、このホテルの正面だけたまたま？ちょっとした広場のようになっていて芝生や木があり、バルコニーにでていても圧迫感はありませんでした。 シティーの中心からも近く、歩いてウールワース（スーパー）やショッピングモールまで行きました。ホテルの前は赤キャットバスのバス停があり、バスの利用も便利。オプショナルツアーの送迎もホテルの前まであります。

部屋の中は、ビジネスホテルといった感じ。すごくきれいではないが、汚くもない。 虫が２．３びきいたけど・・・。 キャットのバス停が目の前なのは本当に便利でした。 またパースに行くことがあれば、是非利用したいと思います。

オフィス街にある利便性の良いホテルです。f駅にも徒歩７，８分で行けますし、モールが数分の所にあるのでショッピングにお食事に大変便利でした。レンタカーのオフィスがすぐ隣の通りにありましたので、車の返却も楽でした。 ホテルの中にパブがあり、夜賑わってましたので、ビールの好きな方にはお薦めのホテルかも、です。戸外のウッドデッキで飲んだりお食事もできます。部屋は多少殺風景でしたが、静かで良く眠れました。 ホテルのスタッフは不慣れな人もいましたが、一生懸命でサービスも良かったので快適な滞在が出来ました。豪華なホテルを求める人には不向きですが、利便性と安全性を求める方にはお薦めのホテルです。

ティッシュが足らなくて、エレベーターは大胆な動きをしますが、特に不満な点はなかったように思います。前に無料キャットバスが随時来るのでとても便利です。

We wanted a hotel close to the city centre and that's what we got. Staff were really nice and helpful. Rooms a bit tired, with view over the air conditioning units none too pretty, but it was comfortable enough.

Hotels in Perth are expensive by North American standards and the star rating generally higher than an equivalent hotel in US. The staff could not have been more helpful and responsive to an initial concern about our room. There is.no parking provided by hotel.

I have stayed at the travelodge alot on work trips and overall I was happy with my stay, the price was reasonable however we ordered a pizza room service and it was tiny soo soggy and over priced. Very dissapointing. Also we got a balcony room which must have been a smoking room because you could see butts on the balcony. That may have been a mix up […] though. Friendly service - extended checkout given on request. Room comfortable and clean. Good location; easy walking distance to river and CBD.

The hotel staff are very nice, room was perfect and is in a great location.

We stayed one night arriving at midnight from a late plane arrival, and there was a reception person which was great, to check us in. Good room and amenities. We had a wonderful breakfast next morning in a relaxed setting. Would recommend the hotel; only sorry that it is so far from the airport. We will definitely stay again.

1. good location and with CAT bus station infont of the hotel, easy to access the city center. 2. the room is big and confortable, and staffs of front desk are friendly and nice. 3. room service is terrible. they even left dirty bed sheets on the ground after daily clean service.

1. The staff at the reception counter are very nice and helpful. 2. As my family arrived at the hotel around 9AM and early check-in without charge was allowed. It was wonderfully to let us to rest asap. Check-in procedures were efficient and simple. 3. One queen bed with one single bed in a room was arranged. It really of great value and comfort for […] a couple with a child. The room was spacious and on the highest floor. The room was very quiet for sleep and the people in other room was polite and quiet too. 4. The transportation was extremely convenient. The cat bus stop was in front of the hotel. Even at night, it was quite safe and convenient, just a few walk to CBD/city for shopping and eating as well as 10 mins walk to Northbridge where many restaurants opened till midnight. 5. The following need further improvement: (a) The carpet was quite dirty without vaccum during my stay. (b) The bedsheet was changed once upon request during my stay for 8 days. (c) The tray for tea bags was dirty without cleansing during my stay. (d) The cleansing staff was hurried to clean up my room with several disturbance starting from 9:30AM to 11:30AM. (e) The light bulbs were out of order but the replacement work was delayed. The check-in counter changed my room with balcony bcos of our long-stay (7 days). The room is tidy and clean. Some friends stayed in other international hotel in Perth but they said our room is much bigger than that. Satisfactory overall except the wifi is a little bit weak even I paid for that.

Room was standard but worth what you pay.. The breakfast buffet was great. Location was good..

The hotel staffs are really helpful. I had an early flight and the hotel staff allowed me to do an early check in. The restuarants and shops were mostly within walking distant. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay in the hotel! :)

Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable king-size bed. Close to central city malls and easy walk to river.

This hotel was middle of the range, but had all facilities that were needed. Staff were pleasant and overall the accomodation provided good value for money.

The location was very convenient with a bus stop out the front of hotel. Staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The room was a reasonable size, cleanliness OK (better on some days). We had a deluxe room on 9th floor with a view of the airconditioners on the building next door and unfortunately could hear them all night. Great location within walking distance of CBD. Pleasant decor, felt relaxed and importantly ample space for 5 day stay, very comfortable. Thought Restaurant too expensive. Bathroom cleanliness could be better and carpet needs more time spent on it. Tariff was good value.

Travelodge hotel is very conveniently located in the centre of Perth CBD. My room was comfortable and clean, overlooking the Cathedral. The hotel makes a good impression from the outside and the foyer is pleasant as well. The breakfast didn’t have a great choice of dishes but was satisfying. Staff was pleasant and efficient. My only negative comment […] would be about the dinner I had at the hotel restaurant. I have ordered fish of the day and salad. The dish was very tasty but vey small. Really enjoyed my stay here at the Travelodge. It was a short walk to the CBD and easy to everywhere. The CBD in Perth is relatively small so easy to get around on foot. Overall I found food prices to be a budget buster in Perth so I was happy to find a grocery store just a block and a half from the Hotel which kept me from maxing out my Visa on restaurant […] bills. We found this hotel to be in a central location in the city and the room was very clean. We had a balcony overlooking Hay Street but we did not hear any noise from the traffic. The only draw back is that the hotel does not have any parking on site. Would thoroughly recommend it to anyone.

Just stayed in the Travelodge Perth. Staff v. friendly at check in but assumption made that we wanted a twin room (despite having requested a double) not a double (2 women travelling together). We were moved to a double when we complained. Excellent room service, good food in the restaurant and bar. The room was a little shabby and quite dirty under […] tables, skirting boards, light fittings etc. central floor areas and tops were clean. Room furnishings were inadequate for two people as there was only one very large easy chair, although we accept this isn't a suite. A small table and two chairs would have been better so when having room service there is somwhere to eat other than the bed. The outside balcony table wobbled so much it was impossible to put a drink on it. The tea/coffee/milk wasn't replenished on the first day and we had to request more. The hand towels were not replaced after the first day. The mirror and windows were filthy, there was coffee stains down the front of the fridge during our whole stay and stains on the bedside lampshades. The silicon around the shower screen was mouldy and needs replacing. The cost of the internet was prohibitive, it is now standard in European hotels of all grades to have wifi included. The sound on the tv was poor on most channels (a vibration) We were disturbed by a male member of staff who tried to come into the room to check our minibar despite having put our 'Do not disturb' sign on the door. He was stopped by a draw that happened to be open near the door. What is the point in putting a sign up if this is going to be totally ignored. He apologised and went away when we told him nothing needed replenishing in the bar Good laundry facilities for guests but nowhere to hang clothes to dry. A free standing clothes dryer that would stand below the level of the balcony wall (so not unsightly) would be useful. We had to use the ironing board to lay things on. Within walking distance of city, CAT bus (free bus service) right outside hotel. Staff very helpfull as to sights, restaraunts and information as to how to get to places. Always ready with maps to show us or ask other staff if they did not know answer to question. Staff always friendly.

it's also noisy because of airconditioner

Having arrived at the Travelodge, Perth following a 5 hour flight and arriving at the hotel after 1am with my hire car. Upon checking I was advised that this hotel does not have any off-street parking. Although the person at reception said that this fact is in their conditions, this did not help me at 1am. The bay parking in the street is free until […] around 7am and unless you are prepared to get up early in order to feed the meter (max of 1 hr), you will have to take your car our of the CBD and make other arrangements. Its location is superb and the red CAT service is just at the doorstep. The yellow CAT service is not too far away too. It is well within walking distance to the Hay Street shopping area with cafes nearby too. Hotel room is comfortable and clean. The only misgiving that we had is that we stayed at the 9th floor and early in the morning we could smell […] the cooking fumes coming through the windows which we reckon it was probably from the hotel's restaurant or the nearby cafe. We stayed here for three nights and were very happy with our choice. We were upgraded to a balcony room, which was a nice touch. The room was comfortable and housekeeping was good. We were disappointed with the continental breakfast offered as there were no cheeses, cooked meats or bread rolls - limited to cereals, fruit, yoghurt and toast - pretty […] poor really. The hotel is absolutely lovely. Food is gorgeous and everthing catered for. I would have liked free internet access on the computers in the business lounge but apart from that I can't fault it. I actually ended up staying in it for a week instead of my initial booking of 4 days. It's so handy!

Good price, good location, good food, nice staff, but rooms could do with updating. Room was very warm and aircon didn't make much impact on this.

Appart from a few hiccups booking in (i.e. trying to give me the room next to an industrial sized vent that vibrated and hummed like a construction site), my stay at the Travelodge was a good time.

Nice hotel with a convenient location. Great breakfast buffet.

I stay for 5 days (Nov 5 - Nov 10), and met many front office staffs who change shift everyday, and they are all great, friendly & efficient on everything from the first time of my check in until check out, and several queries in between. The location is superb (5 minutes walk to hay street malls / murray street malls where you can find everything […] to shop, to eat, to find travel agent etc), the room is clean (my room is seems newly renovated with minimalist design). The hotel is located on the edge of Perth's CBD so is central yet, not being right in the middle, does not suffer from street noise. The 'malls' that make up Perth city center are only a few minutes walk. Breakfasts are excellent and the hotel's Armada restaurant posted a decent menu.
