現在住んでいる、ジョージア州ｱﾄﾗﾝﾀから、一泊家族旅行でこのホテルを利用しました。 部屋の広さも十分で、室内やバスルームも清潔でした。 ホテルの場所も、観光するにはとても良い場所でした。 ただ、一つ残念だったのは、ﾎﾃﾙｽﾞﾄﾞｯﾄｺﾑの日本語のﾎｰﾑﾍﾟｰｼﾞには、部屋の設備に冷蔵庫あり（確か、要リクエスト）とあったので、予約時にリクエストしましたが、部屋に無かったことです。 全体的には、大きな問題もなく、満足でした。

いいと思います。 フロントのサービスや対応は良かったし、部屋は清潔でゆっくりくつろぐことができました。ヒストリカルディスクリクトのはじに位置していますが、観光には支障を感じませんでした。しいて言えば無料の朝食にもう少しバリエーションがあるといいですが。。。インターネットも自由につなげるので、旅行滞在としては合格点だと思います。

The location and rooms were clean. Excellent staff.

The staff was great. I'd like to give special mention to the manager Hannah. She went out of her way to help with our accommodations. We really appreciated all she did on our behalf.
"Bluffton Area"
The hotel was very nice and updated. The only problem was the spa didn't work properly. It wasn't hot and wouldn't turn on properly. Also, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast, however, was great with a lot of different options. They also had coffee 24 hours a day.
"Noisy room"
My stay was dampered by the incredible noise from the room above mine. Between 11:00pm and 1:30am, the foot traffic and door noise above sounded like it was inside my own room. As I don't often stay on the ground floor, I am not sure if this is common, but it prevented me from getting a good night's sleep in an otherwise decent room.

"No Surprises Stay"
I was very satisfied with the accommodations considering the price. The room was clean and comfortable, the included hot breakfast was very good, and the staff was very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to others.

"Great Stay in Bluffton, SC"
I didn't expect the beds to be as comfortable as they were, I was impressed! Even with my bad back I slept very well. The property is a little hidden but not hard to find. It was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good, there was a nice selection of cereals, juices, and the eggs were good. They also had pastries, […] bagels, toast, sausage and fresh fruit and yogurt as well as coffee & tea. I requested a refridgerator and microwave which I used and had no problem with. The bathroom was clean and we had soft towels which was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient placed to stay close to USCB-Hilton Head campus (on Hwy 278 at 170/Okatee Hwy). "Who would have thought?"
The Fairfield Inn in Bluffton SC was one to the nices hotels I've stayed. Kyle the front desk staff was helpful and pleassnt at check-in and throughout our stay the rest of the staff were great as well. Who would have thought we would have received such personal service especially on a holiday weekend. Fairfield Inns are now our families hotel of choice. "Marriott Quality"
Clean, comfortable with excellent management services. Breakfast was better than most. Price very affordable. Close to Hilton Head golf courses and restaurants without Hilton Head prices.
"More than expected"
I was very please with this hotel. It looked like it had recently remodeled. It is mid ways between Hilton Head and Parris Island, excellent location to see a graduation and vacation to Hilton Head. The breakfast was very nice. I booked through Hotel.com and it made it a very easy check in. You can't go wrong with this hotel. Very Satisfied.

Very nice hotel..great value
Great hotel for the price! The location was hard to find because it was behind a big store. Took the wrong turn because of it. Other than that service was good and great complimentary breakfast!

Great, clean facility. Great customer service. Felt very much at home here. Late check-out (noon) helps too. Breakfast is adequate - it could be better.

"Not a convenient location"
This hotel is perfectly fine as a mid range hotel of its type. the problem is location - having read previous reviews we were under the impression it was near to the coast and that there were amenities close by. Couldn't have been more wrong - situated on a business park - nothing whatsoever in walking distance and at least 5 milews from any water! […] We were breaking our jouirney, so didn't want to drive to find something to eat. Fairfield Inn is a good place to stay if you want to be close to Savannah/Hilton Head airport and Paris Island. We attended our daughter's graduation at MCRD Parris Island the location is so ideal for our needs. "Fairfield - Bluffton"
Stayed for 3 nights and found the hotel to be clean and comfortable. Basic morning breakfast, nothing fancy. A little tricky to find location off the highway due to lack of signage, but this may be because of local sign ordinances. Not many services/restaurants right at hotel's exit, but plenty within a few miles. Would stay here again.

This hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was very helpful with directions and giving us the information needed for the event we were attending.I felt very safe comming ang going in the evening. The only problem was the place was very hard to find. i suggest tou get VERY specific directions.

"Close to where we needed to be....."
It had been several years since we stayed there... The rooms have been re-decorated since our last visit, clean and comfortable. We were impressed by the quality and price and will definately stay there again sometime. Thank You

Hotel is reasonably priced, convenient and well maintained. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. There are no eating facilities on the premises. Quiet location.

"Wonderful hotel for the price"
The hotel was within a few miles of many great restaraunts. Room was perfect for a nice clean place to sleep. Beds were on the small side, but clean & comfortable. Had an in room coffee maker, desk, tv, and extra seating. The continental breakfast was amazing! Not just cold cereal and muffins! Nice place to stay close to hiway and to Paris Island. I would be nice if there were ANY siigns to show where the hotel was located behind the furniture store.

The hotel was not close to anything. It smelled musty and humid and even had a dehumidifier in my room going 24/7. Wouldnt reccomend to anyone.

The hotel was easy to miss no signage at road but once we found it everything was nice. We were there for graduation at Parris Inland and in the lobby we found no information it would have been nice to have some and maybe open the breakfast bar a little early on those two days.

Very clean & comfortable. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was very nice. Nothing negative about entire experience except parking was a problem 1 of the 3 nights we were there. They don't have 1 space for every room. When some people take 2 and a fisherman with truck & boat took 5, you can see how that can be a problem when hotel is full.
