ホテルから一歩でると、そこは正にTVなどで見るラスベガスそのものでした。便利な場所なのでお土産を買う時間を短縮できたし周りには安くて美味しいレストランが沢山ありました。短期旅行者には最適だと思います。私と主人が泊まった部屋はとても綺麗で快適でした。ただ15階だったのですが外の工事の音がかなり聞こえて来るのでゆっくりと寝れない日がありました。両親は禁煙を予約していたのに、部屋に入るとタバコ臭いと言っていました。義母はタバコの臭いにアレルギーがあるので部屋を変えてもらいたいと言うとすぐに部屋を変えてくれました。プールは最高でした！また泊まりたいと思います。

3泊しました。 ダウンタウンの中心でダウンタウン散策に便利。またバス停にも近く、ストリップおよびアウトレットに行くのに便利でした。 ホテル自体も大きく、カジノ・食事（ブッフェはストリップに比べて安くおいしかったでした）・サービス・雰囲気はよかったです。 カジノもオープンな感じだしスタッフも親切でした。 日本人はほとんど見ませんでした。ラスベガスやカジノを楽しむにはいいかもしれません。 部屋にお湯をつくるポット、コップ、冷蔵庫がなく不便でした。 掃除も微妙な日がありバスマットがそのままに置かれていて掃除してくれたのかわからなかったり、ゴミも捨てられていない日がありました。汚物用のビニールもなかったです。アメニティには期待しないほうがいいです。近くにドラックストアやABCストアがあるのでアメ […] ニティ関連やコップなどはここで調達するといいです。 部屋の電話とアラーム機能が使えなかったのが不便。電話がかけれなかったので携帯電話でかけなくてはならず費用が心配です。 あと予約をこちらからしたのですがチェックイン時に2ベットではなく2ルームの予約がはいっていると言われ面倒が生じました。海外から電話をホテルコムにかけて確認なと大変でした。これも上記の携帯電話を使用の事態であり、この費用はどこが責任をとってくれるのか、そこだけが不満です。 もっと読む

ダウンタウンのカウントダウンパーティ参加で、ラッシュタワーに３泊したが、まだ年数も経ってないこともあり、綺麗な部屋だった。 概ね満足だが、不満点といえば、シャワーの圧力が弱いのと、ハンドヘルドではないこと。 また、洗面台の水を強く出したときに、排水調整溝の位置が悪く、激しく水が跳ね返ることである。

売店の商品に値段がついてないのが残念。結構割高な 気がしたのでアーケード沿いの土産物屋まで酒、つまみを買いに出かけました。その他概ね良好です。 チェックインも大体どの時間でも３、４人待ち位で窓口４つくらい、１０分でＯＫです。

立地条件、部屋の質と値段を考えれば、値打ちがあると思います。ただその分若い学生などの観光客が多く、夜中まで騒いでいたりするのでうるさかったです。夜型の観光の方にはいいのではと思いますが、仕事で行かれる方にはお勧めしません。

Old school when it is at its best ! Why stay on the Strip when you can stay down town, the perfect Las Vegas experience. Recommend you stay a few nights down town and the rest on the strip.

Perfect location for access to down town. Great room price--great room.

The bathroom smelled of urine but come to find out it was the shower curtain smell, I think

Room was very clean and comfortable. Close to a lot of things to do all night long. Beautiful huge pool and fish tank that was a fun time. We were really pleased with everything would stay there again.

wish I could have won some money

First, I paid for an upgraded suite in the recently renovated Rush tower. The room is decent, but not worth the extra expense. I visited my cousin's room in the Carson tower (lower rates) only to discover that the rooms are not terribly different. In fact, he had a much better view and a quieter stay. If that's not bad enough, the maitre d' (named Blaze) […] at the Grotto was extremely pompous, pretentious, and rude. Plus, many if our party had different rooms in the Rush tower. After the maid cleaned the room, our cards stopped working. Hotel management tried saying that we demagnetized the cards with our cellphones; yes, the six of us managed to demagnetize our room cards with our cellphones at roughly the same time. I guess we're gifted that way and the basic laws of probability don't apply to us. But hey, mistakes happen, right? My issue is that hotel management was patronizing and rude in handling these matters. So, if you hope to receive good customer service for your money, you may want to reconsider your accommodations and avoid the Golden Nugget!!!! もっと読む

My stay was great the hotel is beautiful the room was great. We had 3 people stay in our room our only complaints is that they never gave us 3 glasses to use, they never replaced the coffee cups so we ran out of cups the blow dryer wouldn't work on high if you used it on high it would turn off and I would have to wait to turn it back on or use it on […] low/med. Overall the hotel and the service was very nice, but there didn't seem to be any perks or deals. They even charge you for the in room coffee. Never had to pay for that before! Ever!

Bed was uncomftable location was horrible

Nice and fun but this hotel is far from the strip...

Long check-in, key card wouldn't work first time

Checking in was quick and customer service very nice...they checked us in early no problem! Rush Tower was booked, so we stayed at the Carson Tower. I was very pleased with the room...the bed...the best I've ever slept in as far as hotels. I couldn't believe it... Food was excellent...ate at the Grotto and the Grill! Didn't get a chance to try the sushi […] place...but will definately next time. Pool was great..always entertained by the sharks and fish.. and the slide a lot of fun. Was able to find a chair fairly easy. People staying there all seemed very nice as well.! Will definately come stay again! Played a lot of video poker and the bartenders were great! Our first stay here and we had our three kids, 8,10,&11...they absolutely loved the pool , and so did we. They were able to swim while we got some play time at the card tables thereThe room was very big and was a perfect fit for all of us. The room was also very clean and up to date. We had a great time. We weren't too pleased with the over crowded pool. Apparently in order to go to the "adult only" pool, you have to have reservations so be prepared if you don't want to be surrounded by kids.... EVERYWHERE! Also if you want coffee in the morning, bring your K-cups. It is a Keurig machine BUT you have to pay $10.00 for 3 K-cups. […] We stayed here previously so knew ahead of time to bring them. Hotel and facilities were great. Room had plenty of space and was nicely furnished. Good facilities with shops and restaurants within the complex. The hotel was a long way from the strip and the rest of the night life.

would be better if customers made aware that a reservation is not guaranteed unless you buy vip pkg.....also had problem cashing out chips because of one person shooting the sxxx. had to complain and got my chips cashed at a supervisor desk...line was approv 30 deep and waited at least 20 minutes...never seen this before at any casino

i enjoyed my stay very much

Very nice location....Will attend again

Although this may be one of the cleanest hotels in Fremont I was'nt all that impressed. The food was bad, I did like the pool area. We checked in and a few hours later I discovered the shower did not work, we called the front desk and they were not very helpful in trying to fix it. They wanted to give us a discount on the room for the shower not working […] which we refused . We asked to be moved to another room with a working shower and they wanted to charge us for THEIR shower not working! We did ask to speak with a manager and they eventually moved us to another room but it must not have been cleaned too well because the bathroom reaked of urine. I didnt feel like going through another hour long argument to be moved again and since it was only a one night stay we just didnt use the bathroom unless we really needed to. All in all the casino and pool area are nice, the service and rooms are not all that impressive. もっと読む

I was very satisfied with the hotel and its amenities. The staff was courteous and pleasant. I can't wait until my next stay!

I stayed in the Rush Tower and the rooms are wonderful. Big bathroom with robes, slippers, nice TV, sitting area, and lots of space. Very quiet at night but only a short walk to the excitement on Fremont St. One gripe I had was a lack of electical outlets. This hotel is not really family orientated. I have a 9 and 11 year olds and there was little to do for them at this hotel. We ended up staying an extra night but booked it at a place with more kid friendly amenities and it cost less.
