セントルイス近くにあり、車で移動しながら観光する場合には、前泊して次の日は朝から観光などに使えて便利です。設備等もきれいでお湯もちゃんと出るし、問題ありません。フロントの対応も親切で良いです。立地からすると、もう少し安いとありがたい。

コンサートがあったので、こちらのホテルを選びました。空港とホテル間、シャトルバスがあったので活用させていただきました。敷地内にお店がありちょっとした飲み物、食べ物を購入できます。不便だったのがwifiが部屋ではつながりにくく、ロビーでないとネットができなかったことと、シャワーの水圧が低く、洗髪時のすすぎが困難だったこと意外は問題なしでした。

"Smokers alley"

The room was small with no mini-fridge and had a bad odor. The bathroom was very small. There was no free internet and the wi-fi was very expensive. Also, parking was very expensive as well. Let me start by saying how disappointed I was to learn there was an odor in your room. That is most unusual and we have notified our maintenance and housekeeping teams to take corrective action to avoid such in the future. With respect to mini-fridges, we make them available at no cost upon request. In addition, we have complimentary internet at The Link@Sheraton, experienced with Microsoft in our Lobby Lounge area. These services include free office supplies and printing. We also have free Wi-Fi services available in our lobby area. While we do charge for parking, we offer complimentary shuttle services to and from the airport. We also provide complimentary shuttle services to and from places of interest within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. I am sorry we did not better communicate these things to you. We look forward to your next visit where you can take advantage of these services and facilities.
"Need Accommodations in Clayton? Look elsewhere"
A family wedding precipitated our recent stay at the disappointing Shearton Clayton Plaza Hotel. It was an ominous sign when we called the bridal party from the airport and they reported that they were still waiting in the lobby for their room—two hours after the hotel's published check-in time. We soon arrived to a lengthy wait at the front desk for […] the sole clerk to check us in. Our low-floor room featured a scenic view of a rooftop, which was enhanced by an air conditioning compressor located immediately outside. While the room itself was clean and appeared to be somewhat recently remodeled, the hotel's vintage paper-thin walls allowed our neighbor's television noise to bother us well into the early morning. The location of our room ended up being a blessing in disguise, as just two archaic passenger elevators slowly underserved the entire 250+ room hotel, resulting in lengthy waits. Our preferred route to the lobby one floor below ended up being the fire stairs. While we didn't see any members of bell staff during our visit, one did appear as we were departing. Not to assist with our luggage or our elderly wheelchair-bound family member, mind you, but rather to inquire after we had finished loading the car if we were done with the luggage trolley that we had hauled around ourselves! "Very comfortable"

We offer those facilities as a great value for those who may not require more spacious facilities. We do have larger rooms available. The larger rooms include a king bed or two queen beds. Our location is ideal for so many reasons. Our Clayton address comes with world-class shopping and dining. We are neighbors to Washington University and Forest Park. We are convenient to the airport and we are only a short Metro-Link ride away from downtown St. Louis. The team will work hard to earn that 5th star when you visit us again.
We had a nice stay. We were upgraded to king suite which was very nice. The last time we stayed at this hotel we had a standard room that was adequate but pretty small. The hotel staff was very helpful at both the front desk and the restaurant. We will stay here again.Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

"Totally acceptable."
Overall the hotel did deliver, and for the price I paid, it was solid. It should be noted that I paid $89 for one night and I got a full breakfast and club lounge access. However, when I showed up at the hotel they were unaware of the extras that came with my Expedia booking. There was a breakdown somewhere in the process from Expedia to the hotel. […] Nevertheless, the hotel was apologetic and did honor the booking completely. The outside of the hotel is pretty dated, however, the inside is excellent, no complaints. I did stay in the same neighborhood of Clayton a few yeas back at the Ritz Carlton and this hotel experience was as good, if not better at a MUCH lower price. "Perfect hotel for over-nighting"
This is a pleasant hotel in downtown Clayton near restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean with all the expected amenities. Nickle and dimed on everything. Dirty baby diapers under our bed-so that's what the stink was! Staff tried to be kind but you could feel they were miserable. Do they not like their boss? My stay was fabulous from the second I picked up the phone and Christine was a delightful and extremely helpful friendly person. She remembered me and was helpful in a difficult situation. "Money not well spent"
Our stay at the hotel was ok, the last two days of our stay our bed sheets wasn't changed. The price for parking is a bit high and if you are a non smoking hotel you should let all bookers (Expedia etc.) know so that they don't advise the guess that they can have a smoking room when you don't offer them. "Okay experience. Add 14$ to the price of the room!"
I think it's ridiculous that you had to pay for parking. I understand that parking is at a premium in that area, but come on! Raise the price of the hotel room them. It's almost dishonest. We also did not have a clean room on Saturday until 6pm. We were gone from 9am until 6pm. They must have forgotten and just came to our room. Really? Sounds like […] poor management to me. Seriously disappointing. We also were awakened at 8am on Sunday to a false emergency alarm. My elderly mother was scared to death at the nose and was very concerned about her safety. "Great hotel for family"
