LOT10のすぐ近くです。窓からはブキッビンタン駅が見え、遠くにはKLタワーとツインタワーも見ることができました。 全体的にはいいホテルだと思いますが、シャワーがぬるくて寒く、毎晩修行のようでした。 これだけが辛かったです。

Very central to all the shopping malls. Reasonable. good value for money.

No help was offered, when my girlfriend and I got our money, credit cards and ID stolen. + Did not get the room as ordered.

Perfect location, all the shopping malls, super market, restaurant, are just downstairs, nice street view, friendly service, will consider again next time.

Hotel is highly recommended. Near to all malls and convenience to anywhere.

The mattres is lumpy and the internet connection is very slow even G Mail didn't load all features. Even though we cecked in around 6 pm, room was not ready

It was abit disappointing as I had change room twice due to the condition of the room. Bed did not have sheets n second room which was given , room door key card access panel was very loose n wasn't safe. The last room was nice however again no bed sheets below on divan. Iron did not work. No coffe n tea amenities in room. Bell stAff did not assist […] when changing rooms at midnight. A convenient hotel near Bukit Tintang monorail station. Walk distance to many of the shopping mall for example Time Square, Pavillion ,Lot 10 etc. The choice of the cable TV programme limited. At first they can't retrieve hotel.com booking in their system so they need to collect SGD300 deposit from me. 3days later they are able to retrieve so I can take back the deposit. Initially I book from Agoda & cancel it but they able to retrieve agoda's booking. Upon checking-in I ask for double bed room, i know it subject to availability but i book […] the hotel few days before. And they did not go the extra mile to get for us. Normally I call for room service they will change a new bedsheet, blanket and pillowcase for me but I look at the person who change for us. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The carparking was by jockey system, and at reasonable price The breakfast was O.K. for both local and Western. The location of the hotel is good.

I came from New Delhi, boioked this hotel online and in my view it is Good hotel to live in, nice location and over all a must stay...

the hotel was in a perfect position in the golden triangle but just on the outskirts so not as many street noises to be heard. Was very close to a great little shopping centre and a 5 minute walk to the big Times Square and the Pavillion shopping centres.
