部屋の狭さは否めないが、立地を考えれば満足。特に香港の公共交通機関を使いこなせる人ならとにかく便利です。スタッフの対応もフレンドリーでした。

Great hotel because the location is near to the convention center but also convenient to near by good restaurants . It's not so far to Causewaybay as well . I'd recommend especially to those who will visit the convention center on business . Internet access is also good .

価格が安くて、内装も良く、快適でした。 香港には10回位は行っていると思いますが、もう一度使いたいと 思うホテルです。 インターネットは無料ではありませんが、1階では無料ですし、駅にも無料で 使えるところがあります。3時間40香港ドルなので、iPadを持って行って使ってもいいです。 あと、お水は2本無料です。 あえていうならば、ワンチャイという駅が九龍島に行くには 乗り換えが必要だし、マカオに行くにしても、空港に戻るにしても ちょっと不便だと思うことがお勧めできないポイントですが、 価格からすると、むしろお得だと思います。 あと、ベッドのマットが至極良く、帰国した日の夜は熟睡出来ませんでした。

日本の一般的なビジネスホテルのような間取りでした。 清潔感はありますが、歯ブラシはフロントでお願いしたり 隣のシャワーの音が聞こえたり、施設はいまいちでした。 ホテルスタッフはフレンドリーで感じがよかったです。 日本の感覚だと７千円くらいのレベルのホテルです。 立地は便利なので安いプランだったら泊まってもよいかもしれません。

場所が便利なのは良かった。 しかし、始めての経験がいろいろありました。 ・テレビが映らなかった。（電話で依頼したら、担当者が来て、リモコンのリセットで一旦回復。でも白黒画面。そのあと別の担当者がきて今度はSTBをリセットして回復。この間、結構時間がかかった。） ・枕元の電源スイッチが利かなくなって（一部消せなかったり、蛍光灯が時々付く状態）、やむなく入り口の電源ONのためのカードを抜いたらリセットできた。 ・ドリンクバーを使わないと言ったら、部屋にはいってしばらくして担当者が来て、冷蔵庫に鍵。（これって普通なんですか？他の国のホテルで使わなかったことは何度もあるけれど、鍵をかけられたのは初めて。）

このホテルはお値打ちです。ビュッフェ式の中華風朝食はおいしいです。客室は快適です。MTR Wan Chai駅から歩いて10分以内です。しかし周辺の様子から見てホテルを見つけるのは容易ではありません。ホテルには国際テレビチャンネルがあり、フランス、ドイツ、オーストラリア、韓国、日本のチャンネルがありますが、驚いたことにCNNは観られませんでした。

Nice hotel and reasonable prices for HK. Location was a little strange, best described as being in the bathroom district with lots of shops selling tiles, taps, baths etc... Only a short walk to the main bars in Wan Chai. Overall good, would consider staying again.

We stayed for five nights on the Premier Floor with club acces. This was well serviced with a great bar for happy hour and afternoon teas. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. An excellent centrally located hotel. Stayed here dozens of times now. They appear to make little revonations and improvements here and there to keep it nice. A busy neighbourhood with tons of pedestrian traffic which tells you that you are near the centre of something. Wanchai metro station only a 5 min walk or less away/

The Hotel Staff was nice and friendly. The room was very small as compared to other Novotels I have stayed in. The Italian restaurant is very nice, loved their Pizza. Though the breakfast buffet does not have much options if you happen to be on the non meat eating side.

However, the room was very small and would be too small for two people (I did hear one couple ask for a larger room as the one they had been allocated would not accommodate their luggage). The Concierge Desk on the ground floor is near the rear entrance where I think most of the coach parties must arrive. This means one has to sort out one's own taxi (most drivers do not speak English) at the front entrance. The Italian restaurant on the 1st floor was good as was the coffee shop on the ground floor.
