9月18日日曜日から2泊しました。 ショルダーシーズンでかつ日曜日からの滞在だったため、静かに過ごせました。 このホテルのスタッフの対応についてはさまざまなレビューで評価が分かれていますが、不快な思いをする場面はありませんでした。ただ、スタッフによって、言葉が通じにくい場面でややつっけんどんな応対になる人／あくまで辛抱強くコミュニケーションをとろうとしてくれる人の両方がいたように思えました。もし込み合う時期に宿泊していたならば、前者のようなスタッフの応対がより荒っぽくなっていたのかもしれません。 部屋は十分に快適で、周囲の環境も静かな山の中なので当然良いです。 レストランはプリムローズを朝晩各1回利用しました。 エデンより格下の扱いですが、少なくともまずいとは思いませんでした。窓からの景色が […] すばらしいことを含め、高級リゾートホテルのレストランの食事として考えると高すぎるほどの値段ではないと思います。 ただ、2日以上の滞在であれば当然市街地へ出たくなると思うのですが、その足回りの点ではやや不便ではあります。 総じて、ややお金がかかること（駐車場もインターネットも有料ですし）を覚悟すれば、静かに過ごすには快適だと思います。 でも、滞在日数がある程度取れるのであれば、市街地のホテルと組み合わせて宿泊すればより楽しめると思います。 もっと読む

バンフの中心地からは離れていますが、無料の巡回バスが30分おきに出ているので不便とは感じませんでした。逆に温泉やサルファー山のゴンドラ乗り場が目の前にあって歩いて行けるので、便利とさえ感じました。 ホテルの概観や雰囲気などはバンフ・スプリングスホテルに敵いませんが、現地ガイドの話によると宿泊部屋はリムロックのほうが広く清潔で快適とのことでした。私は6階に泊まったのですが、窓からの眺めは山と谷、湖を望めて最高でした。時間ごとに移り変わる景色が見たくて、よく外を眺めるくらいでした。 ひとつ注意点としては、ホテルのメインエントランスを入ると右手にフロント、左手にコンシェルジュデスクがあるのですが、そこが「7階である」ということです。斜面に建っている関係で、造りが大変面白いです。 ホテルスタッ […] フは日本人慣れしているようでした。基本的にサービスはすべて英語ですが、フロントでは日本人向けに日本語で書かれたサービス案内を渡してくれます。6階にあるプリムローズというレストランに女性の日本人スタッフが1名、またスパの施術師にも日本人女性が1名いました。日本人スタッフは全部で3名いるそうです。 プリムローズというレストランの味は並よりは上ですが、特別に美味しいというわけではありません。ホテルに着いた日、疲れて町に下りる元気がないのであれば、利用価値はあります。可もなく不可もなくといったところです。 もうひとつエデンという高級レストランがあるのですが、こちらはドレスコードがあり、正装でなければ入れないので注意してください。食事は基本的に町でとられることをお勧めします。朝食はおいしいです。 スタッフはフレンドリーで総合的に、とても居心地のよいホテルでした。山の中腹というロケーションは、無料の循環バスで町から10分もかからないことから、マイナスポイントにはなりません。むしろ穏やかな自然の中でのステイは、旅行気分を盛り上げてくれるものでした。 次もまたリムロックを使いたいです。お二人でも家族連れでも、気持ちよくすごせると思いますよ。お勧めです。 もっと読む

楽しみにしていたホテルの部屋に入ってビックリ！！！ クーラーがぜんぜんきいてなくてフロントに言うと・・・対応は遅いし結局扇風機みたいな対応！！！ ひど過ぎる（怒） ２泊目も別室にとおすも・・・！！！ 予約していた部屋よりも狭くて思わず切れてしまいました！！！　　娘に通訳してもらいやっと事の重大さにきずいたのかすぐにスイートルームに！！！ 事すでに遅し！！！ せっかくのバンフ？？？ 絶対に人にはバンフのザ　リムロックリゾートは薦めたくない。 日本人をなめてるのかって感じでした。

ホテルのサービス、部屋には満足。景色もよい。 駐車料金は別途必要とは知っていたが、余りにも高い。山の上に立地しており車無しではいけないところ。駐車料金は部屋代に含め無料にするか、もっと安くするべきではないか。今回止まった他のホテルはみな無料だった。

車がないと不便ですが、バンフのゴンドラまですぐですし、ゴンドラからの景色は素晴らしい！部屋も窓から見える山の景色が良く、窓の造りが良くできている為、景色を独り占めしている感じ。サウナ、プールも充実している。荷物は預かってもらえるが、４時前に部屋に入れてもらえなかったのが残念。

今回は、プレミアムの部屋に泊まりました。 部屋からみえる山並みはとてもきれいでバンフ一ではないかと思います。 部屋もきれいでした。 ホテルのプールとスパは気軽に入れて、よかったです。もちろんバスタオルも準備されています。子供も10時までは入れました。 冷蔵庫は中に何も入っていないので、水やビールは購入してからいったほうが、いいです。 ビールは売店では売っていません。ルームサービスのみです。 朝食のビュフェはとてもおいしかったです。 近隣の高級ホテルの中では一番でした。 チェックアウトに時間がかかったのが、残念ですが、また泊まりたいです。

I like this hotel. Clean, modern, sits in the mountain area, away from the chaos of the town or people, wonderful. I wish I had a upper floor so we can see the mountains better. Would stay again.

The room furniture, bathrooms and Carpet were in a very poor condition. Not worthy of a Four Star, Hotel is located in a good area though .

We couldn't believe the beauty of the views and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff! Great spot!

We just returned from a weekend at the Rimrock. What fabulous service and ambiance right from the first moment we arrived until our checkout. Great place. Clients had put us up at Fairmont Banff Springs, but I had stayed there before and had been very disappointed . Rimrock was a way better value, had wonderful amenities, and exceptional staff. There was a water main leak in the National Park which meant the water had to be turned off in the hotel for 24 hrs. Rimrock compensated with free […] breakfast, lots of bottled water, a 25% discount for future stay and made arrangements for Rimrock guests to use the facilities at the Fairmont. Front desk was very helpful. Concierge was very friendly and went out of his way to suggest best things to do based on weather conditions on the day...great trip, beautiful location. Strongly recommend! Five stars

We think the rimrock Hotel is perfect! Yes, the location is second to none, right in the midst of the mountains, trees and suuny Alberta skies. Our room was comfy and the best part was the lounge- food, drinks and an awesome setting. Could have stayed right there all day and night. We'll be back.

excellent hotel, close to gondola and hot springs. Beautiful inside, only complaint is that we found the beds too hard and the pillows a little uncomfortable. Would stay again!

We absolutely love this hotel. The views from every room are incredible. The bedding is fantastic. We go back every couple of months.

We stayed at this hotel for Easter long weekend and had a great time. Shuttle service to and from Banff Ave and really good bar service. Views amazing.

It's bit out of the way but the views and friendly staff made this hotel a great stay. Right on a mountain and our room was facing the valley it was beautiful. I'll be going again for sure. Dylan

We stayed there for one night to enjoy the spa and have a good meal out. We booked the Deluxe room with a mountain view but ended up with partial mountain view and looking into the other wing. We had hoped to use the spa and sit in the jacuzzi but there was a screaming toddler in there who did not look old enough to be toilet trained. We went back later […] that evening and another screaming kid was in there. The adults only time was 9:30 - 10:30pm. Recommend children be not allowed in the jucuzzi, or make it adults only 7 - 10pm. We then phoned down to the front desk to see what time the Primrose restaurant opened as we knew the Eden was closed that night, and were advised it was closed and just the bar open. We were just then going to order room service but I happened to go downstairs and noticed the Primrose room was indeed open; someone at the front desk was misinformed. Didn't mind our stay - its location is a tad isolated and the rooms are "ok". Paid for an upgrade to a premier room and it had a great view, but the bathroom was pretty dated - they need to bring their bathrooms into the 21st century. Wireless internet is something like $13.95 per day, which I didn't like - should be included. Also, the staff tended […] to try to upsell pretty hard on numerous occasions and I didn't want to deal with that. For instance my wife and I had a reservation booked at Grizzly House and when a staff member found out he pressed hard while I was relaxing in an arm chair to book at their 5 star restaurant. He went on about for quite a while. We stuck with our original reservation (by the way, highly recommend the Grizzly House). The spa was inflexible, no hot tub in the pool area and not a lot do do. Great hotel to stay at in Banff. Great service and location to everything

Again, we are very happy with our stay, the hotel staff and surroundings! Spend the few extra dollars and get the Best Banff offers!

Here are the negatives: 1. Bed linen smell terrible 2. Pet smelly odour in the bathroom 3. Lousy service in the pool area 4. Parking is charged per day

Nice Hotel. Nice stay. Good location.

Hotel is in a spectacular location and the grand view rooms are well worth purchasing. Staff were friendly. Dining room was quite good except for dry and tasteless potatoes served with steak. Steak was dry aged variety and not to everyone's taste. Have stayed at The Banff Springs many times. This was first time at the Rimrock although it many ways preferred this location and handy shuttle bus into downton Banff. A definite must stay place.

My husband and I went to the Rimrock to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary. The hotel is beautiful, the service was outstanding and because of our anniversary they gave us a complimentary upgrade and chocolates. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was exceptional. We will definately be back.

Hotel was clean and very nice. But there was an issue which should be addressed by the management for the future. I booked deluxe room with Hotels.com. While booking, I told that we are coming with a small dog. I was told that the fee will apply, and I will be charged $35 at check in. When we arrived, we were told that there is no deluxe room available […] where dogs are allowed. Check in clerk told us, that Hotels.com did not inform them about the dog. We were oferred to pay $50 for upgrade plus $35 for the dog. We refused to do so. The clerk went to talk to her superviser. She was away for 20 min. Then superviser showed up and offerred upgrade for $25. We agreed just because we were with a 3 year old, who was tired and we just did not want to argue ant longer. But we were very disappointed, because it was not our fault, we did not try to hide the dog while booking, The whole situation should have been resolved between Hotels.com and Rimrock hotel and not involve the client at all. It was not fair to charge any upgrade fee from the client. Other than that we enjoyed staying in Rimrock. Great restaurants in the hotel -better value than Calgary

We love this hotel. Second visit and will return soon. The first room was above the pool and had a chlorine smell which gave my partner a headache. We spoke to the main desk and they immediately moved us into an executive suite. Fantastic fireplace, great hotel overall.

My daughter and I had a great 4 days at the RIM ROCK .... the staff were excellent .... we had a double up grade room due to our room not being ready upon check in and we were so pleased had a wonderfull room with and excellent view.... This is without a doubt the nicest, cleanest, friendliest hotel in the Canadian Rockies. the Staff are the best and the dining is fabulous! The complimentary shuttle to the pick up point for skiing is great and allows you to relax without worrying about driving. We would recommend this jewel to all those interested in a wonderful get away!

I don't recall recently staying in a hotel where the staff were so pleasant and accommodating. The view was magnificent, the buffet breakfast was very good value and our stay was wonderful - so wonderful in fact that we have booked to go again next Month!

i booked the room to get a deal and they put me in an old pet room with stains on the floor and the fact i am allergic was kind of bad

This is a great hotel with great customer service, very friendly staff. The two restaurants Primrose and Eden were a wonderful treat which exceeded our expectation. We would love to stay at this hotel when we go back to Banff.

The staff were friendly, helpful, service with a smile but unobtrusive. Surroundings were beautiful as this is away from the beaten path in the middle of nature. Comfortable spacious room and an elegantly styled and appointed facility. Possibly pricey but appropriate for this caliber of a property.

The Rimrock Resort Hotel is in an excellent location, We had breakfast at the Primrose Restaurant and it offered a very nice view of the mountains. We found the standard room that we stayed in spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was professional and friendly. Overall, we were very impressed and would definitely stay there again.
