恐らく現在のロケーションからすれば、今後日本人の観光客が増えて行くと思われますので、ぜひ日本語の対応をできるスタッフの配置が必要と思われます。 ２日間の滞在でしたが、設備やサービスについてもう少し丁寧な説明が欲しかった部分がありました。 格式あるホテルなので今後の改善を期待しております。

レンジャーズ戦を観戦するため3泊しました。無料の朝食が付き（味はまずまず）、部屋にはIHコンロ、冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、鍋や食器類に食器洗浄機までも備え付けられていました。コインランドリーや乾燥機がありそれぞれ$2で使用可（25セント×8枚必要だがフロントで気軽に両替してくれる）、などなど宿泊に関しては問題なく、長期滞在しても快適。ただしスーパー（ウォルマート）までは徒歩で片道45分程度かかる。街には公共の交通機関がない上に流しのタクシーがほとんどなく、乗る直前にホテルに読んでもらっても30分近く来なかったりすることもあるので、タクシーは事前にホテルかYellow cabのHPから予約した方が良い。レンジャーズやカウボーイズ戦観戦には無料のトロリーあり（フロントでチケットをもらう）。徒歩なら野球場までは20-30分、フットボールスタジアムまでは30-40分程度。街は治安がいいので試合後それなりに暗くなっても車が結構走っているので安心。車社会なので試合観戦にレンタカーで行くのはお勧めしない。試合後の混み方は異常。ホテルのすぐ近くにはスポーツバーが2件あるが、いかにもアメリカらしい方のバーにはテレビもたくさんありいろんなスポーツが中継され、食事も美味しい。もう1件の和食の出る方のバーはアメリカの食事に飽きてから行ったが、寿司もうどんも想像よりは美味しかった。

"Extended Stay Plano - did not meet my modest needs"
I was not expecting luxury at the price I paid but did not expect: - No nightsatnd clock and clock on kitchen wall had a dead battery. - No hangers in the closet - No shampoo provided. - no blanket on the bed (sheet and bedspread only) - Lobby flooded during rain shower. - room not cleaned at all during 3 night stay.
"great for the low price"
The service was good, the staff friendly. The room needs an upkeep (the comforter was stained and smelly). The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the bathroom was clean! The workout room had the basics but fully functional.

"extended stay deluxe hotel; Plano pkwy"
Driving up it looked like an old dorm room. Where i was going to park ; there was broken glass on the ground from a car window. The carpet fresh used throughout the so called hotel was so strong in lobby and my room that i had a hard time breathing. There was no ice machine; only 2 empty ice trays in freezer. This was a very poorly run and dirty, noisy hotel. I had to try 2 rooms out before I could find a clean one. The AC was dismantled in one room and vomit was left on the carpet, the bathrooms were not clean and the pool was cloudy, dirty. I could hear my neighbors TV and talking. I was very disappointed in this Extended Stay, even though we have had great success with them before. The first room had a wet couch and no towels. The second room we looked at was not made up at 4 PM in the afternoon. The third room (which we kept) had no coffee pot, only 1 frying pan, and the phone did not work. "Extended stay not so deluxe"
If you want a cheap clean room with kitchenette, this is it. But... smelled like cigarette smoke on nonsmoking floor. Had to ask for sheets for sofa bed and enough towels were not provided, again, I had to ask. Bathroom wasn't well stocked with toilet paper, had to ask for some. "Sleezy atmosphere and clientel."
No towels were present. Had to retrieve them. Voices in lobby and upper hallway could be heard spouting offensive explitives Incompetent staff on duty @check-in and check-out times. Musty smell in hallways as well as room that was offered as "non-smoking".
"Great Stay at a Great Price!"
For what I paid, I was very impressed. Big room was clean, pool was clean, and staff was very nice to me! I will stay here again if I am ever in Plano area.
"Hygiene is a major issue"
The bathroom floor had drip marks. Staying two nights here, I noticed that nobody came to clean the room (I'm guessing it's done weekly) since I put a note in the bathroom so it'd be mopped and the marks were still there when I came back. iIhad a great experience at this hotel. The only problem I had was that the side hallways were piled with trash and was stinky. Other than that Ihad a great experience with this hotel.

"Good value for the price"
The room was very spacious with a full kitchen. Be sure to bring papertowels and extra utensils if there is more than one person. It was really a great deal for the price. I recommend it.
