We have stayed at this hotels many times. The staff was always helpful and welcoming. Rooms have always been clean (we do check all under the sheets etc.) Our only complaint this last trip, was our mattarass was not supportive...it sank! Otherwise, we will return again and again with such good greetings and convientances.

The hotel was very nice its a hotel that you could actuallly live in. Me and my girlfriend went on vacation there, and got a little taste of how it would be living together with a full kitchen and full bath. The room was clean and the bed slept well. The maid service is fine for a short stay but minimal for longer stays. The furniture was cheap but serviceable and includes a full kitchen. This area of Houston is generally safe and close to many businesses.

This room (the plus studio) had everything you could want. Includng a complete full size kitchen with all appliances, countertops, drawers and cabinets. There was even a full compliment of cookware. It was just like home. Gripes? The TV was on the small side; an older 20in SDTV.

Perfect for my purposes. Great price. Could have lived in room for extended time no problem. May not be perfect for family vacations, etc, but outstanding for out of town business, especially on a budget.

Good Hotel overall for extended stay or just a few nights. Nice room, clean, small TV, and no breakfast.

The sofa was so dirty I could not sit on it and the carpet was very dirty. They did not clean the room until I complained after five days. The bed was clean but old and lumpy mattress.

This hotel was a great stay @ a great price...room was clean and kitchen was great helpfulness as i was traveling with a toddler..staff was great! Bed comfy...will definatly return!!!

Overall, the place just had a dreary, don't-give-a-darn quality about it. On the floor I stayed, the hallway was thick with heavy, stale cooking smells. My room was not attended to by a maid -- no clean towels, no soap, etc. I realize the price was low, but I paid a similar rate a few weeks ago at a Candlewood Suites and had a wonderful experience there. The hotel was great, I couldn't hav asked 4 a better stay . The staff was nice , the rooms where very clean & close 2 places eat or hang out. Will stay here all the time.

This hotel was a great deal especially since it included a full kitchen with some pans and plate-ware (full-size fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave and bar)! There was also a full closet with ironing board and iron. The bathroom had a full bathtub/shower and a hair dryer. We had to ask for shampoo at the front desk, but soap was already in the rooms, […] including a soap packet for the dishwasher in the kitchen. We needed a cheap place to stay for a few days for my husband and I and our 3-year-old. The price was great. We used the queen bed and my daughter slept on the floor (she could have slept on the couch). Our room wasn't fancy, but it was nice and clean. My only complaint was that it had a strong perfume smell (I assume it was the air freshener). My husband didn't mind this, but being sensitive to smells, I had to open the window to air out the room. When we turned the heater on, the smell seemed to get stronger again.
