Simple, but comfortable room. Super King had fridge and microwave, both in great condition.

Overall had a great stay!!!!

The Red Roof Inn was quite clean and well located for the High Point Furniture Market. The staff was friendly and responsive. All in all, a great stay.The only downside? Stayed here to attend a 2 day business meeting near Greensboro Airport. Off the main roads and very quite. Very nice room at a very attractive price. The room I stayed in had a King bed, wrap around desk (against wall and into room facing TV), flat screen TV with tons of channels, great WiFi reception (free), very clean bath, safe, refrigerator, microwave, […] plenty of lights, and lots of receptacles. Shoney's and McDonalds just down the street, other restaurants close by. One thing I especially liked was the hardwood looking floor in the room. This is much cleaner than carpet found in most motels. There was a piece of carpet under the bed that was slightly larger than the bed (about 2' around the bed). If you want very thick towels, fancy named shampoo, a robe with the hotel name, and don't mind paying $14.95 for WiFi for 24 hours, and paying twice or three times more for your room, this is not your place. If you want a clean, quite, reasonable priced, comfortable room with the basic items to spend a night or 2, I recommend this Inn. もっと読む

Clean, basic rooms. Good motel if you're looking for a simple cheap hotel room.

I booked this hotel for my husband based on the pictures - not familiar with area at all It was not at all like any of the pictures Very poor condition. Tried four different rooms and still not really happy

Needed a hotel for the night. Great rate. First room smelled of cigarette smoke so they moved me to another room which was much more pleasant. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel and would stay again. I needed an extended check out time and they gave it to me with no problem. Great service.

My room was remodeled, clean and comfortable. I was a female traveling alone to Greensboro for a concert at the Coliseum. The location was very convenient right off the highway and I felt safe. For a cheap room this was an outstanding stay.

Room was to be non smoking, but seemed not to be. New spread but sheet had a hair and a spot on it. Key card didn't work second nite. Parking places seemed very narrow.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days passing through and wanted something close to the airport - for the price this hotel was awesome. Honestly, after staying there we would have paid a higher price because it's worth it. Very close to the airport, the front desk was friendly and helpful, the continental breakfast was OK (would have been a "Great" but […] there wasn't any protein on the buffet, just carbs - though a nice selection of juice and coffee), but did include make-your-own Belgium waffles. We pulled in late and tired with a cranky baby, so ready to be out of the car! We were greeted by a fast and easy check in, and very friendly customer service. When we opened the door to our room we were pleased to find all updated fixtures, nice modern flooring, and everything was very clean. Everything was good except they didn't tell me when the breakfast was, do I missed it I got it for very cheap price and a very good quality

The people at the desk could not have been friendlier. The room was fine. My only complaint was the juice at the breakfast was warm. Otherwise, very good.

It's been a few years since I've stayed at a Red Roof Inn, and this one in Greensboro was a very delightful surprise. It appears to have been recently updated, and is a very clean, comfortable stay in the low-end price range.

I stayed here on an extended trip to visit my family. The room was very basic, but was clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall the stay was good, but the room had an odar of Marijuana when we first walked in, and there were no towels in my room. This issue was resolved with one visit to the front desk.

I would not recommend this motel to anyone. It looked very nice in promoting it, but is mainly being used as a construction housing unit. Parking lot so full of equipment, very little parking. By the filth on the carpet they must all work in mud and vacuuming is low on housekeeping duties. He was getting cell phone calls and just had no interest in what I required. The following morning we checked out and I found out our first floor room was never used.Also the floor was so dirty that our dog ate something and was very sick all night, it looked like a pill when I finally got it from her. If room was vacuumed it would not have been there. The only bright light was the lady that worked at service desk! STAY AWAY, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET!!! Had a two day business trip in Greensboro and had to bring my dog. Red Roof Inn allowed dogs - at no charge! With a price of $40 per night, I was leery of what I might encounter. Upon arrival, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, decent area, and the room was clean and comfortable. For the price and allowing dogs, can't beat it, really

This is one of the better low price hotels I've stayed at in a while.

The staff was great...our plans changed and we went to the hotel to see if we can check in early. They let us check in at 10 am!!!! Nicely updated, flat screen tv, fridge and microwave. The beds were older but everything seemed very clean and comfortable especially for the price...will return again!

The ONLY thing this property has going for it is a very nice lady named Kim at the front desk. Although she initially would not stand to greet us as we entered the lobby, her attitude quickly changed and her infectious happiness made us think it would be a pleasant stay. But our new King Deluxe room was dirty with STAINED sheets. Broken Old TV, flying […] bugs, dusty as hell NEW light fixtures, no sign of vacuuming having been done recently, trash under the bed, the PHONE DID NOT WORK, and the door lock was crap. We stayed one night with our dog and the staff was very courteous and helpful. It appears the rooms were recently updated and they were very comfortable.

I didn't expect much since I was only paying a small amount for a night's stay, but I was pleasantly surprised! The building appeared to be in good repair, the room was plenty big enough for what I needed, and it was quiet. Several patrons had brought their dogs with them, but except for seeing them outside, I'd not have known they were there. The desk […] clerk was very pleasant and helpful...when I asked for directions to the Barnes and Noble a few miles away, he printed out directions that took me directly to it, and he was pleasant about it, and didn't make me feel like I'd asked him to donate a kidney or something. Stayed one night as a stopover on a road trip. Staff was friendly and efficient at check in. Room was quite nice. Location was excellent. All in all this was very good value! I would highly recommend.

My wife and I traveled to Greensboro, NC over the weekend and booked this hotel via the pictures on the website. As you know sometimes pictures can be deceiving,however we were very satisfied with this hotel. Our entire experience was excellent and we will definately stay at Red Roof again.

My wife and I stayed at the Red Roof Inn at 615 Regional Road South, Greensboro, NC on the nights of 9/30/11 and 10/01/11. While I'm usually very satisfied with everything about your motels, I was not on 10/01/11. One of the features that attracted me to booking at your motel over others was the free wifi you offer. On the night of 10/01/11, there […] was no wifi available at this motel. According to the front desk, the service was down. I asked if there was a projected time of repair, and was told that it would take a few hours. This problem started around 5:00pm when internet service became extremely slow to the point were it became useless to use my computer. Eventually, there was no connection at all. The problem continued throughout the night preventing me from working on my computer, and I finally gave up at 11:00pm. While I understand this is an unusual occurrence, it seems to me that there should have been back-up systems in place, or alternative methods of providing the wifi service you advertise when the service is down for such a long duration. The Inn was easy to find off the freeway. The area was quiet and pleasant under the trees. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and nicely kept. The desk clerks were very helpful.

The clerk that checked us in (and helped with multiple lost keys issues) was WONDERFUL! The room was clean and I wish I had pillows like that at home. I missed having in-room coffee and hairdryer,, though.

AC worked GREAT...which is very important to me!

I had a night's layover and needed an inexpensive room. Red Roof fit the bill. The front desk attendant was very curteous and professional. The room itself was very clean. I'll state further that the room was spotless. The only downside was the hotel's location. Yes, it is convenient to the airport however, there is only one restaurant within walking […] distance. We just needed a place to stop over in the middle of a long trip. This particular Red Roof Inn was clean and cheap. Exactly what we needed for a room we only stayed in briefly.

We stayed here for two nights while we were moving our son into his dorm at a nearby college. It is fine. The desk people are very nice, it's clean, the price is right, and there are several places to eat within walking distance. The lady at the front desk referred us to literature about what to do in town, and offered her reviews of several local restaurants. […] It is pretty spartan, no lobby where you can sit and read a magazine while the rest of the family fights over the TV or whatever, but it never claimed to be a luxury hotel! もっと読む
