I was very disappointed in the hotel. The room smelled moldy. There was no Iron and Ironing Board in the room. The decor was dated and worn. The pillows and towels were thin and rough.

When I stay at a hotel I only want what the hotel provides; I don't expect breakfast while staying at an economy hotel. However, if the hotel has an ice maker in my building, I expect it to work. Mine did not. If you have an ammenity, make sure it works. I was disappointed.

It stunk!

Great place to stay for anyone attending an event at the Coliseum!! Loved it here!

I was pleasantly surprised at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I couldn't get my door deadbolt to retract so i called the front desk and she solved it over the phone for me. I normally stay at the Doubletree, but this trip i was paying for all the rooms so I chose a less expensive place. I was not disappointed. The Christmas Craft Show was in town so there wasn't alot to choice from when you need a smoking room. Room was adequate but not woth the rate. It was convenient to the coliseum and allowed smoking and that was what we needed. When both of us got in the bed, it sank toward the middle so that made for an uncomfortable night. . I would recommend this hotel. Very clean the staff was freindly. If you need a place to stay close to the coliseum that would allow pets this is the place to go Bring your own shampoo ( small packets) along with a hair dryer. If you want a place to eat the Golden coral is great.

We got the king and it had both appliances. Room clean. Near a decent walking trail. My boyfriend raved about the value. We are very satisfied.

The bed was hard as a rock but it was close to restaurants and the concert venue (white oak amp) It served the purpose we needed but is not a nice hotel by any means.

I was here for 4 days for a convention at the Koury Convention Center which was less than a mile away. There were several nice restaurants within walking distance. Staff was great. Room was very clean. It was nice not to have to wait 10 minutes for an elevator then walk a while in 100 degree heat to get to my car. This was not the hotel we were wanting. We were wa.ting the one by the airport. We decided to stay here and glad we did the staff is amongst the friendly staff I have ever been around. Especially the front desk veer personabe O

Front desk personel were great and informative. Area seemed nice. Room was quiet.

We stay here when we are working at the coliseum,it's close with plenty of restaurants nearby.

hotel needs up to date tv's I took my 300.00 x-box system and couln't use for my child

The check-in staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was located close to the Greensboro coliseum, the Convention Center and plenty of shopping and restaurants. Our room was very clean and the decor was modern. The only complaint we had was the mattress on the bed was not very firm. They could stand to replace it. Would we stay here […] again? Yes, yes, yes. This is a "no-frills" hotel. They have no hair dryer in the room. They have no breakfast (just hot coffee in the lobby). Their complimentary shampoo is not much. They offer no complimentary toiletries at the front desk. However, having said that - we were very pleased with this hotel. We had the "all-inclusive King" room. I understand not all rooms […] are decorated like ours was - so please do not assume what I describe is exactly what you will find. The decor looked new and modern. The bed was comfortable (although pillows were lacking a bit). The bathroom was meticulous (it is small, as others indicate - but not unreasonable) We had a refrigerator and microwave and a really nice work station with leather chair. Free Wi-Fi and cable TV with 2 HBO channels round out the amenities. It is close to I40 - so close to anything in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem area. It is PET FRIENDLY. If you are highly allergic to pets - be aware of this. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. We will be visiting the area often because our daughter is attending UNCG. There are no hair dryers, irons or ironing boards in the rooms. The hair dryer situation is rather comical in that my first morning there, after having "checked out" a hair dryer from the front desk the night before, I was called twice by the front desk to "see if I had finished with it yet." I was sharing it already with my business partner down the […] hall. When I pointed this out I was told that the hotel only owned "18" dryers, and that there were 108 guests in the hotel! I really appreciate the price point of this chain, (especially when one considers the outrageous rates that their competition charges during the High Point Furniture Market) but it does seem that upgrading the rooms with wall-mounted hair dryers would be a much-appreciated improvement and conformation with the standards of the competition. もっと読む

The Red Roof Inn in Greensboro is clean, the staff are courteous, and the location is near several restaurants and also near UNC-Greensboro, which I was visiting. The facilities are basic, nothing fancy, but it is convenient and clean.

Very clean room, the room was very small and the bathroom was ridiculously tiny, hard to turn around in it. No explanation on how to use the TV or the wireless internet. No one explained anything. There was a safe in the room. Not that it was needed. Employees seemed friendly. Not worth what I paid for the night.

Very convenient to I-40, walking distance to a few chain restaurants. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. If I'm in Greensboro again I will stay here.

We were very disappointed when there was not a microwave or refrigator in the room; there wasn't even a table. We were told by thefront desk that we could walk to the venue, but it was not close. They didn't have a simple breakfast either.

I stayed in this hotel with three other adults. The room was comfortable, even though smaller then a more expensive hotel. The room was very clean and the staff provided extra towels and pillows immediately when we asked for them. The staff was also very friendly. This was a wonderful hotel and made my trip a lot less stressful.

Room was comfortable however had smelled like smoke. For an overnight trip the price was great, the room was comfortable but the bathroom was a bit small. For the price and location I'd stay here again when visiting the area.

Althouh this hotel was older, it was very clean and well maintained. For the money it was probably the best hotel room I've ever stayed in.
