Clean room, comfortable beds. Bathroom small but functional. Close to I83 and Fairgrounds. Will definately be back.

Clean. Good at any price but great at this price.

I didn't see anywhere on the web that this hotel had newly and completely remodeled rooms but the signs were hanging on the hotel when I arrived. And they are completely new. Hardwood floors! (which I loved) New bath fixtures and countertop. Flat screen TV. Beds seemed new. Bed spreads...all of it new. This is a pet friendly hotel and you would never […] know it. I only booked one night with intentions of moving further into Baltimore. I know a deal when I get one so I booked the remaining four more nights of my trip right here. I was in town for a tennis tournament and needed a cheap hotel and it was suprisingly nice. Completely remodeled hotel. My only complaint, but not a major complaint is that the towels, wash clothes and soap were very cheap. So bring your own.

Nice room, convenient to the Fairgrounds. No complaints at all!

If they had coffee makers in the rooms, this would be a perfect affordable place to stay - less than a block from the state fairgrounds.

I did not expect a lot when booking my room, but when we arrived the friendly staff, extremely clean and modern looking rooms, we had a great experience. The room was in better condition than the rooms I have stayed at in 5 star casino hotels. I will without a doubt be staying here again when in town.

Great location for event attended. Near diner and other eateries as well as shopping mall. Great for over night stay; however no amenities provided.

Everything was great. Very nice room and the staff was very proffessional. Was there to spend time with family. I will definitely return.

If for a quick in and our of area for work. Not for families with Children. Not for high end white collar types. Some of the "Guests" were seedy. Was not comfortable that the parking lot was safe for people or vehicles after dark. Staff were marginal.

Adequate is the best way to describe this hotel. Although, it's more along the lines of a motel. The staff does their job. They're neither friendly nor unfriendly (Our interactions were only check-in and check-out). Having just been renovated, the rooms are clean. There's plenty of parking, and the Fairgrounds are within walking distance. There were […] reports of a bedbug infestation late last year (2011). Our room (113) did not have this problem, but it's worth mentioning so others can check their bedding and mattress when they arrive. I would stay here again. The hotel was fine. If the 3rd adult did not get sick and was unable to attend the Conference, it would not have been fine, since we did request a cot and they do not arrange for cots in the room. Therefore the charge included what was ordered. We did call Hotel.com, to cancel the cot and to report this upon arrival. Not satisfactory. Room clean, staff very polite and helpful. Peanuts on rug under the bed :( A bit loud. At a busy intersection, horns being hit throughout the night. We stayed on a Wednesday. My weekend at your hotel was great. The staff was nice and very helpful. It was in a great location not far from the main attractions. I will visit again.

Except for the noisy guests and maids, overall decent stay for price.

Price was Good, I was pleased with my overall experience.

Hotel convenient to fair grouns to access show. Easy check in and out. Room noisy (toilet, heat, ref.)

This is a great option for the cost. There is some renovation taking place, but the upgrades are not spectacular. However, the rooms are comfortable for the cost. Book the hotel early because it took almost 2 hours for my reservation to arrive at the hotel. I almost ended up finding another hotel.

This is a no-frills facility, conveniently located near the main arteries in Timonium and nearby Towson. The rooms have recently been renovated, and were immaculate. An excellent value for simple overnight accommodations.

Lotsa Highway noise, Remodeling noise briefly at 7:30 AM, TV remote didn't work. But to me these were only minor irritations. Room was more than sufficient for my needs and wants.

The inn was very nice, recently remodeled. Our room was clean and a good size for the price.

The hotel staff was very nice. I had to sign several forms about the construction. They had front end loaders working on my floor delivering materials. The hotel is located on two major highways and the rooms are NOTwell insulated. The morning traffic starts at 4:30 so be ready to hear the deisels! The hotel is near the highway, but in my room there was no noise. The hotel has little to offer beyond a bed to sleep in, a bathroom, TV and internet access. Lowest price in the area on this particular evening on hotel.com. Has been vastly improved since I last stayed there. Updated nicely. But I really would like a coffeemaker in the room, especially since there is no breakfast at this location.

This hotel is fine with the low price it's giving. But I didn't even get a hair drier and I had to go to the lobby to get hot water.

We were just looking for a quick place to stay while down visiting family. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was considering the very low price that we paid. It exceeded our expectations! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great rate, clean, comfortable room. Located just off the exit from I-83. Situated cinveniently close to the surrounding offices - clean room, with no frills. Great budget deal!

I got a King non-smoking room and the room was fantastic. The room was very clean and all of the appliances (refridgerator, microwave, coffee maker) worked very well. The walls for thick enough to reduce neighbor noise. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in two rooms for two nights. The rooms themselves were fine. They were simply appointed but clean and comfortable. The hotel's common areas left a bit to be desired, however. Over the course of 2-1/2 days I saw the same litter and dirt in the elevator...no effort appears to have been made to clean it. Good for the price. Excellent location for Baltimore and access to major roads.

Overall was OK, but certainly nothing special. I'd go there again but only because it's convenient (right off expressway) and one of the cheaper options in the area.

Nice room for the price, very close to 83 which heads into the Harbor downtown. Will stay here again
