This was a great stay. The hotel is right off the highway once you enter West Monroe. In my opinion, the room was very clean. The beds and even the pillows were soft and comfy. Having the refrigerator and microwave in the room was very convenient. I was very happy when I found out pets were welcome, and it was FREE for them to stay. You couldn't tell […] that the hotel allowed pets, because it didn't have that pet odor that some places may have or any sort of destruction to the room or furniture, however I did stay in only one room for the entire weekend. The one thing, I wish, the hotel had was a swimming pool or jacuzzi, but I am aware that all hotels will not have these amenities and having such is not a need of fine. Night clerk was not very welcoming. Seemed put out by our 11:45 p.m. arrival.

For the price, a very nice place, not the Taj Majal but clean and quiet and the desk clerk was friendly

Conveniece to most area's in West Monroe. Air did not work very well. Room was clean.

The staff members were very helpful and courteous. Telephone and safe in the room were not working Mattresses were being changed out causing crowded walk ways and elevators being tied up by the workers moving mattresses

The hotel has some smell which also comes into my dresses even after i came back to my home.... This hotel is not cheaper amount.. . Also there is a noise in the AC which gives a water sound. The whole room smells bad....

The room was more than satisfactory. The only complaint was that it had no continental breakfast. The room was clean, air conditioning worked great! Was accessible to many food outlets and shopping areas.

need to do something about the odor caused by leak in bathroom.

This hotel was easy to get to and find. The 1st room we we given smelled so bad of mildew and mustiness that we requested a different room before we even sat down. The staff graciously offered us another room. Our next room didn't smell as bad so we stayed in that one. The carpet made our socks so black on the bottoms that we didn't take our socks off […] the whole time we stayed there. The water had a brown tinge to it as well. We liked how it was updated and clean. The bed was kinda hard and there was no coffee pot or blow dryer in the room.Mostly it was a fine room and we would stay again.

The room was clean. There wasn't any noise from other rooms which was very nice. Air conditioner worked well and wasn't noisy. Beds were as comfortable as you can expect in a hotel. The room that my in-laws got had a frig and microwave. It was a super king. Overall a very nice stay!

I chose to drive straight through the night rather than stay in this dump.

very clean and very comfortable. usually stay at la quinta because of kids with pool, but depending on the time of year a pool doesn't make the hotel. keep up the excellent work.

This hotel is very basic. It is close to I-20, so it has a convenient location. Also, there are a number of restaurants in the area. Otherwise, it is showing its age. It could use a renovation. You can just see the chips in the paint and in the stairs. The A/C was kind of rickety. The staff was friendly, though.

Hotel was very accessable from the hwy. Many restaurants were near by. Check in was fast and the person was efficient and very nice. I would stay there again if I am traveling in that area.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. This was my second time staying at this hotel and they've made some major changes. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Add small frig. and micro to each rm.

Our stay at Red Roof Inn was enjoyable. This is the 2nd Red Roof Inn, in 2 different cities, we have stayed in and I have to say the beds at both are the most comfortable I have ever slept on. I wish I had one like it at home. I have to brag about the fact that my daughter had left some money laying on the floor and when we got back that night from […] the event we were there for, the cleaning crew had come in and made the beds and they placed the money on top of my daughters clothes which they had placed neatly on her bed. We travel to Monroe frequently and sometimes stay overnight. This was a very pleasant experience. The hotel was well situated and the room was clean and modern. The staff was friendly and supportive. I also noticed that there were many dog owners so it looked like the hotel is pet friendly. We would stay here again!

The motel looked good from the outside. Was greeted nicely. Room was amazing set up well & clean for the price. Shower/bath had plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable. Air condition kept us cool but not cold, but comfortable. Great stay for the price if all you're looking for is an overnight stay. Will stay there again!
