This time around we needed a inexpensive hotel and the Red Roof was chosen. Rooms are clean, but bare bone, not bad, but very inexpensive maintained materials. Linoleum floors in the bathrooms, cheap carpet, cheap mattresses, little decoration, just bare bone. I really liked having a security person walk the parking lot at night, being close to the freeway I felt more at ease

the main dissatisfaction was when I went to take a shower, there hairs in the bathtub floor.. that was gross!

I don't know, worked all the time. The beds are wore out,needs to be changed. The toilet moves.

The hotel was Ok relative to other offerings in the area, but the pillows were blown out and the beds were hard, cheap and low quality. The hotel clerk was and stubborn when we really needed his help and was entirely unhelpful in resolving a problem with our room. We stayed in the Red Roof in West Phoenix on route to Tucson. The hotel is convenient to I-10. The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable enough. There was no coffee pot in the room. There was no breakfast, but I knew that when I booked. The internet is slow and apparently the ice machine on 3 of the 4 floors have been broken for over 6 months. […] There were not enough outlets in our room. Though we weren't in our room very much, we enjoyed our stay and the kids enjoyed swimming. The room was alway clean when we returned. Nothing to complain about, will stay here again on our next family visit to Phoenix.

The room was dirty,stains, that looked like wine stains on the chair. The tub backed up when we took a shower, so we were standing in soapy water. Not a great feeling.

At the end of the day, it's all good. Not the best place in the whole world, but we paid very little for the night to go to a couple of Dodgers Spring Training games. I was just overnight. Great safe location in the heart of other hotels. Walking distance to a few restaurants. Locked back doors at night. Room was comfortable and staff was exceedingly thoughtful. I was going to pour a cup of hot water for tea and the front desk person came around and ask if I had an extra minute or two. She boiled up new water so […] it was piping hot. our stay at this hotel was fine, with no problems. the room was clean and comfortable,but simple. not many frills, but the price was great, as was the service.

Very convenient location for anything you'd want to do in Phoenix. Price very affordable but you def get what you pay for. Had a maintenance issue but the staff was very friendly and took care of us promptly. Will most likely stay again.

We stayed in a standard room with two double beds. The room was clean and quiet. The beds were a bit worn and not very soft. The bed linens were also very worn but clean.The room itself was in decent condition and the ac worked well. The standard rooms do not have a microwave or mini-fridge, and have limited t.v. channels. Room was dirty. Bed looked like the sheets were not changed, they had spots and hair. Very Gross! Good thing we had our own blankets.

I went to sleep around 10:30 and about 20 minutes later somebody barged into my room and turned on the lights. He was innocent enough and embarrassed, but somehow the front desk had given him my exact room. I did not sleep to well after that.

The Hotel was not worse the money! The room was clean but unfriendly staff. Would not stay there again.

Class A building, easily visible from I-10 fwy, seems to have been recently renovated, everything clean and comfortable. One minor maintenance problem - a fluorescent light over sink flickered too much.

I stay at a hotel in this general area about 1 to 2 times per week. I have tried several different hotels in this general price range, and none have come anywhere near comparing to the Red Roof Inn. It is newer, clean, safe, and has a wonderful staff. They even have a security nightwatch every night patrolling the grounds. Not that I think it is particularly […] necessary - however other hotels in this price range could certainly use that service. The comparably priced hotels are run down, dirty, have limited staff service, and I am pretty sure many house hookers and crack-heads (at least that is what I observed). I did NOT feel that way at all at the Red Roof Inn! It was perfect for my needs, and extremely nice, particularly given the low rates! Second stay. Good for the money. Sheets and towels could be softer though.

Floors dirty. Did a poor job of cleaning while we were there. Left no toiletries for our second day when the room was cleaned

My wife and I was in town for our wedding anniversary.Our flight came in late and we needed a hotel for the night.We were just glad to find a hotel that would allow us to check in late night.I only have one complaint and it may be petty.The bath towels were the hardest I've ever used in hotel.Have they heard of fabric softener

This hotel is so deodorized, the smell stayed with me and on my clothes for hours. Somewhat clean. Staff was fine. Neighborhood is not great, but if you're coming off I-10, it's very convenient. Mediocre, fine in a pinch.

I chose to stay here because of price and location. I found the front desk staff to be courteous and helpful. I was disappointed that there was NO breakfast offered of any kind (except coffee). The room was comfortable with a good mattress. Decor plain and dated. TV was older---not a flatscreen. Overall, the room was good value for the money.

Was very happy with our stay in Phoenix, Az. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and we needed extra linen and were given to us. All in all very happy.

I had found Red Roof through hotel.com. I made my reservation in the middle of the desert on my way to Phoenix. The hotel room was clean, the crew friendly, finding the hotel easy.
