I wasn't able to connect to the internet. I called the front desk but he too wasn't able to help since he was only there in the lobby. It always used to give limited connectivity while connecting to the comfort inn network. Mostly because the connectivity reached the maximum allowable limit.

Rooms leave a lot to be desired. Best thing is the sushi restaurant in the parking lot.

It did what it was supposed to do, but felt a little tired. Non-smoking room had smoke smell at doorway. No way to use bathroom at night unless in pitch dark or with bright light or noisy fan. Even so, I would come back if I had another event in the area.

This hotel is unlike any Comfort Inn I have stayed at for the simple reason that it's a little run-down & could really use some sprucing up. The room itself was very clean & comfortable but the toilet didn't work very well (Had to hold the handle down to get it to flush), coffee maker shut itself off after brewing about a half cup, and the bath tub […] didn't hold water. The outside of the hotel could use a good paint job but the landscaping was pretty good. One positive is that the front desk clerk called me after I got to my room to see if I was satisfied. I never had that happen & I think it was a really nice extra. The breakfast was really good (bagels, cream cheese, cereal, boiled eggs, Danish etc.) which is good because there aren't any breakfast restaurants close by. The General Manager at this hotels as well as the staff go out of their way to make sure that your stay is custom tailored to your needs.

Nice, "older" hotel (outdoor entrances) with refurbished rooms. Close to Placerville (El Dorado & Amador county wineries). Helpful staff (area dining options, etc). Sofas in rooms (we rented 2...for visiting friends) were a bit hard and lumpy. Beds, large fridge/freezer, microwave, & complimentary breakfast more than made up for this.

The Comfort Inn and Suites Rancho Cordova was clean and friendly staff. The breakfast food was clean fresh. Great value

Nice hotel New furniture could be alittle more quite but that is what you get when you are by a freeway and a L.R.T rail. For my wife location near Folsum outlet mall made it a great location as I could drop her of and do what I wanted, that was not shopping related. Easy to get to ,very friendly desk clerk.

The staff was very helpful. They reassigned my room to be close to other family members attending the funeral. I asked to borrow two AA batteries for a half an hour the desk manager had the janitor bring them to my room and said they were compliments of the hotel! We choose this hotel for an overnight before flying out of Sacramento airport. It was a little further from the airport than others, but on a Sunday this was not a problem as the drive was only 20 min. The linens were clean and the furniture in the room was updated. Shower water adjusted to only lukewarm for a short time then to cold only. This is not acceptable. Hot showers are a must when on the go.

everything a ok, phone did not work

Although we arrived at midnight, the front lobby was open, they didn't force us to use the prisoner visiting window. The place was nice, friendly staff. The only problem we had was our room didn't appear to be completely cleaned, no towels, except for one on the floor. The room was clean, bed was made, it was a little weird. Our bed was very uncomfortable. We could feel the spring coils on our back. The pillows were so thin that they were barely there. The sofa was hard when we sat on it because the pull-out bed frame was right there! Our coffee pot was broken and the breakfast was well, not palatable. This hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The bed and sheets were very comfortable. I would defintely stay here again.

room very near freeway loud road noise all night

The hotel had bed bugs which made my sleep miserable.

GREAT ROOM FOR THE MONEY. WE STAYED ON THE STREET SIDE AND IT WAS QUITE. IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND NICE.
