部屋はキレイで、食事もおいしく、嫌な思いは一切せず、大変快適に過ごせました。ハイケンの駅からも近く、便利でした。

ロンドンでは珍しいアメリカンなHOTEL 利便性も良し！治安も良し！ 何のストレスも無い！大好きなHOTELです。

2011年6月、夫婦旅行でコプソーンタラ・ホテルを利用。 ロンドン市内のホテルはどこも私たちには予算オーバーな料金のため、グレードを下げ探した結果がココ。駅前の通りを曲がるだけで、あとは一本道で徒歩４分ほど。荷物をゴロゴロ転がして歩ける範囲。 ヒースロー空港からパディントン駅へ。さらに地下鉄に乗り換え、３つ目。実にスムーズで、思ってた以上に早く最寄り駅まで辿り着いた。 フロントも感じがよい。廊下や部屋内は古い感じで（ロンドンはどこもかな？）で狭いのは確か。シャワールームは近代的なホテルじゃないし仕方ない程度。ただ、ボストンケースを広げられてもスペースは残るし、寝泊りするだけなら、駅近だし利便性はあると思いますよ！線路の脇だけど（部屋は３階）振動も音も全く気にならない。 　 何しろ、ハイ・ […] ストリートケンジントン駅が、サークル線の駅なのが便利。市内観光や移動の拠点に便利なエリアです。駅前の通りには、食品・食材がたくさん扱っているスーパー、お粥が美味しいところ、ユニクロ、スタバなど、日本人好みなお店が並んでいます。 夜11時頃、違う路線のアールズ・コート駅から歩いたが、変な雰囲気無く、普通に歩けた。住宅街って感じで、朝はとくに心地良いエリアですよ。 帰国当日、パディントン駅から空港行きの快速電車（乗車時間15分程度）に乗るのに、早朝で、時間が無かった ので、ホテル前からタクシーに乗ったら、何と！10分くらいでパディントン駅に着いてしまった。目の前には改札＆ホームが見えて安心した。前日のうちに、地下鉄プリペイド（オイスターカード）を清算・払い戻ししといて正解でした。 もっと読む

室内は清潔で、近隣へのアクセスも良好でした。 女性スタッフに不満はありません。男性スタッフは、早口で英語が聞き取りにくくちょっと戸惑うと、英語が喋れるの？と意地悪に聞いてきます。

Room was clean but decor is tired. Great location for my business trip but I would look for somewhere smarter if on vacation.

The bed i got was a bit smaller than expected for two persons. Otherwise everything else was just fine!

Ideally located, a bit under renovated for 4 star, extreme poor internet reception in rooms despite being charged for the crap service. Location is only thing going for hotel.

Though furniture and bathrooms are bit old, location is excellent. Easy to get to underground and buses to most sightseeing places. Resturants in hotels are cheap and have Chinese style menu.

Great value, good location. Very close to kensington high street tube stop. Hotel was nearly full but was sitll quiet and ran smoothly. Quiet neighborhood. Don't miss The Muffin Man for breakfast. Not fancy, but clean and convenient.

This hotel has a fabulous location. Couldnt be better for shopping, convenience to the tube and good bus routes. The accomodation itself would benefit from upgrading. While our room was clean, it didnt feel like a 4 star hotel which is a pity given the fab location. I would certainly recommend it on the basis of location but dont expect luxury.

We had a wonderful time - the staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly. We were in the center of where we needed and wanted to be and truly enjoyed ourselves!

Good location with a great Thai restaurant just around the corner - Thai Terrace! Good value but would have preferred a bigger double bed! Can't quite cope with a 4ft these days - apart from that would recommend and will go again!

I had expected a tiny room. I was pleasantly surprised. Room was a nice size and lots of bureau of closest space. I would stay here again. The location was perfect for walking, and for public transportation.

Very clean, comfortable and up-to-date hotel with good bed, tv, chairs, bathroom etc. A modern hotel that could be anywhere in the world, but only two blocks from High St.-Kensington tube station and four or five blocks from Hyde park. A good value for London.

Arrived late after a long day walking round london and were met by curtious helpful staff who changed our room from a twin to a double without issue. Quick pit stop and then had a meal in resteraunt followed by an hour in the bar winding down. The food we had was really good, all the staff were very helpfull but not intrusive. Fantastic location!

Good location have stayed in the hotel many times however it has now got a bit old and needs a good face lift corridor carpets etc bathrooms

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. My flight times meant I needed early access to the room on arrival and a late check out on departure, both of which were granted with no fuss and good grace. For the price I paid for a central London hotel I would've expected better. Was also upset that I'd rang in early especially to ask the hotel for an adapted room as I am on crutches and find it difficult to walk far. They gave me an adapted room which unfortunately was the one furthest away from the lift and so I still had to walk down a fairly long […] corridor. I'm sure anyone newly on crutches will appreciate how difficult this is. Despite the room being partially modified there were some things that were not thought out, for example the lack of space around the bed and no plug sockets that were at an appropriate height. To charge my phone I had to scramble down to a plug socket just off the floor (not easy I assure you). I did later discover a higher switch which had been hidden by the kettle. Finally, it annoys me greatly when any hotel in this day and age does not provide free wifi when it clearly would not cost the hotel anymore. As can be seen from my ratings above, the hotel was generally fine, fine not great and is a little dated in its decoration. As for the positives, it's a convenient location, there are a choice of places to eat, as with any chain there's a certain standard of cleanliness and other than my problem with the location of the room, the majority of the staff were very friendly, something thats a bonus in a London hotel もっと読む

The hotel was in a good location just 5mins walk from high street kensington, so convenient for all of central london by tube or taxi. The staff were helpful but we did have problems during our stay. The door key card would stop working every day and it was annoying after reaching your room to find the card doesn't work. After a couple of days we got […] used to it and just had the cards checked at reception before heading to our room. The cleaning staff also cut lot of corners. On 2 occasions we found our rooms had not been cleaned properly, bathrooms were left untidy .. Only the beds were made up. Linen was not changed even if visibly found that it needed changing. For the right price, it is a decent hotel. I would not pay full price for it, though. If you plan on taking the tube to get around, it is not well located. If you plan to walk, it is a nice neighborhood and close to Hyde Park. There were plenty of taxis waiting nearby.

good hotel 2 minutes walk from tube and numerous bus routes.Fantastic area for testurants and shops.Lovely cafe beside it Muffin Man for breakfast .Hotel staff were very helpful.Only complaint was double bed was very small and not vert comfortable.Would stay again

Great location, ideal for access to all parts of central London. Great deal on the price for a three night stay - would have been less satisfied if had been required to pay full rate - hotel is looking a little tired and dated, rooms seem to be in need of refurbishment

We stayed at the Copthorne at the weekend and were given a double room on the 2nd floor, not facing the railway so good. Sunshine was coming into the room in the afternoon and was nice. Problem came at night about 11.00pm when two people came into the adjoining room that has a door to access the next door room! it is locked but not sound proof!! we […] could hear them talking above the TV that we had on, not very loud and still heard them. They must have gone out but came back about 1.00 in the morning talking again and was very clear. Then worst of all about 2.00am the snoring started and you would have thought they were in the room with you. I was going to go down and ask for a room change but it would have been such a hastle with getting all the clothes back into our case that we did not.We were also going out the next morning fairly early. It was one of the worst nights we have had in a hotel for many years and we have stayed in many. I did report the following morning and asked to be changed if that room was being used on our second night and they said it would be kept empty and it was so ok. The room was large room and good size with comfortable bed and pillows, but the pedastal table by the window was not secured at the base and when I leaned on it to read the hotel information folder it started to fall over onto me. Good job I did not have my hot drink on it at the time. I did report this also but it was still the same when we came back to the room the next day after being out all day. Poor maintenance of the room as the outer wooden door on the fridge cabinet was dropping down on the opposit side to the hinge and also the top draw on the cabinet for clothing was also leaning one side due to poor side support. This could clearly be seen when in bed watching the TV. The tv was a large 32" flat screen and very good. The bathroom also had a large amount of mould in the corner by the shower and was very nasty and there should be no reason for this sort of thing.The もっと読む

For a 4-star hotel, this hotel is jaded and dated. THe furnishings in the room look like they are from the 1980s, the carpeting in the hallways are worn and frayed. The room I requested was to be handicap accessible, but there was a full size tub with a rim that was easily 26" from the floor. How is a handicapped person supposed to climb in there? Not […] only that, but the room was at the fathest end of the corridor away from the elevator/lift, about 150'. The two good things are the breakfast buffet which was well stocked (although service was poor), and the location of the hotel just a one minute walk from High Street Kensington, and a couple minutes from the tube station. good hotel good location very coapritive staff reasnable rate it need more faclities

This Hotel is just around the corner from Kensington High Street underground (Tube) station. From the front the Hotel would score no points, but inside it's what you would expect for a London 4 star Hotel. The rooms are smallish, but very clean and everything worked. The room had a large Plasma TV with a good selection of channels. When checking in […] we were given vouchers that reduced the full breakfast charge to 10 ponnds per person, and a voucher for 15% off bar purchases. There is a small fitness room with a selection of machines. Our room was on the fifth floor overlooking the rear, and was commendably quiet. Very disappointed that only rooms with single beds were available, and they must be the narrowest singles available. Not a great sleep experience!

Having booked a double, we were given a twin. Next room offered looked as if it was first decorated in the sixties and stunk of cigarettes but eventually given a standard double, clean and tidy. Hotel is a nice position and considering how you can get ripped off in the UK., London in particular, the hotel was reasonable value. Staff were helpful!

The hotel is close to High Street Kensington station, close to shopping area and restaurants in Kensington. Close to bus station.
