シティーのほぼ真ん中に立地しているため 非常に便利であった （観光　食事）　スパーも一角にあり非常に便利であった。今回旅行で一番快適なホテルでした。

立地は最高！ホテルの下はショッピングセンターになっていて、飲食店もスーパーもあり、店によっては遅くまであいていて非常に便利だった。観光地にも徒歩でいけるし駅も近く便利。セキュリティもしっかりしていて、ルームキーを持っていないとエレベーターで客室の階にはいけないようになっている。あと夜9時をすぎると、通りに面した2つの出入口の一つが締められるので、遅くなる時はどのストリート側が開いてるのか確認して出掛けた方がよい。でないと大きなホテルの周りをぐるぐると出入口探してさまよう事になる。部屋は狭く、廊下も狭いので、夜寝てる時に廊下をガヤガヤ通る他のお客さんの声で何度か起こされた。でも眠ってしまえば大丈夫。ただ一つだけショックだったのが、寒かったので、クローゼットに入ってた厚手の毛布を使おうと広げたら […] 、前のお客さんが捨てたとみられるゴミ入りのゴミ袋がそのまま毛布にくるまれて出てきたのには驚いた。かなりひいた。。。 もっと読む

観光アクセスとしての立地条件は申し分ありません。 ただ夜中に枕から虫が出て来てたまげました、即対応していただきましたが、殺虫剤の匂い充満した室内に戻り気分悪くなりました。 ロビーフロアもイベントある際など使用不可になり待ち合わせに支障あり困りました。

空港からエアポートリンクに乗り、最寄り駅から徒歩数分、モノレールの駅も近く、とにかく立地は言うことなし。観光スポットには、その気になればいずれも徒歩でアクセス可能。 部屋は広々、設備も満足レベル。朝食（28ドル）はお値段のわりには無難…。近くにコンビニやカフェも多く、お買い物もしやすい。

３泊４日滞在しましたが、結局、日本人スタッフには出会えませんでした。しかし、スタッフの感じは良く、英語がほぼ話せない私でもチェックインできました。女友達とダブルで泊まりましたが、キングサイズベッドだったのであまる程で快適です。シドニーに到着するのは、たいてい早朝なので、チェックインの１４時まで時間があります。２階の受付カウンターで仮）チェックインをして、正式には１４時以降な為、１４時まで荷物は１階のコンシェルジェのカウンターに荷物を預けて街にくりだしました。コンシェルジェは、ツアーの手配やタクシーの手配、色々相談に乗ってくれます。荷物もチェックインの１４時には部屋に既に持ってってくれてました。チップの心配をしていた私は一安心でした。一つ贅沢を言えば、空港からホテルの最寄りの駅まで直通の電車は […] 無いのが残念。でも近くの駅で降りて歩いても行けるので大丈夫です。私はセントラル駅から歩きましたが、ミュージアム駅でも良かったかな？徒歩１０分くらいで着きます。荷物が多い人は、タクシーでホテルまで行った方がいいです。ホテルから空港までタクシー２０分でちなみに４ドル５セントでした。 もっと読む

I had been led to believe by the information on hotels.com that this hotel had wifi access in the rooms. Turns out you can only get wifi in a small area of the lobby. Rydges is located in a very convenience place where is easy to get everywhere either by walking or public transportation... For the service, the Concierge provided the very good and professional service to guest. However, not for the receiption staff, some of them always ignored the request especially for Asian guests and with the bad attitude. great location the room was comfortable but on arrival the room stank of cigarette smoke and the room was not serviced we had to ring for clean towels and extra toiletories

I think the hotel was great , staff very friendly...the only let down was the room was not very clean, very dusty?? the alarm clock and under tables and racks were extreamly dusty...even the carpet? But overall everything else great

This hotel is modern and beautiful in a weird corner of Sydney right near Chinatown. There are buses nearby but the staff were not always able to help us get to where we were going. This hotel is in a great location close to all amenities and transport. The only disappointment was they kept forgetting to clean the room daily.

My room is two single bedroom & one double bedroom for 3 person to live in it is spacious. Not so convenience is only have one bathroom. Next to our hotel the coffee shop is very good for the breakfast.

Good service hotel within World Square shopping center complex. Monorail station just at the door step. Very good location even for walking to all attractions. Also service and personnel were excellent.

Rydges World Square i believe is the most comfortable and spacious hotels that i have stayed in in Sydney. The best is amazing and you fall asleep right away and sleep right through the night. The bathrooms are huge and spacious. I can't recommend this property enough.

Everything is fine except there's tiny insect in the hotel room which is usual at home but not in hotel room, should have better pest control.

Everything is good but only thing that looked a bit complicated for me was an extra charge that Hotel.com didn't tell me before. Anyway, everything was fine :)

Great location. Room was a little small for 4 people. Would stay there again.

nice room, and great location, close to Musuem train station and darling harbour and china town. Seafood buffet was great.

Room smelt heavliy of tobacco smoke. Iron leaked but was promptly replaced. Internet was down for many hours (although wifi in public areas was offered). Corridors and lifts looked like they had not been vacuumed for some time. I was billed for $400 for Internet access in error.

Wonderful staff, great location, nice hotel.

The staff here were excellent, could not be more helpful, great location, close by to just about everthing. Stayed here before & will stay again.

The staff is not very friendly, and they did not smile, i felt unwelcoming. One Foom cost me 299 dollars, but the environment and facilities are just average. I don't recommend this hotel, you really have more choices .

Ridges was in a very good location however cleaning staff not always finish servicing room e.g. pillows & top cover left on seats and sweetie wrappers on floor. Internet costly.On a positive note the food in the hotel restaurant is delicious and restaurant staff excellent.

Occasionally when booking on hotels.com I get a room that does not match the description. This is one of those cases. The room was described as a deluxe king with a city view. The room I was given had two doubles and faced a wall. The hotel said there was nothing they could do as it was full and I checked in after 5pm. The room was quiet, which was […] a plus. The bed comfortable and overall room comfort was good although it was hard to get room temperature cold enough. The bathroom was older and looked very dated though it did have a separate shower and tub. Location is convenient to the city although it is located in a busy area with an older shopping mall and many small shops that sell ethnic foods. The streets remain busy long after midnight. This hotel is in top location right in the middle shopping district, close to all amenities and transport. Staff are extremely friendly and courteous. The flip-side of this location is that we had a street facing room on the first level which can be noisy at night with the pounding beat of night clubs and general public having a good time on the streets […] especially on a weekend. We stayed for a week. The housekeeping was sometimes a little late which meant getting back at 5pm and with our room just about to be cleaned, it was a little inconvenient if we wanted a rest and get ready to go out again shortly after. Considering their rates, the furnishings were quite limited, only beds, desk and desk chair. Housekeeping was about 4 p.m. and left some supplies out. Otherwise hotel was first class with excellent midtown locatiion.

This hotel was terrific. I would definitely stay there again. Was so close to everything I needed. Staff were very friendly and attentive on the phone. I loved our stay there.

Rydges Worls Square has a perfect location down town Syndney. Walking distance to many things and a Monorail station more or less in the hotel. But where did Rydges get it's stars from. There was a thin layer of dust in the entire room and a thick layer of dust where not too obviously detected. Small flies crawling out of the shower drain. Family rooms […] were all smookers rooms. No adapters available to borrow any day of the entire week (a minor problem as they could tell me where to buy one). OK personnel but no greetings when meeting in elevator or corridor. Big,soft towels and a shower you don't have to run around to get wet may be small things but so important to us. The room lacked a small couch > had only one dining and one tub chair. The hotel was fine and in a great location. However, the advertised in house gym had poorly maintained and mostly broken equipment.

I saw neigbours have daily newspaper but none was given to me. Furthermore, you have to pay for washing machine $3 and Dryer $3 for each wash whereas in other hotel the facility is free. The only good thing is that for member you can check out at 1300hrs instead of 1100hrs.
