夜景が見える部屋ではなかったのでそれが残念でしたが、それを気にさせないほど気持ちのいいホテルでした。ホテル全体がゆったりとした空気感が漂っていて品があります。朝ご飯のビュッフェが美味しかったです。 またぜひ行きたいと思います。

落ち着いた雰囲気で過ごしやすい。 場所も便利な割に静か。 ウェルカムにさりげなくチョコレートがあったり、明日の天気を書いたものを置いていたりと、派手じゃないけど好感のもてるホテル。

ホテルの施設は清潔感と高級感が上手くマッチしている。更によかったのはホテルスタッフの気遣いとおもてなし。ここは次回も利用させていただきます。

ロケーションが最高でした。 道路を一本渡れば大きなショッピングモールだし、ホテル前の地下道に入れば雨に濡れずに駅にもいけます。 フェリー乗り場も歩いて数分だし、隣はギャラリアでした。 そんな街の中心にも関わらず、室内はとっても静かでした。（たまに廊下を歩いている人の声が聞こえたりもしたけど・・・）部屋からの景色はほぼ何も見えませんでしたが、そもそも期待していなかったので問題なかったですが。 私達が泊まったクラシックルームは、茶色の家具にアメニティーや部屋の案内などにはピンクが使用されていて、温かみのある落ち着いた雰囲気でした。一方で、テレビは壁掛けタイプ、I-pod対応のスピーカー、コンセントも通常のホテルよりも多く用意、ベッド横で電気のON/OFFや『起こさないで下さい』『掃除してください […] 』の表示もできるようになってました。部屋も十分広く、収納もばっちしでした。浴室と部屋はガラスで仕切られていましたが、カーテンロールを降ろせば問題ありませんでした。ハウスキーピングも一日２回入ってくれていました。個人的には、バスタブの横に髪の毛のダマ（多分、私達のですが・・・）が落ちていたり、スリッパの裏が初日から少し汚れていたこと（新品じゃないのかな？）が少しがっかりした点が残念でした・・・。 もっと読む

チェックイン時のエスコート、部屋入り時の説明や部屋の使い方に関する丁寧な説明（特にインターネットの接続など）、子供が発病した折の気遣い（タクシーの手配、病院の予約など）など、サービス精神に満ちた同ホテル・コンシェルジェの存在は、香港滞在を大変心地よいものにしてくれる。特に物品サービスなどがあるわけではないが、ちょっとした気配りが心地よい。サービスの充実度、また立地利便性などを考慮すると、お値段的にもかなりお得なホテルか。

Nothing to fault with this beautiful hotel which has the most beautiful floral aroma in the lobby. Staff go out of their way to help and are most professional. Location wise it is close to the harbour, Nathan road and the MTR. Found the hotel conveniently situated, condition of the room was poor (Shower Drain was blocked and telephone system did not work - service did repairs these after complaint). We had very good family holiday in Langham. It located near the staion, shopping centre and restaurents. i'm happy to be back there for our family holiday!

The Langham hotel is so stylish, friendly and welcoming. Looked after by all that I came into contact with. While waiting for my lunch to arrive, the waiter very kindly brought the paper over to me. To think that he actually considered the fact that I was on my own left me overwhelmed. The hotel is close to the Star Ferry and Nathan Street. The Langham was in an ideal location. Close to all shopping , restaurants, transport. Quality and service was excellent.

My wife & I spent 3 wonderful nights in Langham Hotel. Our room, 942, did not face any great view but the interior was just superb. Room was very clean & spacious. So was the bathroom within. The big bed, pillows & the cool environment allowed us to have a good sleep every night which was very important for us as we walked a lot in the day. Every evening […] someone would place on each bedside table a small pink "Good Night" box of chocolate, and a card giving the weather forecast for the following day. This was a nice little gesture and we were really touched. The location of the hotel is very good. 2 mins' walk out of hotel you will face the swanky Harbour Citywhich is very big and has lots of upmarket shops displaying well known brands of bags, clothings, watches, shoes, etc, etc. Next to it is the China HongKong City, another shopping mall. The Ferry Terminal for folks going to Macau is housed within this building. Ferries run at 30 mins' interval and it takes an hour to reach Macau. Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station is within 5 mins' walk from the hotel. From this station, you can visit many places in Hong Kong island, in Kowloon and the airport. Places of interest, such as the Avenue of Stars, HK Space Museum, HK Cultural Centre, etc, are also within walking distance. In short, staying in Langham Hotel is certainly a very good choice - hotel staff are efficient, professional helpful and caring, wonderful room and services, and great location. もっと読む

Staying at the Langham as a sole traveller I was made to feel very welcome and truly looked after. The staff assisted in train booking to China, taxis around town and always a warm welcome on ones return. The atmosphere was always one of happiness and the staff always seemed to pre empt my requirements.

Close to the cruise terminal...we were able to just walk the block to the hotel after the cruise. Rooms were excellent. Most important, the staff was top notch...EVERYONE was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly.

Love this hotel. The location especially for shopping is more than ideal. Near everything. Easy walk to Star Ferry terminal to go to Central side. Hotel great size especially as not too huge to get more than adequate attention from great staff and help from concierge. Easy to get cabs and limo service provided to and from airport. The services are excellent.

We only stayed here a couple of nights but the service was excellent & the rooms perfectly good. Great diner in the basement which was unpretentious and a contrast to the elegant afternoon tea available in the lounge! We found the location was very good.

I spent very comfortable time during the stay. Staffs were very kind. Rooms were clean.

The Goods: Great location, big bathroom, high pressure water The Bad: Old room, dusty, hard mattress, not very smart concierge

Great hotel to stay and fantastic service! They made our stay very memorable. The hotel is also located centrally with convenient access to MTR. Especially for Indian vegetarians as there are couple of good pure veg restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. On check-in it was noticed that my birthday would be held during our stay at The Langham and then on the day I was surprised with a birthday cake and card in the room!! Room was upgraded. Everyone was so friendly and helpful - the little extra details (bottles of water, huge soft towels, toiletries, chocolates, […] slippers, etc.) made the stay memorable and we would definitely stay here again. Super location. Knockout Cantonese Restaurant. Great staff. Super hotel that we would recommend to anyone without hesitation. A top 5star hotel without the cost of some other alternatives (some of which we've stayed in previously) and we thought real value. Really couldn't find fault. Highly recommended.

Only my second time to stay in a five star hotel. The price would normally be outside our range I only stayed as it was paid as part of a business trip. The price on hotels.com was reasonable for the high standard of accommodation provided. Food was very good, the room comfortable and spotless, be super and the staff very attentive. Only downside the extra charge for internet access - can't understand the rationale for this as previous 4 and 3 star hotels I have stayed in have all provided this free of charge. However it seems to be something quite a few 5 star hotels do! Overall a very pleasant stay. One tip: There is a rear entrance where we were dropped by the schuttle bus. This was down a stairs from the main lobby, there was no lift and the area was not staffed. It would have been a bit of a problem if one of the staff had not been passing and immediately noted our predicament and called someone to bring our bags. Best avoid this entrance. もっと読む

First time for me to stay at the hotel and we were warmly accomodated. Room is nice and full of amenities.

The Langam is outstanding - even the concierge was the most effiecent we have come across - booking restuarants and offering advise. The only small thing missing is WiFi - you need to connect via cable in the room and pay for it. Also there was no way to download on an iPad using WiFi - we and to go to Starbucks for a coffee to download on the iPad. Very nice hotel, well located and very convenient to go outside for shopping without the need for a taxi.

My recent stay at Langham was my first and based on previous positive comments. I agree with other reviewers that the location is excellent if you are staying in Kowloon - Tsim Sha Tsui. MTR access is across the street via the One Peking Building basement, understand that you still need to walk underground to the actual TST station but it's only about […] 5 mins or so with moving walk ways for some sections. If shopping is important, Harbour City is also a short 1-minute walk as well as Nathan Road in the opposite direction. While this hotel is an older property, the maintenance is very good and all public area's were very clean and well presented. The rooms were also well appointed, comfortable and good sized for for HK. Beds were comfortable and linens / towels in good shape. House keeping was very efficient and not noticed unless you need them. Breakfast buffet was fine with a good selection of both western and asian food. My only issue, which was a minor one is that we arranged for late check out at 1:00pm and the room keys went "dead" at 12:00pm (normal check out), which took an additonal 10 minutes to sort out calling and running up and down to reception. I mistakenly assumed since we arranged for late check out the night before at reception the locks would have been programed to remain valid until 1:00pm or at minimum the front desk staff would have said something at the time arrangements were made. Minor issue if you're not pressed for time, inconvenience if your are pressed to make a scheduled appointment. Overall a very plesant stay and I would definitely stay again and recommend to others who are looking for accomocation near shopping in TST. もっと読む

Excellent location, lovely to come back to after a day out in the noise and heat of Hong Kong. Beautiful lounge and bar area.

Wonderful hotel, excellent and very helpful staff. Right next to MTR entrance, so if like me, you prefer to get to key parts of town in the airconditioned convenience of underground (and avoid the hustle and bustle and humidity outside this time of year) then perfect location.
