お部屋が広く、ベットも大きく、枕がフカフカで快適です。テラスからの眺めはとても良かったのですが、テラスに出る窓が開きませんでした。インターネットも最初は不通でしたが、フロントのお姉さんががんばって復旧していただきました。電子レンジと冷蔵庫を用意いただきましたので、お部屋でお食事もできました。日本人はなかなかテンションを上げて明るくフロントの方とお話しできませんが、それでも丁寧に両替に対応したりしてくれるお兄さんがいて助かりました。次回もCMUに用があるときはこのホテルを利用しようかと思っています。

コンベンションセンターから少し歩いたところにあり、利便性は良い。しかし、人通りがいつまでも多い中心部ではない方向にあるので、多少の注意は必要だが、治安的には心配はない。アメリカのホテルらしく歯ブラシやかみそりなどは置いていないが、フロントに言えば無料で用意してくれる。インターネットと朝食も無料。朝食は最低限のものしかなく、それだけでは野菜不足になる。部屋はとても快適で、電子レンジや冷蔵庫も使える。しかし、フォークや食器はないので、冷凍食品を買って調理したい人は注意。総合的に、ダウンタウンにあるホテルにしてはリーズナブルな料金なので贅沢を言わなければ十分すぎるサービスがついてくるといえる。

全体的には満足のいくHotelでした。特に部屋の清潔さ、利便性、部屋での仕事環境など。Negativeな意見を言うとすれば、エアコンの音が気になる（このHotelに限らずアメリカ全般）、PNC Park（MLBパイレーツ本拠地）の目の前ゆえゲーム開催時の騒音や安全面が？？予約が取れるのか？料金は上がらないのか？といったところ。サービスというサービスは受けていないが、うるさくないサービスが逆に心地良い。PNC Park近くゆえ周りに緑やRestaurantなど多く街並みは清潔で、NFL-Steelersやｱｲｽﾎｯｹｰ-Penguinsの本拠地にも徒歩圏内。また仕事での訪問時にも泊まりたい。

"Room looked good, but didn't function as well."
The room had a large gap around the room heating / cooling unit on the floor. I had to place pillows from the bed around the heating / cooling unit to keep the warmth in the room, the outside temperatures was around freezing (Nov 14-16). I had also placed an order for breakfast. It was supposed to arrive at 8:00am, +/- 10 minutes. I had to call 2 times […] and find out about the delay. The room was fine with a view of the airport. However, we requested a wake up call at 4:00 am so we could have time to shower, etc., before we caught the 5:00 am shuttle to the airport. Hotel itself was just what I needed. It is located about 5 minutes or so from the airport. and has 24 hr shuttle every half hour. I came in around midnight. Airport signage was unclear about where to get shuttle, and I took the elevator with two bags to a level that was marked "hotels". It turns out there actually is one hotel, a Hyatt, in the airport […] building -- not sure why the sign was plural. When I phoned Holiday Inn help me find shuttle, I found out that the shuttle comes right where I got my bags. A call was made to tell the driver to make sure he came around again to get me before leaving airport. He did not stop near me when I waved to him, so I had to navigate around a bunch of people waiting for a city bus. He was not too helpful with my bags there or at the hotel. Next morning another driver was very helpful going back to airport. All else was great. Especially the large lovely indoor pool with skylights and open sliding doors. There was an issue with both the cable and the water, neither of which was the fault of the hotel, the one night I stayed there. Unfortunately, they happened to occur the same evening. The hotel was great except the cable was out, now normally this would not bother me as I don't usually watch TV but I was in town for the Pittsburgh marathon and the day before planned to spend time off my feet and relaxing.
