It was clean and affordable. Will stay here again

The room we were checked into was the most disgusting hotel room I have ever seen. There was a hole in the ceiling around the sprinkler system, the couch had a huge hole in it where the foam stuffing was actually coming out and the fabric was fraying, the kitchen was filthy - looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months - sticky and dirty - oh, and […] the dishwasher was broken. Let's see, then there was the cracked wall by the shower curtain rod, the mold in the shower, and the broken toilet paper holder. Our bedding was stained-yes-stained. The lamp had a brown streak of dirt and the lampshade was two toned. I have pictures of everything. The asst mgr seemed very embarrassed by the whole thing and asked to see my photos, but the manager didn't at all seem bothered by our findings and was very unapologetic. Seriously the worst hotel stay ever. I would never ever go back and would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Go somewhere else!!!! もっと読む

My fiancee and I have stayed in about 5 iterations of this chain now, and we've had a pleasant experience each time. They are all very standardized, clean, and simple. Not a lot of frills but a great value. The kitchen can really save you some money, and the DVD player was a great touch. This hotel even had new flat-screen TVs. Would recommend.

the furniture in the room was old and dirty as well as the carpet.

They over booked the hotel, change my hotel to 15 miles away from where I wanted to stay, Was planing on meeting friends about a mile from the hotel, Had to pay 65$$$ for a cab to get to and from new hotel to where I was meeting friends. Beds are like rocks.

Not great either. Hotel was decent enough I guess for the price, but the bed was as hard as a rock, and we booked a non-smoking room but you walked in and it had both ashtrays and the distinct smell of smoke. We stay here with 2 children and the room was amply sized and perfectly suited to our needs

We chose this hotel because it was a short distance away from a hotel where a conference was being held. It was nearly one third the price of the conference hotel and provided a good, clean and confortable alternative. It was also near numerous attractions which was a plus for my wife who was not attending the conference. I was disappointed with the breakfast choices...only bagels and coffee. Ok for business people on the go but terrible for kids. Juice and cereal would have been nice. The pool was really cold and a little dirty but I think it would be hard to keep an outdoor pool clean.

This hotel is a hole in the wall. My family stayed in a studio "suite" for one night and ended up staying elsewhere the next night. In a smoking room, there were no ashtrays. The remote to the TV did not work, the back was taped on and the batteries still fell out. There was one trashcan in the whole suite and that was in the bathroom....who needs a […] trashcan in the kitchen?!?! My reservation stated there would be 3 guests, when I pulled out the couch for my son to sleep on, the bed was bare and there were no additional sheets, blankets or pillows anywhere in the room. I called housekeeping and they left these items at the front desk for me to retrieve myself. I like its okey but, there was no cups for the coffee and nothing to move the sugar while inside the glass that i had to use for my coffee.

This hotel was dirty, no sheets on pull out bed, the non-smoking room smelled like a cigar and had cigarette burns on the couch. towles in kitchen had brown stains all over them. This was the worst place I have ever stayed in. The bed was horrible, the toilet seat was broken, the carpet was filthy in the room and hallway, and the reason I chose this place in the first place was for the outdoor pool that was closed for cleaning. The room was not clean to standard and needs to b updated

Around AM02:30, a fire alarm activated. Soon I left my bed and evaluated to outside. My room was 2nd floor. Somebody said that a room at 3rd floor fired. I saw two fire engines. When I came back to room, I found that water started leaking around the seal of the sprinkler. There were two sprinkers in my room. The wireless signal was poor. Getting work done on the road is extremely important and this hotel was not good for wireless.

I do not know when the pictures of this hotel were taken, but I can assure you that my room looked nothing like those displayed. My room had stained old furniture, stained dirty looking carpet and my bottom mattress looked like something you find left on the side of the road. YUK!! I spend 4 1/2 hours driving from TN to Indy. I spent another hour trying to find this hotel. It's in a maze of limited access frontage roads and secondary frontage roads that confused even my GPS. What's more there's another "Extended Stay" across the street, so even when you see the sign, you're not home free. This facility is not new and dazzaling, but the service is great and is a comfortable place to stay. I will use it again when my travels require me to spend time in Indianapolis.

I found this hotel to be just the ticket for my needs and comfort nestled in amongst many business to fill all your desires.

One of the most poorly managed hotels I've ever seen. Desk personnel very ill informed about the services available. Phone in the room did not work properly. Manager unavailable between 10:30-11:00pm. No one picked up the phone when I called or when my friends and family tried to reach him. Bogus excuse made the next day. Someone on duty in evening […] told my sister that I had checked out. I was sitting right there and no call came thru for me. I did not check out for another day. Told there was continental breakfast but no hot water for tea, no tea bags, no fruit, no cereal. Only bagels muffins and coffee. And no one was replenishing the food at 8:00am. Pool unusable. Told paperwork wasn't complete. I'm sure it didn't pass muster with the health dept. I heard from a longterm guest that prostitutes were picking up clients at the pool. He had witnessed this. I could go on and on. No baggage trolleys to take our bags to our rooms. I was told there were two when I called in. There was only one and staff was seen using it, and the rest of the time the cart couldn't be found on any floor or in the driveway. Lots of trash poking out of the garbage cans out front. Also trash observed on all floors just sitting there. Laundry unbearably hot. Can't open the window and there was no air. All in all, a horrible experience. Doesn't deserve it's title deluxe. But if you stay during a storm plan on staring at the four walls because the TV will be out 95% of the time. other than that nice hotel right off a main street and lots of places to eat and shop.

We got in late and didn't have sheets or anything for the extra bed, plus our smoke detector was chirping. They gave us a new room without a problem. We also recieved free wifi in the morning when they usually charge. Great service.

The only nice / updated part of the hotel we saw was the lobby and eating area right off of the lobby. The halls all smelled of something and the room was disgustingly old and nasty. The floor had a bunch of stains on them. The box springs mattresses all had stains down the sides of them. If the rest of the hotel looked like the lobby, I wouuld have been extremely impressed, but unfortunately it wasn't. This room was disgusting. There were cigarette burnt holes in the blanket, stains resembling urine on the box spring, and mold on the shower curtain. I would not recommend this place at all. Arrived at 1am after a long drive and went to a different hotel.

This was the perfect place for some alone time with girlfriend. The suite was large enough that we could do a little work without disturbing the other. There are a variety of chain and independent restaurants within a 2 mile radius, a few bars and 24-hour convenience stores nearby, some within walking distance. This was probably one of my worst experiences staying at any hotel. I'm familiar with the area and actually used to be an employee of Extended Stay so initially I was thrilled to be staying at what I knew was a fairly new hotel on the north side of Indy. After our 4 hour drive it was quite disappointing to find the front desk unstaffed for approximately […] 45 minutes so we were unable to check in. Once we did check in, we lugged our bags up to the room through hallways that wreaked to find an old mattress blocking our door. Once we moved the mattress, the card reader did not work to even get into the room. Once we actually got into our room, we found we'd found a great deal on a tiny, filthy room with a worn out bed, and broken plumbing fixtures. I was actually embarassed to have been the one to speak up and assure the group that we'd found a great deal through Hotels.com.
