ﾋﾞｼﾞﾈｽホテルとしてほぼ満足できるホテルだと思う。 しいて減点ポイントをあげれば、建物が新しくない点、および朝食付きのプランがないことぐらいでしょう。建物についてはリニューアルされており、料金との兼ね合いで私としては許容範囲内です。 駅直結ではないものの徒歩3分の麻浦駅から金浦空港へ地下鉄で約35分間というのも便利です。

建物としては新しくなく、部屋の大きさはひろくないが、清潔で隣の部屋の騒音等もなく、ビジネス目的としては快適。残念なのは、宿泊のたびにLANのコネクターが壊れていたり、不具合で接続できなかったりすること。

駅から徒歩2分くらいでした。 ホテル周辺には食事できるところも多く、どこもおいしかったです。 コンビニ、仁川空港までのリムジンバス乗り場も近く、とても便利でした。 ただ、1回シャワールーム横の排水溝から水が逆流しました。 そのせいでトイレ周辺が浸水。。 それ以外は快適でした。

If you are looking for reasonable service for reasonable price, I think this is one of best hotel in Seoul. I stayed two nights but haven't had any problem at all. The room isn't big at all but you have to remember how much you paid. I was satisfied with this hotel. I stayed by myself for business.

仁川空港に22:30頃到着、と遅いソウル入りだったため、空港リムジンバスが一番最初に止まるこちらのホテルを選びました。 ホテルの周囲にはコンビニも数件あり便利です。 スタッフの方は日本語でコミュニケーションがとれ、みなさん丁寧で親切でした。（電気ソケットのアダプターをお願いしましたが、すぐに持ってきてくださいました） 翌朝も明洞に荷物を持って移動したかったので、ホテル前からタクシーを利用しましたが、15分程度でW5000しなかったと思います。 ハードは新しいわけではありませんが、清潔に保たれていたと思います。

このホテル利用は2回目です。　キンポ空港に到着し、大きなスーツケースを　ズルズル引っ張り　地下鉄利用で　一人で移動するには　便利なホテルです。　地下鉄駅より　歩いて3分？程で　ホテルに到着するので　気に入ってます。 韓国に滞在　4泊のうち　地方へ1泊2日で出かける際、大きなスーツケースを持って出かけられないと　フロントに預かってほしいと相談したら、　荷物預かりの人に相談してください　とつれない返事。　だけど荷物預かりのアジョシは　ホントに親切で快くもちろんと答えてくれました。そのうえ私のつたない韓国語に付き合ってくれ、　女の一人旅で　このホテルの近くで夕食を済ませたいので　どこかおいしいところと相談すると、ホテル近隣の地図を出してきて　とっても親切に　説明してくれました。　フロントの方より親 […] 身になって観光客の相談に乗ってくれました。 　フロントの方は忙しいのか、お決まりのご挨拶だけで相談するって雰囲気ではなかったです。 もっと読む

場所、内装文句なし。おいしい食べ物屋さんや居酒屋も近く、地下鉄にも近く便利でしたが、どうしても消えない電灯がポット置き場。一晩中点いていて寝られませんでした。真っ暗を希望される方には落ち着かないでしょう。 　あとは、市内の情報を聞きたかったのですが、フロントはあまりご存知なかったようで、コンシエルジュで尋ねようにもコンシエルジュデスクらしき所はいつも空席。サービス面で少し難あり。

2人可能のシングルに2人で宿泊しました。スペース的にどうかと事前には心配していましたが、問題なく快適に過ごせました。フロント、コンシェルジェともに日本語でOK。コンシェルジェには毎日お世話に、懇切丁寧な対応でした。地下鉄の駅は近く、空港へのリムジン乗り場も道路の向かい側にあり、中心街ではないものの交通も問題なし。コストパフォーマンス高いホテルだと思います。

ホテルのスタッフの方が皆親切で、とても気持ちの良い滞在ができました。 ミョンドンやトンデモンへ地下鉄では乗り換えが数回あり不便かと思いきや、バスがホテル前から出ていて目的地まで行くのに地下鉄より便利で、帰りの空港にも近く、ホテルも最寄駅からも近いので、楽に感じました。初めてこのエリアのホテルにしましたが、とても良かったです。

年末に3泊しましたが、空港へのアクセスは抜群です。家族4人のため往復タクシーを利用しましたが、30分程度しかかかりませんでした。また、地下鉄の駅にも3分程度行けるので、中心部への移動も楽でした。部屋が狭いのと床の掃除が今ひとつといった所ですが、従業員の対応もよく、次回も利用しようか思っています。朝食は1階のイタリアンレストランでバイキングがあり高いですが便利、また、隣接してスタバなどのカフェもあり、そちらで食べれば安くすませることも可能です。裏にローカルのレストランが沢山ありますが、全くハングルがわからないと入りにくいと思います。家族旅行なので冒険は避けましたが、かなり安く食事ができそうです。

ホテルのすぐ前からバスに乗れば明洞のロッテデパートまで簡単に行ける便利なところです。

地下鉄の駅も近いし、なんといっても空港バス乗り場が近い。一番初めにとまるし便利。市内は交通渋滞するので、今度もここに泊まりたいと思いました。

ホテル選びも私の趣味の１つなので６泊で２箇所のホテルを選びましたが共に１泊するならというビジネスホテルクラスという感じでした。こちらのホテルは　まず遅番のフロントがかなり事務的で５話しても１０話しても　１で返答するタイプです。コミュニケーション取りずらいです。有線ＬＡＮのある小さなデスクがあってチェアーの無い不思議な部屋だったので隣の掃除中の部屋を確認後チェアーが存在するのを確認。チェアーを用意するように依頼する電話を２回した後　音沙汰無し。フロントに直接出向きクレームを言うも何事も無かったかのような　すぐに用意しますとの寒い対応。理解不能でした？？このフロントメンバーの際は終始こんな感じでした。また　絶対にお勧めできない理由といたしまして　部屋は小さめは承知のことなのですが　壁が薄いのか　 […] その他に問題があるのか異常なくらい音が抜けてくるのです。廊下の声、左右両隣の部屋の声とまるでドルビーサラウンド状態です。多いとき年間で２００日以上ホテル利用をしますが正直ホテルでこんな部屋を経験したことがありません。 修学旅行や団体旅行客で商売をしているようで毎日のように団体さんが夕方辺りにドドーっとロビーに溢れてきます。私の部屋あったフロアーは団体受け入れフロアーのようで朝の１０時ぐらいまでうるさく　その後～１７時ぐらいまでは静かで　またその後えらいうるさくなります。両隣の話し声、テレビの音、ドアの開け閉めの音は隣にいるかのように聞こえます。また夜は隣のグラスに飲み物を注ぐ音まで聞こえます。ちょっと異常です。ちなみに１１０Ｖのコンセントは無いのでフロントで借りれます。電気湯沸しアリ。ドライヤーアリ。トイレはウォシュレットは無し。テレビは液晶。冷蔵庫あり。毎日小さいボトルのミネラルウォーター１本サービス。部屋はかなり狭い。マポ【麻浦】駅から歩いてすぐ。６番線利用の場合　孔徳駅まで歩いていった方がいいかも。【ホテルを右の出てそのまま直進で５分かかりません】 もっと読む

1人で3泊しました。日本語も通じますし、チェックインも問題なくできました。隣にはハナ銀行もあるので、両替にも便利でした。飲食店も多いのですが、夜は静かでしたが、隣の人の物音は結構聞こえました。 ドアマンやベルボーイがお客とすれ違っても挨拶をしないところには驚きましたが、他はよかったです。近くにお気に入りのレストランができたので、また泊まりたいと思います。

ケーブルテレビが見られたら、言うことなしです。 変圧器が借りられるのは、とても良かったです。

仕事の関係で５泊しました。ホテルはリムジンバス乗り場からすぐで、地下鉄のマポ駅からもすぐでした。金浦空港は地下鉄で仁川空港はリムジンバスで乗り換えなしでいけました。ホテルの近くにはコンビニが２軒と、スタバがあります。あとで知りましたが有名な焼肉屋さんも近くにたくさんありました。また、ホテルのご好意かわかりませんが、格安のシングル予約でしたが高層階のエクゼクティブフロアーにしていただけました。唯一の問題は廊下の声が結構聞こえることですが、気にしなければ問題ないです。隣の部屋の音はぜんぜん聞こえませんでした。日本人の観光客の方もたくさん宿泊されており、コストパフォーマンスにすぐれた利便性のよいホテルでした。また、宿泊したいと思います。

地下鉄駅が近く、市内各所へのアクセスが容易。インチョン空港へのリムジンバスが止まり、空港へのアクセスも便利。

地下鉄5号線の麻浦駅に近く金浦空港から乗り換えなしでこれる。また261番のバスでソウル駅、ロッテ百貨店から乗るとホテルのすぐ近くにとまる。

キンポ空港から地下鉄５号線で乗り換えなし３０分。駅から３分。ソウル市内へもすぐです。とても便利な立地条件なホテルです。 残念なのは、室内の清掃が行き届いていないことがあること・・・。ポットの水が残っていたり、テーブルが汚れたままだったりしていました。 また、タクシーの運転手は、皆、ホテルの名前を知らないみたいでした。ただ、「マポ」と地名を言うと、わかってくれるらしく、間違えずにホテルに行ってくれました。 便利さとコストパフォーマンスに優れたホテルだと思います。

2010.3／20～22にこのホテルに滞在しました。ここのホテルの場所は地下鉄５号線マポ駅から徒歩５分位のところにあり大通りに面しています。日本からのツアーでも利用されているホテルらしくフロントの方は流暢な日本語を話せる人がいて問題なくチェックインできました。部屋はあまり広くありませんがとても綺麗に清掃されていて快適に過ごすことができました。インターネットもＰＣを日本から持っていけば無料で接続できるのでよかったです。もしまたソウルに行くときには利用したいホテルです。

Despite it's a good hotel, the rooms are too small.

This was the first time I've stayed in this hotel.(most major hotels were sold out). Know that this is not like Hilton or Marriott. However, this hotel is MUCH better thatn the Best Western in USA. Staffs were all professional, very friendly and helpful. Room are on the smaller side but not small at all - Bed were comfortable and linens are very fresh […] and crispy. Room/bathroom don't look anything fancy (kind of dull and dated) but efficient/clean. (think of rooms at Holiday Inn). Location wise, you pretty much have to take the taxi almost everywhere. However, everything is pretty close by on either North or South side of the Han river. It cost about $6-$10 (dependitng on the traffic condition) taxi ride for most of the attractions and businesses in Seoul area. KAL limousin bus from Inchun airport stops right in front of the hotel. There is McDonald across the street and about 3 coffee shops (including Starbucks) within half block from the hotel. There are lots of local restaurants behind the hotel. In room wired and wireless high speed internets in the lobby area are FREE. There isn't any tourist attraction in walking distance from the hotel. In overall, for the price I've paid for this hotel, there isn't anything I can complain. This is super valued but efficient hotel. Convenient location with lots of good value & nice Korean food along streets behind the hotel & just 2 minutes walk to MAPO Subway station, & about 15 minutes taxi ride to business area eg : Seoul Finance Centre. I think for this price everything is decent. Close to MTR station, just that the station is far a bit far away from other tourist stations. Not much stuff you can do around this area. Hotel guys are friendly. Room is a bit small but in Seoul, everything is small, so be prepared. They charge you for making local calls.

Very nice, large hotel 300 m from Mapo subway station, 10 min by taxi from central rail station. The hotel was very clean, very friendly, with helpful service/personnel. My room was clean, good size, comfortable. Free wired internet access. The best part was the spa, which was, unfortunately FOR MEN ONLY.

If it from the West, you know it's the best and it's true. This hotel situate 2 minutes walk from the subway which would take you around Seoul. It is also in front of Limousine Bus would take you to or from Incheon Seoul airport which would cost you around $15 AUD. There are convenient shops and banks surrounding the hotel as well as McDonalds. Myeodong […] market is 5 minutes away if catch the taxi and 20 minutes for walking. The only dissapoint moment I had with the hotel is they speak very limit of English at the counter and gave us wrong information about the check out time which they denied. Stayed here for 2 nights after F1 race - nice hotel, especially compared to the love hotels near the F1 track. Reasonable price, near to 2 subway stations and an airport bus stop over the road, so easy to get around. Mildly awkward to get there from Seoul station with luggage by subway, but doable. The Seoul Garden Hotel, very clean and friendly, is indeed ideally situated giving fast access to both Seoul Airports, the subway system and the major Broadcasters ... if you work in the television field like me. That was my 4th stay and I will come back!

great hotel, helpful staff and provided plenty of guidance and assistance for finding locations in Seoul. Hotel restuarants were pricey and service abrupt on the evening we ate there.

My boyfriend and I decided to book a room at this hotel because we were going to a party that was hosted in one of the hotel's event rooms. Even though we got a greatly discounted price off of hotels.com it was HARDLY worth the price. The room (single) was TINY even though it is advertised as appropriate for 2 guests (their double rooms were all booked). […] My room was the width of my boyfriend's arm span, literally. He could touch his fingertips to both ends of the wall when standing in the middle. The first time we tried to turn off the lights by pushing in the button, the entire light switch went through the wall! The air conditioning was barely working, and we asked for someone to come and look at it. The hotel worker said "I'm sorry, it is working at maximum power, however this building is very old. I will bring you a fan". It was very kind of him to bring us a fan, but a hotel like this shouldn't be resorting to that kind of temporary fix. The location is a business area, and so it is not suited if you are on vacation or looking for any type of entertainment. There are no restaurants in the area, which was very inconvenient. All in all, the staff were VERY kind and helpful, however this couldn't make up for the lack of air conditioning, size of the room, location or price. I would NOT recommend this hotel. もっと読む

The service was fantastic, the location was awesome for getting around as well as getting to the airport. This was a great hotel - the only thing that was not accurate in the advertisement was that there was no internet available in the rooms., but there were computers available in the lobby. Great hotel, great staff, great stay!

Thank goodness we are not big sized people and managed to live quite comfortably in this very tiny room for 2 persons. Had no idea it was that small before I booked it Thought they could be a bit more generous about the pillows . How do u share 3 pillows between 2 persons ? The hotel is clean and comfortable and i managed to get great rates from Hotels.com. Transfer from Incheon is convenient as it is within the airport limousine bus route(No. 6015). I did try the buffet breakfast, the spread was adequate but a bit costly. They have the american breakfast(toast, beans, bacon,sausage, eggs), local fare(rice, seaweed soup, kimchi), japanese(miso soup), porridge and cereal and fruits. However, the hotel staff were aloof and not very friendly. I informed the hotel in advance that my check in will be late evening. Upon arrival we settled for meal at the hotel bar. We were informed that it close at midnight and since it was only 10.30pm we could still order our food. The waiters and manager were not friendly and infact they were impatient. We were too tired having just arrive to go out for food. A band was playing and there were 3 other tables occupied. We quickly finished our meal and retired to our rooms. Very nice location as it is only a few minutes walk from two subway stations and a lot of good restaurants are nearby. Also, the airport shuttle bus stop is right across the street. However, our room was a lot smaller than expected and felt a bit cramped.

If your stopover in Seoul and need a hotel to stay overnight, this hotel can be considered. For long term stay, go for another 3-4 star hotel. The hotel noise blockage system is bad.
