バスタブが無いのでリラックスできなかった

5人の友人たちとの旅行でした。トラム駅にも近く、観光スポットへのアクセスもとてもよかったです。スタッフもとても親切で居心地の良いホテルでした。ただ残念だったのが、3人部屋のほうですが、部屋に案内されてから20分以上も待たされて、スペアーベットの設置にはまいりました。夜中2時ころのチェックインでしたので、少々イラッチになりました。事前に分かっていることなので、サーヴィスはそんなところにあるのではないでしょうか。それと、三人部屋なのに、滞在中連絡してもひとり分のグッズがいつも足りませんでした。追加料金を支払っているのですから、その程度の配慮はほしかったです。

シンガポールにはたくさんのホテルがありますが、このホテルはそれらの中でも最も立地の良いホテルの一つです。 徒歩数分圏内に、MRTオーチャード、伊勢丹、IONモール、免税店などがある他、ホテルを出て視界に入る範囲に24時間営業のスターバックスやマクドナルドもあります。 日本の銀座に相当する目抜き通りに面しているので、夜中でもタクシーを捕まえやすいのも好評価。また、ホテルに隣接した（同じビル）

表記ではバスタブありかやシャワーのみか判別が付かないので、明確な表記が欲しいです。 本来バスタブつきの部屋の部屋なのか、その日シャワーのみの部屋を使用させられたのか判然としない。 それ以後は良い方だと思います。

部屋はいたって普通の印象ですが、立地は買い物するにも食事に行くのもとても便利でした。 このホテルが賢いのはミニバーを全て無料にしてチェックアウトにかかる時間を短縮しているところ。キーを返却するだけでチェックアウト完了でした。 他のホテルにも参考にしてもらいたいと思います。 エスプレッソマシーンで入れるコーヒーも美味しくて朝晩の楽しみでした。

立地は東京の青山みたいな場所で、ショッピングエリアの真ん中にありました。 お部屋もきれいだし、サービスでネスプレッソのコーヒーもついていてちょっと嬉しかったです。

クラブデラックス利用。これお勧めです。 朝食、アフタヌーンティ、イブニングバーの利用込みは、滞在中　飲み物や、食事の調達しなくて済んだので楽でした。部屋の冷蔵庫の中身の無料（オレンジジュース、コーラ、ダイエットコーラ、ビール２本、ミネラルウォータ２本）は、家内と二人で十分でした。 朝食も中華、洋食大変充実していました。イブニングバーのカナッペ類も充実していたので、これとワインで十分小腹満たせます。 以前は、グランドハイアットに宿泊しましたが、ネット有料で、食事代も結構かかりましてので、今回が、天国。 立地も、グランドハイアットの向かいですし、通り沿いが、伊勢丹でメイン通りにあり、大変便利。ＭＲＴも近い。オーチャードの交差点にあるマリオットより静かでした。

３日間滞在しました。部屋はちょうどよい広さでベッドのスプリングも良かったです。浴室はバスタブとシャワーが別々になってたのでそれも良かったです。冷蔵庫内の水は無料です。 そしてなんといってもＭＲＴオーチャード駅から徒歩すぐのこと。本当に便利だと思います。オーチャード駅にはたくさんのショッピングセンターがあるのでフードコート、レストランと食に事欠くことはありません。ジム使用しましたがなかなか良かったです。今度はプールも使用したいです。スタッフの方々も感じがよくすぐに対応してくださいました。またシンガポールへ行く際は利用したいホテルです。

毎回、このホテルに泊まっています。 ネット環境は無料、冷蔵庫に入ってる飲み物は無料とサービス満点。 最近のパッケージには、朝食が付かなくなったのが残念でなりません。ビュッフェは最高です！ セキュリティもしっかりしているし、スタッフの教育も行き渡っていて安心です。

今回は4人での宿泊なのでコストを節約し、なおかつ利便性の高い場所を選定した。hotel.comのサイトで連泊のメリットを生かした内容にしたが、ホテル内の朝食レストランも種類が豊富でとても良かった。 食事込みの価格ではなかったので、1日だけにしたが、すぐ目の前にスターバックスや歩いてすぐのところにショッピングやレストランがあり、とても便利。部屋は古いが清潔感あり。

今回、８日間の滞在のうち、最初の４日間はMarinaBaySundsに泊まり、残りの２日間をRoyalPlazaに泊まりました。５月に５日間泊まり非常に印象が良かったのですが、せっかくなのでＭＢＳにも泊まってみたいと思っての行程でした。 部屋は、ＭＢＳに比べるとさすがに狭い＆やや古さを感じるところもありますが、ＣＰを考えると全く問題ありません。 それに何と言っても、このホテルはスタッフの質が非常に高いです。ＭＢＳはレセプション以外のスタッフには英語が通じないことが多かったですが、ここは清掃スタッフにもちゃんと通じます。そして、積極的に声かけをしてくれます。エレベーターにもお客が乗っている場合には乗るのを避けるなど、日本的な対応です。ちなみにＭＢＳは待っていたお客を押しのけて、スタッフが先に乗 […] りこみ閉口しました。 あと、インターネットルームが使い勝手がいいこと、フリーのエスプレッソマシン、冷蔵庫内ドリンクが無料などちょっとした楽しみもＧＯＯＤです。 そして、やはりオーチャードロードといえば、買い物です。ホテルから徒歩数分の場所に様々なショッピングプレイスがあり、飽きません。買い物をして、疲れたらホテルに帰って、また買い物ということもできます。ＭＢＳは、少し離れているので、こうはいきません。 両替もレートがいい、ファーイーストプラザは目の前、ラッキープラザも徒歩数分と便利です。 また近々シンガポール再訪を検討していますが、このホテルから変更することは無さそうです。 もっと読む

場所はMRT Orchard駅より徒歩3分。ショッピング街のOrchard Roadへ30mで出られ、高島屋、伊勢丹、Paragon、Lucky Plaza、Far East Plaza、Duty Freeなど至近。又、近隣にHyatt、Hilton、Pan Pacificなどの一流ホテルも傍。 利便性、治安だけでなく、ホテル自体もさすがにサミットホテル系だけあってしっかりしたサービスでした。

ホテルのスタッフはみなさんとても親切で、お願いしたことにはすぐ対応してくださいました。地下鉄に近くてとても便利です。クリスマスシーズンに行ったのでオーチャード通りのクリスマスイルミネーションがとてもきれいで夜一人で出歩いても安心な場所でした。ワイアレスのインターネットは接続が切れることが何度もありますが、メールを読む、ちょっとした情報をチャックするには問題なかったです。２階に宿泊者が使えるインターネットルームがあり、プリントするのも無料だったのは助かりました。ミニバーの水、ビール等が無料でいただけるのは幸せでした。

仕事の相手先に近いため、年間数回宿泊していますが、いつも可もなく不可もなく合格点のホテルで、私は気に入っています。 ミニバーがフリードリンクで、ソフトドリンクだけでなくビールも入っているので、嬉しい人も多いのではないでしょうか？ マイナスが有るとすると、バスタブが無くシャワーだけな事。他の方のレビューではアップチャージでバスタブ付きが有る様ですが、当方、通常滞在期間が短いのでシャワーで対応しており、問題ないのでバスタブ付きの部屋は未体験です。 ビジネスでの利用の場合、館内無線LANもスムーズですし、ビジネスセンターも今回行ったらレイアウトが変わり、打合せのテーブルが2台になり、備え付けのPCも増え、無料のコーヒーマシーンも置かれていました。但し、備え付けのプリンターが以前は無料でカラーも出し放題だったのが、デフォルトでモノクロになっていました。サポートを依頼すればカラーに出来たかも知れませんが、自分で操作する限りモノクロ設定を変えられませんでした。 その他、付近は、横断歩道橋を渡るとFAR […] EAST PLAZAという商業雑居ビルが有り、上層階には雰囲気より実利優先の地元の人が来そうなリフレクソロジーや、ネイルサロン、エステが有ります。値段は他のアジアの国と異なり、そう安いわけではありません。 もっと読む

it was very good

The king size bed is like queen size, and too soft. The room only has one chair. Shower is good though. Wi-fi is kind of weak, always lost connection. About the location, it only suits those who like shopping a lot. For self-travellers using MRT often, I suggest living nearby the DhobyGhaut station, at which we transferred million times.

The only thing bad was the view. We were looking at air conditioners and utilities out of our window. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay and close to pretty much everything that Orchard Road has to offer.

Hotel was in a good location in Orchard. 5-7 min walk to the MRT station. Close to all the shopping malls on Orchard. Overall service was good. Another great stay. It is not often you choose a hotel because of its showers, but in Singapore where it is extremely humid and to shower twice a day is not uncommon, the Royal Plaza's walk in shower is hard to beat. You could stand underneath thier shower for a very long time. Convient location and friendly staff.

Stay here often. Very good value and service. Only thing i could ask for is a few more english channels on the pay TV subscription to watch. But this is the same thing i'd ask for just about all hotels through Asia. Staff are extremely good - and they wil always try and accomodate if possible if you turn up early or leave late.

Lovely Hotel. Staff were most helpful and welcoming. Location was great, rooms were very comfortable, loved the coffee machine in the room.

Hotel was ok, not a 5 star hotel, but a good 4 star. Executive suite was really nice, but it did not feel special enough, quite bland, terrible view and it was way too cold even with the air conditioning off. Beware that at night the room was noisy. Had a wonderful stay at the Royal Plaza on Scott. It was by chance my birthday when i arrived at the Hotel and they upgraded my room and i received a birthday cake to my room. All these little details of course make the business travel very welcome. Will defintely stay at this Hotel again.

Our room on the 3rd floor facing the drive way of a parking structure was extremely noisy, night and day. The sound insulation of the hotel appeared to be poor.

Great location and friendly staff. Unfortunately the room we stayed was very small, on third floor, no view (which didn't really matter that much as it was only one night). Very dirty windows, not possible to open. I wished I could open the window as there was moldy smell in the room and the aircon didn't help much. I found a wrapping of medicines for […] diarrhea on the floor, it obviously wasn't vacuumed. I also had the feeling that the bedsheets were not very clean; they were white, but smelled weird. The room had insufficient lighting. They lure you saying that there is free mini bar. this mini bar includes water which is normally free in most of the hotels I stayed. Apart from that there is a pack of oreo cookies, 1 can of regular and diet coke and 1 orange juice. I would gladly have to pay for mini bar and stay in a better room!!! The vault is just above the fridge, which makes it heat up very much. All the things in the vault were hot, which isn't good for electronics or other precious things you may like to keep in there. Their staff is so nice and polite that you have the impression that they are trying too hard and it isn't natural. Their staff was talking very loud in the corridor (there was some kind of staff room next door) and making lots of noise until midnight, which disturbed a little. I stayed here over 3 consecutive weekends, and tried a variety of rooms at different times. The service and attention of the staff was great, always cheerful and eager to help. The rooms were all in excellent condition, and fitted out beautifully. Location close to shops, MRT Etc. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on business or vacation.

This hotel is ok if you like being in the heart of the shopping district. Mall, after mall, after mall. Hotel is fine, i liked the espresso machine in the room. Pool too small for laps. Great location, nice clean rooms & free Wifi. I was unlucky to have my room close to the passenger lift and the noise was quite annoying. Apart from that the hotel is great value for money as overall condition a location is good.

This hotel is central to restaurants, shopping and anything else you might want to do. Fantastic hotel staff, friendly and welcoming. Very clean and modern rooms. My only little criticism of the room was that the king size bed was made by zipping two smaller beds together. I'm not a fan of that. close to MRT. room is clean, large, luxury and with free wifi and minibar. although view from my room is not great. room rate is very cheap with what i got. will stay here again!

Room and service both were great, nice lounge. Room on the small side but nicely appointed. Loved the free minibar.

The front desk is as usual quite efficient and friendly. However, unlike many of my previous stays, they were relunctant to extend a late check out to 2pm. A gentleman by the name of VK was particularly unaccomodating and said "we have many guests checking in at your category tomorrow" and therefore insisted on a 12 noon check out. Centrally located , remains very busy therefore the concierge staff will only direct you to take taxis ! Whilst train options were available. The mini bar was useful with 2 beers, soft drinks water - restocked what was consumed. Make sure you take the drinks with you when going out . Good with family.

Great location and easy access to transport. Very helpful concierge and friendly cleaning staff. Could do with better mini-bar goodies! Disappointed that breakfast not included!

The hotel requires a refurbish in hallways. The rooms are quite good & comfortable,the service is good & friendly. I would stay there again .

Enjoyed stay here and was so central and walkable to many places or easy taxi ride from Clyde Quay...Staff very helpful and friendly. Will come back again.

We stayed here for 2 nights - but only had one full day in Singapore before we continued our journey. As such, we wanted a hotel in the main shopping district, and the location of the hotel is excellent for that. Excellent locaiton near Orchard road. However, by time of booking, we stated that we need two separate beds, they still arrange on king size bed for us in the beginning. When hotel staff hand out the room cards, we double checked again and then they have to change to another room to suit our original request. This was not very efficient.
