ジ オムニ モン ロイヤル ホテル (Hotel Omni Mont-Royal)格安予約

モントリオールに行くことが決まった後、どこのホテルにしようかなといろいろ調べました。ちょっと高いけど憧れのフェーモントホテルにするか、もう少し安いこちらのオムニーにするか、迷った結果オムニーを選んで正解でした。安全な地域にあって、地下の歩道入り口も近くにあって、滞在中３日間雨でしたので、たくさん地下道を使えました。ロビーの雰囲気もよく、スパーのマッサージ技術も高かったです。部屋もきれいだし、満足できました。あえて批判的コメントをすると、 １．部屋の掃除について。６泊滞在しましたが、バスルームの床は掃除機で掃除していなかったので、後半床が汚いままでした。 ２．コンシエルジュについて。役に立つ情報をいろいろ教えていただきましたが、近くのカフェについて聞いたときに、マップに書いてくれた情報が間違て […] いたので、探すのに苦労したことと味は期待したほどではなかったです。 でも、もう一度モントリオールに行くなら、こちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。 もっと読む

地下鉄駅からも近く、買い物にも便利です。 また無料のホテルの会員になると新聞やドリンクのサービスが受けられてとても有難かったです。 ホテル自体も優雅で、部屋も広くて快適でした。 泊まって大正解でした。

部屋の広さや清潔さ、施設やサービスなどどれも素晴らしいです。また、ホテルの会員になると無料で無線LANが使えたり、毎朝無料で飲み物がサービスされるなど様々な特典が受けられます。ただし、観光地である旧市街からは2km程度とやや距離があります。 モントリオールはホテルの料金がやや高めです。このホテルも決して安いホテルではありませんが、ある程度の額のホテルに泊まるのであれば、料金を少し追加してこちらに泊まることをお勧めします。

Loved the hotel, can't wait for the renovations to be completed - we will be back!

It's our third stay at the OMNI , and each time we are delighted. Central, close to public transport, shops, restaurants, it offers all to make it a pleasant stay. Rooms are a bit old fashioned but clean and comfortable. Service is excellent.We definitely recommend it.

This hotel must have the best concierge in the world. She offered us a wonderful assortment of daily activities, arranged for jazz concerts for us in the evening and best of all she offered perfect advice and made bookings for the best tables for dinners. However, I can not hold her responsible for the 5 lbs I put on while visiting Montreal. The staff were frienndly and efficient Recepionist Bao was welcoming and I would specially recommend the Assistant manager on over hearing that I had booked your hotel as it had a pool , but not realising at the time of booking that it was an outside pool. My daughter and grandaughter were dissapointed. The Assistant Manaqger gave us tickets to swim […] at the club across the road. We stayed one night in Omni Hotel in Montreal. The room was nice and clean, much better than we have expected. The services were also great and friendly. I strongly recommend this hotel for whoever visiting Montreal. For those who make frequent travel to Montreal, it may also a good idea to join their membership for some member benefits like free WIFI […] access, free morning beverage, and some discounts. For those who drive to Montreal, parking seems be a common problem to many hotels - lack of parking space. clean convenient to downtown. Fridge not working. coffee maker very slow. Great location. Have stayed many times and am not disappointed

Excellent staff, good location just west of St. Catherine street. We enjoyed our stay. The only possible negatives was that the room looked a little worn -- one broken shutter on a window, one cupboard door was ill-fit, and the bath vanity marble looked a little worn. But everything worked and was very clean.

Staff was extremely helpful, room was clean, beds comfortable, and room service fast with good food.

Great location, very helpful and friendly staff

We had a large room with lovely furnishings and loved the expansive fitness centre. The staff were wonderful (got a great restaurant recommendation!) and the location is fantastic.

Great location. Rooms dated, TV's are old and poor quality. There was no comforter on bed, just sheets.

Great hotel, great location. Only complaint, just to be picky is the old TV being in an awkward place and the toilet paper impossible to reach in the bathroom. Very minor things...

Good location in the heart of downtown, close to McGill, shopping and many restaurants and bars. Its an older hotel that's been renovated. It use to be a 4 Seasons hotel and would have been state of the art 3o years ago...the rooms are nice and beds comfortable. The bathrooms are large but you can tell they are still a bit older - more original. But […] very clean. The lobby is ok and the hallways are a bit dingy but this is hardly a deal breaker. at the arrival I got my room at 6:30 pm....the hotel is in renovation, hot tub close, fire alarm checking very early in the morning ,we were sleeping they open the door.....Im not gone recommended.....

Great location with great staff. Rooms are dated and are in need of rennovation. Good value for what you spend.

Excellent location for anyone who wants to stay near the downtown core. Close to a metro station which makes travel easy. Clean room with spacious bathroom, but a bit outdated. TV had to be pulled out and turned to watch, but worked fine.

Immaculate, quiet and close to everything.

Only complaint was waiting for the valet parking to bring the car. On one occasion it took more than 25 minutes.

The hotel was great, at a great location downtown, very convenient, the stuff was very friendly and helpful, they helped us a lot with our sightseeing. The room was very comfortable and they were cleaning it every day... We were very happy with our stay. The only problem was the fitness center of the hotel. The sauna, whirlpool, steamer.... were closing […] very early, like 7.00pm, and even when they were open they were not kept in a good condition. The sauna was not working, the steamer was in a rather bad shape, and the whirlpool was alright, but the water was so extremely hot, that you could not stay in for more than 5 minutes, so the experience was not so enjoyable. This hotel is getting a bit old and the decor in the rooms shows this fact, but it remains a well-located hotel with comfortable rooms at usually low prices.

Great location but very dated rooms. Air quality is poor as well.

Very well appointed, clean hotel. Some noisy neighbors, but the hotel security dealt with them appropriately.

The Omni Mont Royal hotel was the best choice I have taken during my few days in Montreal, very calme, comfort, clean, excellent location and good rate compared to the level and services provided.

This hotel has the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. I usually wake up with a backache but I woke up rested and refreshed.Very friendly staff also!

On a recent trip for business, my partner and I stayed at the Omni Mont-Royal for 5 nights. We have stayed at other Omni Hotels and had been impressed before, but this one was somewhat disappointing on several fronts. The first night we wanted to store medication in the refrigerator of our suite, but the refrigerator was broken and slightly moldy. […] When we called the front desk, they said that it was "part of the old mini-bar that is no longer in use." (So why keep it in the room?) They responded quickly, though, and sent a replacement refrigerator to our room. When I opened the refrigerator, I was hit with a nauseating stench--an old sandwich had been left inside and was moldering badly, with the entire inside of the refrigerator covered in green fuzz. Again I called the front desk, and this time they brought up a clean replacement. The heating was a second issue. The first night was frigid in the room, and we were told "to wait an hour and it will warm up." It did not. The next day we called the desk again and they sent an engineer who said, "just open the curtains and let the sun in, and it will heat up quickly!" Aside from the fact it was a cloudy day and so there was no sunshine, the heat did not turn on in the "15 minutes" that they claimed this time. The assistant manager told us that since it was unusually hot for this time of year, they hadn't turned the central heater on yet. Although he claimed it was 20 degrees Celsius outside, it was actually closer to 10, and it was going to drop into the minuses over night. Later we asked for a space heater, and they sent up a tiny one that blew hot air about 10 centimeters. After calling another engineer later in the day, they finally turned on the building's heating system and the room started to warm up. At other Omni Hotels in warmer regions in the U.S. we have never had a problem with the heating, as even in early fall the heater is turned on. Love this hotel and have stayed many times. It is just the right size - large enough to have what you need but small enough to be personal. The concierge was most helpful. Only negative is that the furnishings are a bit tired. Rooms need to be refurbished - but not a deterrant to staying there sb

Hotel was clean/affordable and most importantly located near the metro. Walking distance to all of the shopping and restaurants on Crescent St. Definitely recommend it!!

I recently stayed at the omni for two nights on business. The staff was very friendly and the lobby was clean. However, the shower had hair all over. The room wasn't very clean in general and needs new carpet. The clock wasn't even plugged in when I got to the room. The bed was comfortable.

It was my first visit to Montreal and had trouble selecting a hotel on-line; but was very satisfied with the selection. Our room was especially beautiful, clean and comfy. The location of this hotel is great.... right by shopping, restaurants and bars. I would say that the price can be kinda high but if you get a deal with hotels.com, I highly recommend it. : )

I had a wonderful stay at Omni. Some maintenance required such as changing window curtains and carpet shampooing. But we got a comfortable bed and a clean toilet. Keep it up Omni team and I recommend your hotel to my friends, peers and relatives.
