Is a dump

It's only 8 miles from the international bridge,which is why we picked this hotel,but it was filthy,even human waste on the walls,dirty floors,door would not lock,mildew all over,a.c. unit worked,, well,lets say,we either sweat or was to cold. stained towels and tub was so dirty we would not even shower while we were there. The area has much better […] hotels,some at a cheaper price and much better conditions. By the way,the new "manager" is a young idiot,rude and very unprofessional. The hotel is in need of some upgrades and renovation. But for the cost it was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There were three large bags of trash at the top of the stairs which smelled badly, mold on the wall of the first room the clerk gave us and the smell of marijuana in the hallway.

been going to this hotel for 5 years and will not go back no milk for the children with a store next door had to change rooms the room we were in to stay the night had water all in the carpet from the aircondition we had them bring towles so as to not move again it needs to be closed and worked on 1 set of towles for 2 people no bath room rug never […] againit has been going down but it is at the end we go 2 times a year we will look else where もっと読む

The room had no trash can in the room or bath. There was only one wash cloth and 2 towells for three people. till we ask for towels and trash can.. Sunday morning breakfast thre was no ceral, orange juice till after 8 AM with time advertised as 6:30 AM.

Sorry to say but the place smell like cigarret smoke. people that work there are very nice . If you need a place to stay and you are driving through ther city and you wanted to stay just for the night it might be ok but no matter if you ask for an no smoking room. the whole place smells like cigarret smoke.

My husband is a K9 officer and we can't board our dog if we have to go out of town on emergency trips.This hotel was very accommodating. The staff was super friendly and took care of all of our needs and addressed our concerns as far as us leaving our dog in the room while we attended a funeral. For being fairly new, the building already showed signs of deteriation and age. The carpet in the lobby was disgustingly dirty, and the carpet in my room was worn and tattered. The two men at the front desk did not act and were not dressed professionally. This is the first time I've ever had such poor service at a hotel.

Hotel cerca de outlet, comodas camas y desayuno bueno

el hotel esta un poco viejo pero la atencion es buena y las camas muy comodas, y muy cerca del outlet

El servicio, ubicación, instalaciones y demás estan de acuerdo con el precio pagado pero creo que la limpieza debería ser fundamental independientemente del precio pagado, se notó algo sucio en las habitaciones.

solo el desayuno es un poco variado ya que solo hay cafe, jugo, wafles, pan y cereal

No respetaron la reservacion que tenia pagada y nos enviaron a otro hotel a 35 millas de distancia. Porque no tenian disponibles. No lo recomiendo para nada!!no tienes la seguridad de llegar y tener tu habitacion disponible y ademas a donde iba me quedaba demasiado retirado>No lo recomiendo!!!

Estuvo muy bien, solo que el clima se tardo mucho en enfriar y el desayuno pues no estaba muy bueno.

Pesimo estado, muy sucio, el aire acondicionado no servia, la parte de afuera super sucia, desde q llegamos habia unas latas de cerveza, pasamos varias noches, y las mismas latas estaban ahi, la alberca enlamada, bueno espantoso!
