The hotel did not provide extra towels throughout our stay of 4 days. We had to ask for towels and the staff requested the old ones be brought to the front desk first. The sheets were not changed once and we had to ask for clean ones and had to change the bed ourselves. Our room was not cleaned once the entire time we were there either. Decent value for the money but many similarly priced offerings within area that offer better amenities. No issues with cleanliness.

The Candlewood Suites hotel was not as comfortable and cozy as I thought it would be, when viewing the pictures. When we arrived around 8:30pm, there was a man booking two rooms and one employee working the front desk. She was very pleasant but very slow; we probably waited to check in for at least 20 minutes. It was kind of upsetting seeing as though […] I had previously paid for my room so I should've had a speedy check in. When walking into the room, we noticed that they had the sheer white curtains and the heavy black out curtains to block out sunlight in the morning. So I went to close the curtains to keep people from looking up into our room and discovered that the black out curtains were only set up at each end of the window. Why have those type of curtains if you cannot pull them in front of the window???!!! So I had to pull the curtains together as close as I could and safety pin them together. (And it actually worked out great!) They, also, had dish liquid available, which was great, because I have to clean the dishes, utensils and pots first before we use them. However, I saw that this dish liquid bottle was not NEW and had been previously used by another guest!!!! DISGUSTING!!! I dont know what the previous guests could have done with that bottle. There could possibly be some other chemicals or whatever in that bottle. There are crazy people in this world, unfortunately. Thats like giving us canned fruit but the fruit is half eaten. I DO understand aIm staying in a hotel room which 100s maybe 1000s of people have probably stayed in also but I am very specific when it comes to cleanliness!! This hotel was in excellent area a few minutes highway miles from stadium and had top rated amenities like I was home with awesome kitchenette microwave the works with excellent service and clean compared to a hotel I stormed out of after I checked in it ....I was overwhelmed with how pleasant my stay was and I have stay in many hotel...

Hotel was clean and comfortable; However, I personally walked down to the front desk to request a wake-up call. It never came, and i was one hour late for my first appointment. When i mentioned this to staff on way out, they shrugged it off, like who cares. Will not be back.

The accommodations and the kitchen set-up was excellent!!!!!

best price for your buck. I will be back.

Free washer and dryers! Convenience items for sale were plentiful and reasonably priced. Very comfortable - could hear folks above the room on the next floor, though

Loved it! Talk about bang for your buck! We were very satisfied with everything from price, location to all kinds of activiies you could imagine. The three days we was there, if we needed anything ( xtra) all we had to do was ask.

This hotel was nice, great ammenities with free washer and dryers, nice kitchen in the room and reasonably priced food in the pantry which was open all night. The day we stayed, was a Baltimore heat wave, 104 degrees. The hotel does not have a pool, but offers a few places one might go to a local pool. We did not. Other than the lack of a pool, we had […] no complaints. Staff were helpful, printed off directions to the light rail going into Baltimore- they also were willing to shuttle us to the rail- if we wished. The rail service was cheaper than parking in the city which is $21(a days rate) after just a few hours of parking. Overall a nice place that we would consider again. もっと読む

The room we stayed in , queen suite, was very clean and spacious. We were visiting out daughter at UMBC, and this was the first time we stayed at a Candlewood. We have stayed at various hotels in the area, and so far, this one has been the best value for our money. The only drawback was the fact there is no continental breakfast offered. Great room, low price

would like to see a business center added to the other amenities of the property.

I was very impressed with the hotel overall and especially with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. I will highly recommend this my friends and family and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great room at a great price near Baltimore.

Some of the service personnel at this hotel were very helpful and considerate; however, one of the hotel clerks was rude, unhelpful, and impolite. He made us feel that because we had reserved the room through Hotels.com, we were second-rate customers and he treated us accordingly. This was my first time staying at this hotel, The room was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was very clean with a nice room set up. free laundry facilities were very nice. Only issue was the internet was not working the whole time we were there. We only stayed 24 hours. The front desk tried to troubleshoot but could not get it working. Other than that, very nice.

Comfortable, clean room. Loved the Candlewood cupboard. Very convenient. Let me do an early check-in. highly recommended.
