This hotel should be condemmed, on arrival we checked in and went to our room, it had one light in the whole room (three werent working), was dark, dingy, cold and the walls were paper thin. We went back to reception and asked for a new room. The staff were helpful but not surprisingly used to complaints. They moved us to another room, this one smelt […] of mould, had one whole wall next to the shower which was covered in mould (obviously the shower had been leaking for a long time), the lightbulb above the bath was hanging in free air (very dangerous near water methinks) after a tiring day and not long to get ready we settled with this room, very unhappy and would never contemplate staying here or reccomending this hotel to anyone. Will be making a formal complaint and am considering reporting them to environmental health, this place should be condemmed, it is not fit to house animals... DO NOT STAY HERE! もっと読む

Room was clean enough, paint coming off the walls, tv didnt work, heater was decoratration only. If you are going out and need a place central to bimingham to sleep, this will do. If you want somewhere to relax after a long day, look somewhere else. Staff where very nice and breakfast was OK.

It literally is a high rise block of dirty,dated and dingy apartment rooms. Dirty bathroom,llow pressure showers, a complete rip off even at 20ppp.

That's the sound of the spring in the mattress which kept popping all night and just about reflected the quality in general. I would stay a mile away from this place...took a while to get the smell of the carpet out of the system.

stayed here after a night out for a friends birthday, the hotel was very basic, but for the price was fine. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. For somewhere to sleep on a budget its good, and a quick cab ride from broad street.

The hotel on a whole was ok so to speak. There was only three major issues - 1) The laptop connection in my room had broke, so I was unable to use my laptop 2) Couldve done with double glazed windows as the cars driving past kept me awake at night 3) Need to do something about the doors. Having had a num,ber of not so pleasant experiences in Birmingham using a number of different hotels I can now be satisfied that I have found somewhere that I would want to come back to for my frequent visits to Birmingham.

Hotelli oli mukava ja siisti. Aamupala hyvä. Henkilökunta ystävällistä (varsinkin aamupalalla). Huone oli siisti, joskis vähän viileä. Lamput sängyn päädyssä eivät toimineet (ei polttimoita) eli joutui pitämään kirkasta kattovaloa tai ei mitään. Teen/kahvin keitto mahdollisuus omassa huoneessa oli mukava ja telkkari toimi.
