ヨーロッパにありがちな古いホテルで、残念ながらその古さが災いして、清潔感（特にカーペット）、便利さ（階段が多く荷物の上げ下ろしが不便）、コンディション（排水など）の悪さなどが目立ちました。しかし、駅に近く、中央市場やドゥオーモなど観光名所にも行きやすい場所で、しかも安いという点では評価いたします。タオルなどは、清潔でした。清掃もきちんとされていました。４日泊まりましたが、朝食に変化がなく、フレッシュジュースすらなかった点は工夫していただけたら幸いです。

大変古い建造物で歴史を感じる趣のあるホテルです。WIFIはフロントのみ有効で感度最悪でした。スタッフの対応は良かったです。

バスタブ付きの部屋を希望していたが、シングル利用の部屋には無いと言われたのがとても残念だった。部屋は狭く設備も最低限だが、駅から近いので貧乏旅行の移動にはありがたいロケーション。街の中心地には徒歩圏内。

The room was large, the bathroom was updated, except for the hairdryer which looks like a vacuum. The room was stuffy, the cleaners used seem to take up all the oxygen. There was at least a 1.5ft of black mold all overthe bath ceiling! Also a little bit of mold in our room. The front desk clerk seem to not understand of why this was a problem! The staff was willing to move us the next day.

It was very good. The location is just perfect. Very close to the train station and major sightseeings. The room was clean and the breakfast was alright. A/C was not working alright. I think it was overall a good stay.

1.5 Stars and that's being kind. Convenient to the train albeit that puts it on very noisy/main street. Given the low price it was passable as a low cost accommodation that's convenient to the major train station.

Enjoyed our stay/first time in Tuscany. Had very nice view from the street. We slept well in our clean room. Was supposed to have Wi-fi access in room according to booking/hotel staff but was only able to access wi-fi in the waiting/reception area and signal is lost in our room. Was still a great value and close to the train station/sights.

The room was mediocre and the staff were only slightly better. Breakfast was typical to Italy - no hot breakfast, only pastries, fruit, yoghurt, juice (not fresh, nor 100% real), and deli meats. The location is the only allure, given the price.
