小田急ホテルセンチュリーサザンタワー (Century Southern Tower Hotel)格安予約

家族4人（小学生・中学生）で合計4泊しました。小学生は添い寝でトリプルの部屋を利用しましたが、部屋が充分広いので何の不自由も感じませんでした。また高島屋、紀伊国屋がすぐ近くなので買い物にもとても快適でした。また是非利用したいと思います。

新宿駅すぐそばでなおかつ、きれいで静かでよかったです。 東京にはよく行き、新宿界隈で宿泊しますが、新宿駅を起点にあちこち移動するのに、とても便利で、移動にに苦にならず、また、静かなのでゆっくり落ち着いて仕事ができました。 これからはここを定宿にしようかと思いました。

立地は非常に便利です。新宿駅に明るいなら西口近辺も徒歩で苦になることはなく利用できるでしょう。当方外国人の同伴者と一緒で外国語がありがたいシーンがありましたがサービスの方は問題なく対応いただけました。

　東京滞在はできるだけこちらにしています。 眺望がすばらしいタワーホテルで、しかも新宿駅や高島屋などすぐ前の距離です。 お安いホテルはいろいろあっても、これだけの 眺望と利便性を同時にそなえるところを 一度味わうと、リピートしてしまいますね。 スタッフの方もしっかりされてあります。 次回は電車好きのわが子と泊りたいです。

駅に近く 普段車での移動が多く歩きなれない私達には ピッタリのホテルでした。 景色も良く テレビを使ってインターネットでしらべられるのも良かったです。 さんざん迷って ここのホテルにして良かったです。 また機会があれば 利用したいです。

立地がとてもよく、便利です。機能性があってとても良いです。

初めて宿泊しました。 部屋はコンパクトにまとまっていて、照明を全部つけるとかなり明るくなるのはよかったです。 キーボード操作でインターネットができるのも、ちょっとした検索に便利でした。ベッドのマットレスは柔らかめ、枕は2種類ありました。 問題は水周りです。今時珍しいユニットバスです。シャワーカーテンを久しぶりに使いました。シャンプーなども詰め替えボトルなので、なんとなく使いたくありませんでした。 また、排水が悪く、入浴後に床のタイルからふつふつと、得体の知れない水が出てきました。とても気持ち悪かったのですが、ルームチェンジしてもらうのも、面倒だったのでそのまま過ごしました。点検はしているのでしょうか。 部屋からの眺望はよかったです。小田急線とJRが見えました。周囲にはショッピングスポッ […] トがたくさんあるので楽しいです。 最後にフロントについて。 チェックインのとき、私は親切に対応していただけましたが、隣の外国人の方に対応していたスタッフの英語力が余りにつたなくて、聞いていてハラハラしました。具体的に書かせていただくと （英語のやりとりでした） スタッフ「後から来る人とはどういう関係ですか？」　 ゲスト「僕の妻だよ」　 スタッフ「その方にも部屋のキーは必要ですか？」 ゲスト「あたりまえだろ、ナニ言ってんだ」　 スタッフ「じゃあ用意します」 といったかんじで外国人の方がキレそうになっていました。 英語力の確かな方が対応されたほうが、今後のためだと思います。余計なお世話でしょうが。 同系列の新宿西口にあるホテルのほうが、いろいろな面で顧客満足度をアップさせる努力をしていると思います。 今のままでは普通のビジネスホテルになってしまいますよ。がんばってください。 もっと読む

新宿駅に近く高島屋の向で何かと便利です。部屋の窓からは正面にスカイツリー、右手に東京タワーが見えます。ちょうどスカイツリーの横から朝日が昇るのが見えました。右手すぐ近くにはドコモタワーが建っていて、時間はタワーの時計で分かります。部屋のテレビでインターネットができたのも大変助かりました。

良かった点は、高島屋やハンズ、本屋が目の前で買い物や食事に便利だったこと、代々木駅からのバス乗り場が近くてＴＤＲへ行くのが便利だったこと、テレビがパソコンとして使用できるようになっていてとても便利、小田急のポイントカード加入のキャンペーンのリワードが良かった事でした。 反対にちょっと…と思ったのは、ＪＲは便利だけれども京王線は案外遠い、ホテルにビジネスセンターが無く航空券のオンラインチェックインのチケット打ち出しが階下の別の店でお金を払ってでないとできない、コンビニのおにぎりやサンドイッチの軽食類の補充があまりないらしく売りきれている時間が長かった等でした。

Everything about this motel was worth the stay. The location was perfect for shopping and eating. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Very impressed! We stayed for 3 nights in April 2012. The hotel was very new, clean, and modern. The views from our room were fantastic. The location next to Shinjuku Station was very convenient for sight seeing. But be warned that Shinjuku is literally the busiest train station in the world so it can be stressful to navigate. Stayed here for a week, walking distance to Shinjuku station and plenty of excellent food and shopping areas, comfortable rooms and great views of Tokyo

Century Southern Tower Hotel has to be the best location for anyone looking for a first time experience in Tokyo. It offers an absolutely fantastic view of Tokyo city with very clean rooms and is a short walking distance away from must sees or major transportation hubs.

Location is very good. 5mins walk to nearest train exit & various malls. However, one should be able to find conparable hotel @ cheaper rate.

It's quite close to Sinjuku station and very nice view from our room. Almost everything is perfect excluding that they just provide extremely slow wifi for few minutes.

The hotel in fact is located next to the new south entry of JR Shinjuku station. Perfect to use it as a hub to travel to various location. The corner room offers amazing Tokyo and sunrise views.

Great view; attentive staff; next to the station; one of my favorite hotels

Was very pleased that we stayed at this hotel in Tokyo for our one week vacation back in the middle of February 2012. My previous stay in Japan was at the Sheraton in Yokohama, Japan. Compared to that hotel, the rooms are not quite as big, but they are still very big by Japanese standards, very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. Beds are maybe around […] the size of a double bed for the rooms that have two beds. One person can sleep comfortably in the bed, but two average size grownups in the bed might be pushing it, which is typical of most of the bed sizes in Japan. The hotel itself is located on the 20th thru 30th floor of the office building that it is housed in, and no matter which room you stay at, you are offered a breath taking panoramic view of Tokyo. On a clear day in a southwestern facing room, you would be able to see Mt. Fuji, but unfortunately there are certain rooms whose view of Mt Fuji might be blocked by nearby highrise buildings. Internet is both wi-fi and hard-wired. Very convenient to the local Shinjuku JR station which is the last stop of the Narita Express (NEX) train from Tokyo-Narita airport. Just make sure that you exit the Southern Terrace exit from the train station. Otherwise, you will find yourself in the main Shinjuku train station, which is one of the busiest train stations in the world, towing your luggage around and avoiding the people, then having to cross a major street to get to the hotel to the south. (Also, despite the hotel's address as saying that it is in Shibuya, make sure you exit the Narita Express train at the SHINJUKU staiton, not the Shibuya station, as we accidently did) The staff at the hotel is very fluent in english and as typical with most Japanese business, very customer service orientated, making you feel very welcome the moment you step into their lobby. The Century Southern Tower was by far, the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Japan. Our room was very spacious (triple room) and immaculate, and contained everything we needed (comfortable beds, refrigerator for our drinks/snacks, ample desk space, large bathroom w/ long counter & full-size tub/shower, large closet). Also had a great view of […] the Sky Tree and Tokyo Tower. The staff was very friendly and professional, and spoke fluent English. The convenience store in the lobby came in handy to pick up drinks & snacks. There are dept stores across a walkway and Starbucks & Krispy Kreme right outside the hotel entrance. My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. The few from our room was amazing! The staff is extremely friendly and polite.

Great location in Yoyogi, very close to Shinjuku and all the action. Very reasonably priced too. But foyer area and floors could do with a makeover - it hasn't been changed since I first stayed there in 2003!

Excellent location and convienence to all shopping and dining as well as transportation made us comfortable to pick again in the near future.

Hotel is conveniently located and room was clean. Bedding was really comfortable. I would stay there again when I visit Tokyo again. I only wish that in the room, the hotel would provide packet coffee, Ceylon tea and sugar and not just green tea alone.

I booked the CST Tokyo in the Hotels.com sale after seeing favourable reviews. We were impressed from the start of our stay to the end. The location, very close to Shinjuku station, was ideal - the station gives quick access to all metro, TOEI and JR lines - which allowed us to visit all areas of Tokyo in minimal time. The room was small by English standards, but was large compared to the other rooms we stayed in in Japan. We found the staff very polite, but the only downside for us was how little contact you have with them as a guest. We only spoke to the staff to check in and out, and the reception desk sits to the side of the main entrance (via the elevators). We'd have preferred a more personal service, This is probably a matter of individual taste though, as the staff are happy to help if you ask. Very elegant hotel....lobby on the 20th floor...great views from bedrooms of Tokyo. They added a 3rd bed for us no problem...in room massage available and affordable. Right on top of shinjuku station making it easy to get to airport or different Tokyo neighborhoods.

The hotel is located in a super good location, close to JR station and department store, I will stay there again in my next trip!

One of the things I always look at first when I get in a room is the internet connection speed. 80 m/b down, 40 m/b up. This is the fastest I've seen almost anywhere, much less a hotel! Service was great, hotel started at the 20th floor. Seemed a little odd but with space considerations, not surprising. Very clean and well maintained. TV's have an HDMI […] connector and you can change the inputs via provided remote. Was a little hard to find, not exactly visible from the street. Room was of normal size (which is for most anywhere in Asia small), but comfortable. Bed mattress was firm. Comes with a small refrigerator in the room. VERY GOOD

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. As others have stated, it is super-convenient to access from the N'ex train to Shinjuku station. Reception, and Reception staff - excellent. Room (Superior Twin, east-facing) - perfect. Amenities, ambience, cleanliness, etc - spot-on. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great hotel, clean, good sized room for Japan. Enjoyed using the amenities and having internet on the TV was a huge plus. THey even exchanged money. Really an elegant hotel. its a bit of a walk to Shinjuku station but nothing to fret about. Would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel
