フロントデスクの笑顔の対応が良かった。友人家族と一緒に行ったが、別々に予約をしたために別棟の部屋になったが、一緒だとわかるとこちらから頼まなくてもすぐに同じ棟に変更してくれた。少し早めに到着したがチェックインにも問題なし。ただ、エレベーターが古く、各階で止ってドアが開くたびに子供達が少し怖がった。他は問題なし。又行きたいと思った。

早く着いたのでそのまま向かい荷物を預け、時間になり戻るとお部屋をアップグレードしたから・・・と嬉しいお言葉。確かにメゾネットの良いお部屋になっていたが、元々友人親子と４人だったので２ｂｅｄｒｏｏｍ希望だったのに１ｂｅｄｒｕｏｏｍ＋ｓｏｆａｂｅｄになってしまった。キッチンは大きく大体の物は揃っていた。（包丁は砥いでなく切れません！）１泊ではもったいないと思うホテルだった。１週間位滞在するのが良いのでは？スキーの際はまた来てみたい！！

部屋のキッチンは使い勝手は良かった。収納式ベッドを使用すると部屋がかなり狭くなり、ベッドの脚部分に何度も足をぶつけてしまった。ランドリーの乾燥機の不具合、一部のスタッフの不機嫌な態度など気になる部分はあったが料金を考えるとこんなものかなーと思う。次回ウイスラーに滞在するなら、もう少し規模の大きいホテルを利用しようと思う。

スキー旅行の為６日間滞在しました。ロフト形式の為、 二階が寝室の様になっていて、部屋は広いですが、ベッドは少し柔らかめ、以前泊まった時に思ったのですが、ソファーベッドは体が沈んで、寝られず、マットレスを地下に敷いて寝ました。バスタブは少し浅めなので、お湯につかる場合は寝て暖まります。ホットタブは４０度と暖かめなので、ジャグジーで暖まって部屋で洗うのも出来ます。食器洗い機もついてるので、部屋で食事をしても片づけをしなくていいです。ゴンドラまで歩いて５分あれば着きます。スキーブーツを履いての５分ですから近いです。この近さでこの金額はこの周辺ではなかなかないかも。

ヒーターが壊れているロフトの部屋に案内された。 フロントに文句を言ったら、部屋で待つように指示される。 その後20ｃｍ四方の温風機と薪とマッチを持ってきた。 従業員に部屋を変えるように要求したが、現場はわからないふり。 再度フロントに行き、部屋を変えさせた。 ヒーターは埃が溜まっていたので、以前から壊れていた模様。 英語が話せないと思われ、舐められたか？ 話し出したら驚いて部屋を変えた。 本質的に態度が悪い！

７回目のウィスラーで、このホテルには４回宿泊しております。立地条件が良く快適に過ごせます。価格もリーズナブルでコンドミニアムタイプですので、キッチンも使用できます。建物が古いですがリフォームもしていますので、気になりません。

料金は比較的リーズナブル、ゴンドラ乗り場、グローサリーにも近く、スキーをメインに滞在するなら便利なホテルだと思います。個人的にはコンドミニアムタイプがお勧め。

２週間の滞在でしたが、ＰＯＷＤＥＲ ＬＯＤＧＥ 側であったので大変静かでした。 お陰でぐっすり眠ることが出来大変良かったです。 クイーンズ・ロフトの部屋であったので、寝室が２階で居間が１階の感じでそれぞれ独立しているのでゆっくり落ち着くことが出来た。 それにミニキッチンも付いているので料理もすることが出来良かった。 ただ、難を言えば冷蔵庫が小さかったので、食料の保存に不便であった。 それ以外は云うことなし。

ウィスラーでスノーボードをする為に夫婦で滞在しました。 以前も宿泊したことがあり、ビレッジの便利な場所にあるので 今回も予約しました。 パウダーロッジのロフトタイプのお部屋を予約しましたが、清潔感もあって広々としており、快適にすごせました。 ただ、清掃がチェックインの際に間に合っていなかったり、 毎日の清掃の具合にばらつきがあったりしましたが、高級ホテルではないので割り切って過ごしました。 その他は、満足です。

立地はとても恵まれており、周辺周遊や買い物にも便利でした。 壁収納のベットをたためば広さは十分、キッチンも使い勝手が良かったのですが、残念ながら隣接の部屋の音楽が早朝の4時近くまで止まず眠れませんでした。 隣接か上下階の防音が不十分のようです。 ただ、2泊の内1泊は静かに寝れましたので、お隣の当たりが悪かったのかな？ Sea to Sky利用予定の方には、ピックアップが徒歩圏内です。

コンドミニアムタイプのスーペリアロフトを３人で利用。ロフトにクイーンベッド１台、リビングにシングルのソファーベッド２台の部屋で、３人で利用するには十分な広さでした。ビレッジインにはＫＥＧ　ＬＯＤＧＥ、ＰＯＷＤＥＲ　ＬＯＤＧＥの２棟あり、どちらのロッジを希望か、ホテルへ直接リクエストが可能でした。新しいホテルではありませんが、よく手入れされて清潔で、日々の清掃もしっかりしており滞在中は快適に過ごせました。ホテルの立地条件とサービス、料金的にも満足できるホテルだと思います。

Great location. Hotel looking a bit worn as it is very popular due to price point and location. The walls and ceilings are not very sound proofed so I was woken several times thru the night. For one night it was average but I would not recommend for much longer if you value your rest.

Very pleased with how close to Gondolas and ski rentals, lots of restaurants.Nice large indoor spa. Parking below bldg very convenient although cost of $18, worth it. Bed was comfortable and all in good repair.Would definitely return.

I really enjoyed swimming and relaxing in the hot tub right in the village. The pool hours were open late which was nice. We enjoyed a nice meal at the Keg next door and swam for most of the evening afterwards. Very convenient and close to everything and the price was great too! The decor is a little outdated but very roomy and cozy in the suites.

I had my 5 year old son with me for a SPECIAL ski trip. The fact that he got to stay at a beautiful hotel was a real treat for him. He will be talking about this trip for a long time and I will be recommending the hotel to my friends.

I was quite impressed by the staff's curtesy. The location of the hotel is excellent. The room was nice and well equipped. The only backdraw is the murphy bed. Since the table is permanently attached to the folding part of the bed, you can either use the table or the bed at any given time.

Both internet and parking were over-priced add-ons. Very few hotels charge for internet service in the rooms these days, and that knocks down my rating of this hotel, as it seems really cheap to be charging an additional fee to access the web. I thought the room was extremely tiny, especially for 4 people. I understand that not all requests can be made but having 2 couples and 3 beds was not great. Great stay with the family. Friendly service at the front desk. Cosmetic wise the hotel definitely need a makeover however did not affect the overall experience. Booked a suite style. The size is more than enough for four adults plus ski equipment and other luggage.

Well, they charge $5/ day for wifi...cheeky in this day and age. Also $18 for parking. The heat only partially worked in our room and we were cold. I really hate that. The room we had worked well for our family and was convenient for walking. It just generally felt a bit tired. Beer can behind the couch, ripped cushion on the couch..little things.

Can't complain about the price for this hotel. It was centrally located with a full kitchen. The murphy bed and pullout beds weren't so comfortable. The pool was small. If yo are on a budget and want something central with a kitchen this should be considered.
