Not too badly located off highway. Hotel was probably great in its' "hey-day". Needs some updating. Neighbourhood is directly downtown and is partly convenient, partly questionable. Not bad for value, but certainly experienced better.

I travel a lot & this is the 1st hotel that curfew for making a cup of coffee in you room! Horrible service & people.. I will never go back!

Best thing about our one night stay was the fantastic view of the River Lawrence from our bedroom- an advantage of a high rise hotel. The room was huge, as was the bathroom- a big plus. Reception staff were helpful but 1st impression of Delta from the reception area and the sort of backdoor look to the entrance was tired and disappointing.

The hotel was older and needed updating but it was convenient to restaurants.

Excellent condition, location, and view

TV Remote did not function otherwise excellent.

My good comment is that the people at the front desk were very very pleasant. That is the only thing this hotel has to offer. Garbage pail outside the front door overflowing on the day we arrived. The public areas shabby....and carpets dirty. Lobby carpet worn and dirty. We stayed two nights and it didnt look like it was vacuumed. Our room was very […] unpleasant. The carpet was covered with stains...the kind that had been there for years,not weeks....and the edges of the carpet covered in a thick layer of dust. The sofa was old,dirty and TORN. No attempt made to cover it. The neighborhood is rundown....but one block up, on the main st...there are many nice restaurants and shops. Good quality. Good prices. Good service. Great location.

Probalby the best hotel in Downtown Trois-Rivieres. Nice, friendly staff. Very nice rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Very good location for tourists. Unfortunately, a very popular hotel for children's sports associations so there are many children running around (a lot of them without adult supervision). Very friendly staff. Nice buffet breakfast. Equipped gym + pool. Free internet. No complaints.

Nice hotel good location

Service was good, rooms seemed out dated, but the fitness club included in the room rate made up for that. Included was full use of a complete gym, with lap pull, extensive weight room, etc. Close to restaurants and main street downtown. Satisfied.

Bien mais Pas de security beaucoup de bruit mal propres Gros problemes

Chambre au décor depassé , television des années passées comme on en voient plus et qui fonctionnait quand ca lui tentait et problème de réglage de la température de l'eau dans la douche. Il n'y avait pas non plus de micro onde ni de frigo dans la chambre.

Nous avons aimé notre séjours. Le personnel est très courtois. J'avais lu quelques critiques pas très élogieuses au départ mais ne regrette pas d'y être allé. Le 5$ exigé pour le stationnement m'a agacé... pourquoi ne pas charger 5$ de plus pour la chambre alors.... Il n'est occupé que de moitié et personne à l'extérieur ne vérifie de toute façon. puisqu'après tout une chambre sert principalement à dormir, le confort des lits est important. Au Delta, j'ai trouvé un confort sans comparaison ( sauf bien sûr, celui que j'ai à la maison). merci. note: le système tété par contre?..

Dans l' ensemble, c'était très bien. Seuls bémols, malgré une réservation pour 4, nous n'avions pas de serviettes pour tout le groupe. Rares sont les hôtels où nous avons demeurés où le café et le stationnement n'étaient pas gratuits.

Chambres renovées, moderne en conservant l'aspect chaine classique. Très bon rapport qualié prix. Piscine sympa, petit déjeuner complet et très bon. C'est un bon choix !

Bel hotel mais peut d attractions environnantes.

Petite remarque, il devrait y avoir des fans dans la salle de bain.

nous avons fait une halte d'une nuit à l'hotel Delta.Hotel sans charme mais confortable. Très bien situé à côté du centre ville, on peut y aller à pied. Parking sous l'hotel à payer en supplément.
