Convenient, safe, practical hotel for a shopping trip. Complimentary breakfast is a fair deal. Will recommend it to friends and family.

Very comfortable hotel, it is very clean and staff is very friendly. I like the fact that it includes contintental breakfast ( a very wide selection!) and pool/Jacuzzi. Staff definetly makes you feel at home!

Location is excellent especially for Canadian shoppers. Breakfast is good for being included. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was exactly like the reviews promised. Clean, updated, good breakfast, great pool. I cannot say enough about the quality of our stay and will gladly stay there again in the future.

nice place to rest after running around in the Buffalo/Amherst area. Close to the highways and the shopping... very convenient and will be going back for sure. Nothing fancy, but nice place to stay

The hotel was very clean. the pool area was beautiful and looked newly remodeled. Very pleased and especially for the price!!!!

The hotel was clean, very friendly service, kids loved the pool, the rooms were a little on the small side but suited their purpose for our stay and you can't beat the price! Would definately stay again and recommend to others!

The staff was very courteous, the hotel looked updated. The room was small (there were 3 of us) but for the cost it was a good deal. Breakfast bar was on par with ones I've had at other Hotels. Not spectacular but filling, well stocked. Make your own Waffles is nice. Again, good bargain since it's included in the cost of your room.

You can stay there with no worry. Relatively cheap hotel. General Sleep Inn standarts exist. Room condition is good enough. Non smoking room available. Breakfast is nice and complimentary. Parking is free. High speed wifi internet available in the rooms and it is free.

Everything was great except for the pillows. We stayed in a room with a king-size bed, and there were about 5 pillows but none were full-size. Each pillow was square instead of rectangular. It sounds like a strange complaint, but it's like sleeping with a decorative pillow and makes moving around while sleeping awkward.

I wasn't expecting much with the price but I was surprised. Service there was top notch and the room was clean and neat. The whole place was very clean. It was not in a bad location. Very easy to go to the falls or downtown Buffalo also.

My family had a good stay at this hotel, We look forward to our next stay!

The stay at Sleep Inn was comfortable. The service and breakfast was good value for the money paid.

For a number of years, my daughter and I have enjoyed a "girls week-end" in Amherst, and your hotel is our favourite place to stay. It has everything. Close to shopping, accessible to highways...a perfect location. Being able to relax in the pool after a long day is perfect! Oh, the continental breakfast is wonderful, too.

Good value, hot and cold breakfast included. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Pool and hot tub enjoyable. All in all excellent value for the rate. Have always stayed at Hol. Inn but will now stay there.

This was my 3rd visit to this hotel.Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The breakfast choices keep improving. Great value for all the services one gets.

This place was probably the best two star hotel I have stayed at. The room was small and the beds just ok, but it was clean, didn't have any funny smells, the folks were very friendly and the breakfast was great.

Overall very good. The pillows were too small and the pool should have been warmer but it's close to our grandgirls so we will be back.

Room was clean!!! The staff was friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our stay.

Staff friendly. Rooms small and bathrooms like a closet with sliding door. Limited privacy. Shower only no tub! Breakfast was good with hot/cold items. About 25 minute drive to Bills game! I stayed in many motels in this category in the past and this is probably the best.

My husband & I loved the easy access to the hotel right off of the highway. It was close to many restaurants and stores. It was a bit tricky to find at first - right behind a major hotel, but it was a breeze after that. We didnt' have time to use the indoor pool or hot tub, but it looked fantastic. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service, cleanliness and staff. The only detail that was missed was cleaning the washroom thoroughly as I did notice mold growing in the shower stall and the fact that washrooms were not touched the 3 days I stayed there. Everyone was always smiling which was an added plus!! I would definitely stay there again as it is worth the price, conveniently located near Boulevard, Walden and Niagara Factory (within 20 min. driving) outlet as well as Target, Walmart and Burlington coat factory. I reserved a room with a King-size bed, but my room only had a queen-size bed. While my room was a non-smoking room, it was located in a corridor of smoking rooms and the smell in the hallway was terrible and came into my room.

Room was small but quite clean and comfortable. Apparently redecorated in the not too distant past. Breakfast was typical but of good quality. Enjoyed the stay.

The room is clean. Also I left my belonging and clark kindly sent it to me in timely manner. Thank you.

Hotel room is small but clean. Buffet Breakfast is very good! The staff there are very polite and nice! Will choose this Inn when go to Buffalo again.

Enjoyed our recent stay in the hotel. Check-in as quick, parking was great and the amenities were pleasant. The only problem was that the fridge was not cleaned out and we were unpleasantly surprised by "leftovers!"

The experience we had at Sleep Inn Amherst was perfect, nice and relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool was clean as well. The surrounding area has plenty of great local food, (pizza and wings) and the staff was nice and helpful. We'd definitely stay again!

Clean and friendly...decent breakfast and the kids loved the pool...easy on and off the highway...and access to alot of restaurants

The room could have been tidied a little more. Plastic cup left on floor. Other than that the room was adequate. The continental breakfast was excellent. The breakfast lady on Saturday was extremely diligent in replacing and cleaning.

Arrived late and left early, but a good, comfortable stay. King room is a bit small. No bath was a small surprise, but I never use it anyway, and the shower was big enough. I'd stay here again, no doubt.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly The pool was nice. The rooms were kind of small, (we had three adults), but very clean. Great location. we were visiting daughter at UB, lots of things to do. Would definitely stay again!

While trying to decide where to stay for our shopping trip to Buffalo, I came across so many reviews, and was a bit afraid that the room will not be clean --- you see people complaining about bed bugs, dirty bathrooms, dirty sheets etc ( I even brought a bleach spray just in case) . After carefully reading all the reviews, […] Sleep Inn seemed to be a good choice, people were happy about their stay. Reception was very friendly, room was very clean, bathroom and clean sheets. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel was very quiet - we had amazing sleep. Close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel was clean and people were friendly. You'd pay twice this for the same hotel in Toronto.

Everything was clean and of good quality. The room was quiet and comfortable and the service was efficient. My only complaint was that the hotels.com site said there were pay movies available which there were not. Other than that I enjoyed my stay including the pool area.
