全体的にとても清潔でスタッフの方の対応も良かったです。 お部屋も快適でした。 大人３人と小学５年生の４人で宿泊するため、予めエクストラベッドをリクエストしておいたところ、 このホテルだけがリクエスト通り、初めからソファーベッドがセッティングされていました。 海外のホテルではリクエストしても、当日に再度言わないとセッティングしてくれないところが多いので驚きました。 全ての点で素晴らしいと思います。 強いて難点を挙げるとすれば、お風呂場のスペースが狭いので、足ふきマットがドアに引っ掛かり、開け閉めが大変でした。 また、インターネットが有料だったので、40分だけなら無料のロビーのパソコンで情報収集をしました。

私と子供２人の３人で３泊しました。 お部屋は寝室とリビングに分かれていて使いやすく、清潔で快適でした。３泊のうち１日だけ、おそうじがイマイチな日がありましたが、許容範囲でした。お部屋には冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、そして加湿器もありました。 ホテルのプールにはらせん状のウォータースライダーがあって息子は喜んでいました。 すぐ近くのプリンスアイランドは、ボウ川のそば、緑がいっぱい、子供の遊具もいっぱい、散歩にも良し。朝はジョギングしている人がたくさんいました。水鳥やリスも見られて子供たちはたくさん遊べました。 オークレールマーケットは「しょぼい」と聞いていて……確かに大きなモールではなかったけど、簡単な買い物はできました。お土産も買えたし。 ホテルの朝ごはんはビュッフェだと結構高く、アラカルトにし […] たほうが安くて好きなものも食べられてよかったです。にんじんのマフィンがおいしかったです。 もっと読む

I had a meeting with shell and the rate was extremely highs but still cheaper than shells corporate rate whish was what the other attendees had to pay. I have stayed here many times and prefer it to the westin.

We stayed on the Club floor and its a beautiful hotel with wonderfully done suites. Spacious rooms, clean and new bathrooms and great views of the city. Service was lacking, many attempts to contact the concierge service or guest services from my room and no one answers. That's my only complaint.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beds were great . Pool was fun nice water slide. Rooms were clean and staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Close to shopping park and movie theatre . Will most defanantly stay there again . Make sure you get the club suite with the breakfast and appies in the evening. Yum !

Just a reminder to people Hotels.com should make sure when they describe a room it is what people paid extra for. The room I booked was a corner suite "with veiws of the river" paid extra for it but after checking in our view was a corner room but with views of a roof top and the corner of hotel.......No view at all !!

The hotel was in proper order and the staff was friendly. The room was very small and the extra costs for everything were irritating, but overall, the experience was nice and the hotel was maintained well. The proximity to downtown and the good restaurants was definately a plus.

Don't stay on lower east side of the hotel as the warning sound for the cross walk goes off every 45 seconds and keeper me all night! In saying that, it's the 1st time I had any issues here and I have been staying at this hotel for many years!! Beautiful hotel and great location. It's expensive but worth it.

Location of this hotel is great as is the suite configuration for families. We had a typical suite - small living area separate from 2 queen beds. Location gives you access to the river trails, the island park, and the Eau Claire Market. Connected to the hotel is a fun Irish pub.

The suite was big and roomy. Nice sized desk to work at. Complementary beakfast was excellent. Two downfalls of the room : The bathroom was small, not much room for a relaxing soak in the tub. The flat screen TV was in an awkward spot in the living room area - too close to the couch and wasn't positioned well for multi person viewing.
