セミナー参加時に利用しました。近くにレストラン多く、便利です。部屋も快適です。線路側の部屋だと、早朝カルトレインが起こしてくれます。

Quaint, cozy, comfortable. Convenient location in Calistoga, a cute little town

Comfortable, resort-feel, close to amenities hotel.

very nice hotel, but both of the rooms I stayed in were showing wear. looks like this place could use some TLC. location excellent. Staff nice, but slow. room very clean and I got a good night's sleep.

We made our reservation at least one month prior to arrival with a request for two beds. When we arrived not only did they have only a king bed available they charged us an additional $10 for a rollway. Certainly did not set a positive tone to our stay. so much so we left a day early from our trip. I would think twice before staying there again!

This is the kind of place that has high occupancy so there is no reason to update the property. Old, tired, complacent 70's style hotel. Shows its age. The location is what saves this property, otherwise it would have closed years ago. The hotel bar was pleasant however and the staff helpful. This property could be improved however.

The location was not bad but the smells in the hall and the room were ver unpleasant. For such a high room rate, I would expect better. And most Sheraton hotels are nice but I can't say that for this hotel.

This hotel is very overpriced and poorly maintained. Wireless didn't work in my room, noisy room, thin walls, worn carpeting and wallpaper. TV was broken. I will not stay here again.

The room itself was fine (although it was an ADA accessible room which I did not request) except for a very loose door handle to the bathroom and peeling wallpaper in the bathroom.

The handicap parking is extremely limited and they charge 12 dollars a day to park which is unusual for the area. They host a lot of events so parking during the day is really tight and limited. Nice hotel and the staff did refund the parking fee when all the handicapped parking was full but I was surprised at the 9 dollar a day fee for in room internet […] acess. They do nickel and dime you to death so price is about 30% higher than what you paid by the time you get out of there. もっと読む

I have staying here almost every time I am in the Bay Area. Great service, great location and great restaurant. Though, I wish that internet would be included as part of the room fee. Carmelo

We loved our stay. The location was perfect for the campus and restaurants in town. Our room was very comfortable, nice size and the bathroom was clean and fresh. We look forward to a future stay.

Great location, walking distance to everything. The staff was very attentive, polite and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. One comment-and this is kind of silly: the Sheraton pens are terrible. Sheraton right next to Stanford and downtown Palo Alto. Service desk staff and room service excellent. It was a little difficult to get the room temperature comfortable.

Coming from outside of the United States, the cost of hotel stays here in this area is outrageous. Though, at least with the outrageous cost, the service is excellent.

I'm not sure who was the architect, but this is a horrible way to build a hotel. Elevators are about 5 minutes walk from the rooms, and all the signs in the corridors are not really helping. The room itself was nice, but I wouldn't stay there again.

I have driven past this hotel many times but never stayed here. I will now stay at the Sheraton Palo Alto when I am visiting the area. Front desk staff was great to deal with, very accomodating. The room was clean, comfortabal and quiet. The online special made the stay even more enjoyable.

Walking distance to downtown Palo Alto. Excellent breakfast dining with very friendly staff.

I spend close to100 nights in a hotel every year, but never saw such good quality equipment in fitness center. Also the hotel is well kept and in a nice neighborhood. It would however be nice if the bathrooms had a ventilation system!

The room looked old, but the bed was nice

Great location for visiting Stanford, downtown Palo Alto or hopping onto CalTrain. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was a little cramped for two people, but comfortable.

Location for attending any event at Stanford University could not be better. It is literally across the street. Whether visiting student or attending an athletic event on the beautiful campus you will love the access.

Because it was the weekend of the Stanford/Cal game it was quite busy here during my stay. I pulled up my car to the valet to end up parking it myself. When the valet guy appeared he was very polite, though, and offered to help me with my luggage. Upon checking in I asked for a quiet room given I was here for a work trip. I was placed in a Starwood […] Preferred Room at no extra charge...wonderful service at the front desk. I went upstairs to my room to change and come back down for a bite to eat. GIven it was 9pm I anticipated that the restaurant would be open...not only could I not find the restaurant, the girl working the new shift couldn't be bothered to assist me with finding it. When I asked another gentleman (carrying a tray of food) where the restaurant was he walked me to the restroom. He did end up showing me to the restaurant...that was closed! Why does it say they are open until 10pm if this is not the case? I ended up eating in the bar where the menu was limited and the food was mediocre. The room was very comfortable until I was rudely awakened by the fire alarm...at 6:15am! Come on!!! I travel 5-7 days out of each week and want a restful night's sleep whever I stay. There was no explanation as to why this happend nor an apology when I checked out. Overall, I would not go out of my way to stay here again. In a town of overpriced hotels this is just one more. A very mediocre Sheraton. The hotel is nice and of course a great location right across from Stanford's campus. I hate being nickel and dimed for every little fee though. Lots of these A list of cons: 1) No free internet- $9.95 per day. Are you kidding me? Who doesn't have free wifi? 2) No fridge in rooms 3) 18.95 breakfast buffet of low quality food that would be free at […] most other hotels 4) you have to PAY to park your car 5) I hate the water bottles in the room that have a sticker on them that says 'if you drink me you will get charged $5.00' Basically, if you stay at a less expensive hotel you can avoid all of the above "extra" charges. もっと読む

The Sheraton is located right near the entrance to Stanford University, although it is not very convenient to get in and out of the hotel. The hotels.com price is very good, but if you want to park or use WiFi, that will cost $10 extra each, and the prices in the restaurant are very steep. This hotel sits right next to the Palo Alto Caltrain stop, as well as the Stanford campus. I found it quite convenient when visiting for a conference.

We began having issues here as soon as we arrived. It was about 7 p.m and there was no place to park in order to check-in and no one guiding the messy traffic. I got out of the car to try to check-in while my boyfriend stayed in the car. Although I had his credit card and I.D. they wouldn't let me do it, so I had to go get him (It was annoying, but […] understandable). Then, you need your hotel key to get into the parking lot. Our key wasn't working so the attendant let us in. We drive around this large parking lot, park, only to realize our room isn't anywhere near where they told us to park. This hotel is huge and very maze like. We literally had to use the map because it's laid out terribly. We try to get in to our room, and one of the two keys isn't working. We were only there for one night so we decided one would be enough. We leave the hotel for a party and return to have drinks at the bar. We ask if they have a specific Italian digestif (Fernet Branca) and the bartender lists all of the vodkas available. Huh? Weird. I ask if we can order food, she says "NO, the kitchen closes at 11". Can I order room service? "NO, the kitchen closes at 11". On a busy Friday night? Yes she replies. In a hotel that has over 300 rooms? Yes she replies. Weird We go back through the maze to get back to our room go to sleep, and get ready to leave the next morning. We pack our car, drive to the closest gate, but we can't get out. The hotel key is also required to get out, and now none of the two keys work! We had to go to the "main gate" where someone can let us out. Convenient, well-priced hotel for business in the Valley. Coudl do with an update in decoration, but fine for a few nights.

Everything was great, with the exception of the bedding this was a perfect stay. Pool is great, suroundings are beautiful. Great experience.
