"Cheap but not good service"

"Great value, pleasant stay."

There was never a clerk at the counter during the 3 days I was in and out of the hotel. They tried to put me in a smoking room, even though my booking was for a non smoking. I've stayed at this hotel before never had a problem. I asked to check in early because my wife and I arrived a little early and they really didn't want us to check in. Then we checked into the hottest room and nearly suffocated. After checking in I called the front desk only to discover the phone didn't work in the room.
