The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to the train station was very wonderful. I will stay here again.

Very clean, very quiet. Decent neighborhood, good continental breakfast. Will stay again if need arises!

In this price range it's the staff, management and amenities that make a difference. All were lacking in personality. Breakfast was almost nonexistent. It could be a much better hotel than it's allowed to be. Nothing specific; it's just an uninviting experience. Next time I'd probably go with of the other mid scale hotels in the area.

My room is so nice and clean. I slept a lot and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Although the hotel is far from downtown, yet it is a good place to stay. The only problem I had in this hotel is that their shuttle is up to 7:30PM only.

The staff was very nice. I liked the security of the desk calling me before a guest came to my room to let me know and to see if it was alright. Breakfast was very nice. Halls were not noisy. Very pleasant stay. That's why I came back.

The staff was amazing very helpful and willing to make accomedations. it is a vwery quiet hotel and gave me the peace I needed.

This hotel, overall, was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The room was a bit larger than normal, which worked very well for our family. They offered a breakfast with many choices for everyone including eggs cooked to order with bacon or sausage. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very Nice Hotel...Clean and Comfortable...great breakfast with fresh scambled eggs...Right off the Illinois Toll Road so everything is convenient.

Nos quedamos de vacaciones en Chicago por 4 dias, escogimos el hotel por su ubicacion cerca de un centro de compras importante pero tambien por su ofrecimiento de un supuesto transporte gratis hacia el aeropuerto y es esto lo que no se cumple en un 100. el transporte es limitado y solo de lunes a viernes. NO hay transporte los fines de semana lo cual […] me parece una debilidad enorme. Esto nos acarreo algunos problemas en vista que no estaba en nuestros planes rentar un auto. Al final resolvimos usando el transporte publico de Chicago que es bastante eficiente y se toma apenas a un bloque del hotel. Creo que deben mejorar lo del transporte. En cuanto al personal a ellos 5 de 5 fueron amables, siempre dispuestos a orientarnos en direcciones, horarios, mapas etc. もっと読む
