My request for a first floor room was not forwarded to Quality so I had to carry multiple road bikes up to 2nd floor, plus luggage. These room really need minimum amenities: a microwave and a refrigerator.

The staff at the Quality Inn located on Warrenton Rd in Fredericksburg is very accommodating. They bend over backwards to make sure that your stay is comfortable and satisfying. Great hotel for the price. Staff was friendly and room was well kept. You have to request the fridge and microwave before you check in. Not all rooms have them.

This hotel is incompletent and they lie. The say they are a fully not smoking hotel. Half the hotel was smaoking rooms and they still reak of smoke. They double charged my credit credit card.

We had to stop for one night on a way home from Hilton Head, our room was very clean, had good breakfast, convenient location, friendly staff. We would stay again !!!

Nice Hotel. Easy to get too as long as 95N isn't backed up. Had to call the hotel and get directions. Very nice and gave easy directions, better than my GPS.

Stayed as our halfway stop to OBX. Even though the hotel is dated, our room was very clean. Could tell they have done renovations to update bathroom and room. Will keep this on our list for next year's trip. Glad we made reservations in advance! All others were sold out for those travelers trying to find a room. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

At first everything seemed fine with the hotel, front desk service was friendly. Then, after being out all day and returning to my room very late, I found my door open slightly. I walked my dogs, and when I came back to the room found that I couldnt access my room with the key. There had apparently been some mix up with the check in, so the evening […] staff deactivated my room key, left my door open slightly so I could get back in, leaving all of my belongings AND my pets (who were in their crate) unsecured! I had to go to the customer service desk after midnight to get the key situation resolved, and on my way saw two of the biggest cockroaches I have ever seen in my life. The service was good. Breakfst was good. However, the room just felt old and basement-like.

Very nice and dedicated staff, good breakfast choices. The exterior shows signs of deterioration but our bathroom was refurbished and very nice. Room was clean and well tended. Enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The hotel was actually better than I expected!!! The room was clean and the only real problem was the area to eat the good hot breakfast was too small! (only 4 tables)

Great hotel that sits back from the road and very quiet for being at such a heavily traveled interchange with I95. I would caution that the hotel is on the southbound side of Rt 17 and it is a divided highway so northbound travelers would have to go past and get turned around at the next traffic light to come back to it.

The price was very nice for this older yet very clean room. It was perfect for a one night stop-over.

As others have posted. Good for a overnight stay. Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bedding was crisp and clean. The ceiling was in dire need of paint. Also some new wallpaper wouldn't hurt. All in all the place was clean and I would stay there again!

Difficult to reach the hotel. Dirty exterior. Sketchy surroundings. Noisy.

We stayed one night on our way to SC. Convenient location.

Our stay was just for one night, and this hotel was fine for that. It was clean and in a good area, however could use some fixing up. The AC was loud, the shower had no water pressure and the provided amenities were low quality. Clean, great value Has basic needs.....No extra comforts but adequate for a place to sleep overnight
