terrible. I requested this hotel to assign two double bed room. But this hotel alloted only one bed. And then the staff of this hotel told me that they alloted one bed and one sofa bed. Are you kidding me? I want hotel.com to refund some money because this hotel violated contract.

Not as close to the airport as I would have liked and the location was not ideal for someone with a cancelled flight looking for a quick bite - not many food options available within walking distance aside from fast food. we were looking for a place to rest when stuck in Miami between an early morning arrival and late evening departure. This is NOT the place for that!

Clean room for a great price. No problems at all. I would stay here again.

The hotel was great, very clean. The staff was polite and helpful. Location well there was not a lot around the hotel but we went out one night and ordered Papa John on the second night. We spend one night there and then went on a Cruise and then returned and stay another night there. It was great I would recommend this hotel.

The room and property were really good overall, but the BED was a disappointment! It's the only thing about the stay that I really had a problem with... they have everything else going for them, except the darn bed was flat, sagging, and lacking enough pillow, too. It's a shame!

This hotel stay was subpar. It was REALLY run down. The neighborhood was TERRIBLE. SOmeone approached us when we stepped out of the car. I would not stay here alone as a female ever. OK for this type property, room a little "tired" but OK for a short stay. Be aware there are few extras...for instance, only bar soap in the bath, no shampoo, etc. Housekeepping service only once per week.

Excellent attention. Very confortable and clean hotel!

hotel nice location and good services

I paid fro a double bed room because I travel with my family, BUT they said no room available and I have to stay in a single small room with my family. No Good memory for a family vacations.

Check in was a breeze with a very polite professional competent personnel. Assistance with the next days venture back to the airport were offered and very helpful.

Great location - close to airport - car rental available next door. Airport shuttle is only available before 10pm.

well 1st off they gave our room away when we made reservations then tried tried to put us in another room where the air conditioning did not work then after that they tried to put us in another room where the showercurtain had mold on it. O Hotel, fica bem localizado...porem os quartos, deixa desejar em relacao a limpeza.

El Hotel no presta servicio de transporte de Aeropuerto a Hotel las 24 horas, solamente hasta las 10 pm. No presta servicio de retaurante las 24 horas. Mas limpiezas en las areas de comedor.

Buen hotel para pasar la noche e ir al aeropuerto, el unico inconveniente es que el transporte hacia el aeropuerto comienza desde las 7am de la mañana y para vuelos internacionales que salen a las 6am no trasladan por la hora. Sugerencia: Traslado al aeropuerto las 24 horas del dia

O hotel é simples quando comparado aos Hotéis de Orlando, mas como este hotel fica em Miami e pelo o que pude notar, é normal os Hotéis de Miami serem mais velhos e mais simples que os hotéis de Orlando. Las habitaciones nos parecieron un poco pequeñas sobre todo al momento de abrir el sofá cama, no se puede pasar entre ambos muebles. Los demás accesorios de la habitación funcionaban bien, y tiene una muy linda piscina.

Nossa hospedagem no Homestaead Miami foi muito boa, café da manhã suficiente, quarto agradável, porém eles não possuem bercinhos para bebê, que em minha opinião não custa nada ter alguns no hotel para atender crianças com menos de 01 ano de idade. Buen hotel pero nos quedamos con la duda de que las sabanas del sofa cama estuvieran limpias ya que estaban todas arrugadas en el closet. El sofa cama no estaba muy limpio. La atencion del staff fue excelente.

Solo servia una hornilla,pocos cubiertos y limpiaban la habitación cada 7dias,por lo demás muy bien,la gente muy amable.

O hotel é simples, mas fora o cheiro absurdo de cigarro no quarto, muito bom. Perfeito para quem como eu precisava apenas passar uma noite estando do lado do aeroporto.

Ótimo atendimento. Limpeza intermediária.

das Hotel hat auf mich einen guten Eindruck gemacht. Alles Sauber, ein kleiner Pool, Sitzmöglichkeit aussen mit Grillstation. Trotz Flughafennähe keine Geräuschbelastung. Personal ist sehr freundlich. Frühtstück ist OK mit genug Auswahl. Zimmer sind gut Ausgestattet sodass man ohne Probleme sich selbst versorgen kann. Leider ist die Lage für Reisende […] ohne Mietwagen ungünstig. Es gibt zwar eine Busstation 50m vom Hotel weg - aber die Fahrpläne muss man erst einmal verstehen :). Da ich das erste Mal in Miami war hab ich hier keine Vergleichsmöglichkeit ob Preis/Leistung OK ist und ob es Hotels gibt, die für mietwagenlose Urlauber besser geeignet sind. Den Vorteil von der Nähe zum Flughafen muss jeder für sich selbst bewerten. Fahrt zum Flughafen kostet pauschal 15$ für diese Zone (regionaler Bereich). Achtung! in Miami zählt Bargeld - Zahlung mit Kreditkarte im Taxi nicht oder nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich!
