オールインクルーシブサービスが有ったのはとても良かった。しかし、到着時に浴室に石鹸が常備されていなかったのと、クローゼットのドアノブが壊れていたのには、少々不満が有った。石鹸はすぐに持ってきてくれたので満足している。又、部屋の眺望や食事に関しては、とても満足している。

First I booked all inclusive direct (not part of a package) so I pay full undiscounted price. When I arrived I noticed: there is NO safe in the room (need to leave valuables at the reception which is a huge inconvenience). The room was big but everything in it was old and some furniture showing wear and tear, TV was old monitor (not flat screen), carpet […] was discoloured and bathroom clean but lime everywhere. I complained about paying the full price to the general manager who was kind enough to give me 15 min of my grievances which moslty were "this hotel should spend more in refurbishing the rooms and stop charging full price for what it offers". There was nothing really that coudl make up for the disappointment. Another couple complained also about what they got for what they paid for. The only thing positive is a lovely provate beach as well as the pool overlooking the bay. In the end it was ok, but this hotel needs to invest more of the money it earns to revamp it all. The rooms are tired and it's not nice, sorry Last year I paid 20% less for all inclusive in the Bahamas and the hotel was simple but everything was new. It makes a huge difference. Very nice hotel. Although it wasnt busy it did take an hour and a half for someone to come to our room when we had a problem with the safe and missed the Managers Cocoktail. Apart from that everything was fine. We did have to leave a day early due to a problem that arose at home.

This hotel has the most amazing grounds and a lovely beach. That is the only reason I am recommending it. The front desk reception was good but the rest of the staff is not that great especially at the bars. I strongly recommend not to get the all inclusive. The food was horrible. Firstly there are no options just the chinamon restaurant for breakfast […] and lunch and the pool area cafe for lunch. At check in there was a note stating that their meal plan has been modified with a lighter options. This mean cheaper low quality and not even stuff you would serve at your home. I don't mind having less quantity if there is quality items. Breakfast had typical items and was not that bad just a bit limited. From lunch thing went downhill. Essentially there was hamburgers, hot dogs and grilled fish and some little odds and ends. The burgers weren't even defrosted before service and tasted like cardboard. They reheated roti on the grill and it was quite evident that the food was frozen. The quality of food was so appalling. This is is worse food I have ever eaten at an all inclusive. I understand that it is low season but the overall quality was horrible. The rooms are old and rundown and need an updating. Came over for a weekend trip. There was confusion regarding my reservation. They would not check me in unless I actually provided a paper confirmation #, even though my reservation was in their computer system. I asked them to call the booking company, but they refused. Fortunately I had my IPad with me and was able to pull the confirm # up. They looked […] at it, said ok and I was then able to get my room. Only one person was working the front desk, had long waits for assistance. Wanted to rent a car for the day, but the rental agent did not show up until 5:15 PM. I was told she would be there between 1 and 2. I didn't get the car until the next morning because I didn't want to pay for a day that was about to end. If you want to dive, there is a dive shop next to the hotel, but beware, they are not open on Saturday for dive trips. That is their staff training day. Probably the only dive shop in the Carribean that is closed on Saturday. I am not young in age by any stretch of the imagination, but I would say 98% of the people there were retired couples on a 7 day all inclusive plan. In all fairness, the hotel and the grounds were clean, but you could tell the hotel was operating on a shoestring budget as many things on the premises were out of service, needed painting, or were just in poor condition. As previously mentioned, staffing was at minimum as well.The rooms had 220v and 120v connections, but the 120v connection did not work in my room. I told the front desk, but the problem was never corrected. The hotel is close to the airport, but isn't within walking distance to the main areas around St. Georges. You definitely need a car to get around. On my next visit to Grenada, I will stay somewhere else. There are just better places to stay. もっと読む

This was our first visit to the Carribean and the hotel fully lived up to our expectations. We were greeted by a very helpful receptionist who offered us cool damp towels to refresh us and a glass of fruit punch to drink. The blocks are not far from each other and there are covered walkways which keep you dry if it rains. We were in a Seaview room which seems to be the lowest category. The room was pleasant, adequately spacious with a couple of chairs, an individual air conditioning unit and a decent balcony with more chairs. We were entirely happy with the cleanliness of the room with crisp linen and flower petals which had been sprinkled on the bed and bathroom counter. If you were really picky there were a few mould spots on the sealant round the bath but I imagine its difficult to stop this in the warm climate and it certainly didn't bother me. The only fault I could make is there was no safe in our room as advertised but they were available free of charge at reception. The beach is like a tropical paradise straight from central casting. Very quiet with sun shades quite spread out and shady trees. Meals were buffet style with a good selection. Possibly not for those used to fine dining but perfectly satisactory. I really liked this place. The room was fine (although the bed was old), the ocean was just 50 or 70 feet from the terrace, the grounds were beautiful, the pool was magnificent, the two beaches were fine (the smaller beach on the far side of the pool was best), the wait-staff was VERY friendly, competent and helpful. However, the food was, at best, […] mediocre (the desserts were wonderful though). I was worried about noise from the airport being so close (about a 10 - 15 minute walk), but it was really not an issue at all. There are so very few planes taking off it is not a problem. There are probably not more than five per day, so you don't even notice it, and are certainly not bothered by it. The front desk staff was plesasant, but not exceptionally helpful. Called about missing remote for the TV (thus making it inoperable), and it took 2 days to replace it. Called asking how to adjust the AC, and was told to unplug it when it got too cold, and replug it in when it got too hot! The punchline to that story was that there is actually a REMOTE CONTROL for the heat and AC, which is a fantastic system. You don't need to get out of bed to adjust it! Problem is, it is in a holder mounted on the wall above and to the side of the AC unit, behind the curtains. If you don't know to look for it, you won't find it. The front-desk staff was completely unaware of this, resulting in the "unplug it if you get too cold" advice. A bathroom window broken the first day remained broken the entire stay. Only other comment: the live entertainment was a bit tired. The 3-piece band playing alot of Bob Marley and Calypso was nice, and was great for people in their 50's and up, but was a little tame for anyone younger. Also, they stopped playing at about 10:30. The place would benefit from a touch better live entertainment. It is a destination resort without a lot to do at night.
